Yesterday, Dr Erickson finally left a voicemail stating he would not schedule my next treatment. 10/1 Looking back on the situation, I know that his failure to be present during the actual treatment is very illegal, and am not sure prided I ran into so many issues with my healing timeline (being told for two months that things are "supposed to look worse before they look better," and that my misshapen breast implant "don't look too bad.") The right implant is now mishapen after having too strong a laser used by Hannah, who is not licensed to be using these devices. I originally stated I did not even want to do the breast region, and only wanted to continue treatments in the hope that the one initial area I had asked for (my shin), could actually be addressed.

I was charged twice for the same service, and when I brought the issue to the attention of the owner, Deanne, the interaction became extremely unprofessional. I was spoken to harshly and dismissed rather than helped. This was after already waiting over 30 minutes for my appointment. What concerned me most was that my card on file was charged again for a service I had already paid for. When I followed up repeatedly regarding the duplicate charge and the promotional balance I believed I was owed, I received inconsistent explanations and was ultimately told that I was not owed anything. The core issue is that the promotional offers I purchased were not honored as advertised. I have copies of the original email promotions and receipts documenting my purchases, yet the terms of the promotions were later disputed. I was also sent an invoice indicating a refund amount that did not match what I had actually paid, and no corresponding refund was received. At this point, I am pursuing the matter through the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate state board. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatments there to consider another clinic or at the very least keep detailed records of all promotions, receipts, and communications.
