I am just joining the 30's club & promised myself that I would start Botox this year to prevent my wrinkles from kicking in early. Last year I went to a Botox party at a lady's home & although the nurse providing services was licensed I had a horrible experience. Long story short I had 48 units of Botox given in my forehead and paid for a full syringe that gave me lips that made me look like a duck. I tried to give it time but overall I was not happy with the results. Going to Morpheus I was scared but willing to give it another try. I was scheduled to see Angie from her greeting to the end of the appointment, she was an absolute angel! I shared my experience with her and let her know what I wanted. She reviewed every aspect of the products & went into detail about the pros/cons for each. After picking what I wanted, I never felt pressured to buy something more expensive & she also agreed with the products I was using and confirmed that those were great choices for this visit. She reviewed where I was going to have treatment on my forehead and took her time to discuss how much and where it would be placed. I had 25 units of Jeuveau placed in all the right places. Of course there is a sting but she was gentle and always asked how I was feeling. I also had a full syringe of Juvederm placed into my lips. I went to the Marin office to get lip filler and had two sessions two weeks apart with Vicki! I had very thin lips and my top hung over my bottom so I wanted to fix that and have a slight pout on my bottom lip. I started with 1 ml of restalyn silk and then went back two weeks later to get an additional .55 ml of Juvederm Volbella, Vicki also suggested a got a small amount of Botox above my top lip to avoid them ducking out so (I did get the Botox). I got pretty swollen the day after each injection but the swelling went down quickly and had minimal bruising. Vicki was super nice and did a great job! My overall office experience was great. I'm only writing this review due to the lack of expected results and to help others decide for themselves (it cost over $500). I had dermal filler (1ml) in the tear through area for my dark circles I've always had. I went to the Simple Radiance by Morpheus located in Larkspur. Dr. Marisha Chilcott was so joyful and caring throughout the entire process. She honestly has the best personality. I had a thorough consultation and decided to go ahead with the procedure. I wasn't given any numbing cream or anything before I was injected, (not sure if this is optional) I wish I was, but the pain was bearable. 4 days after my appointment, I emailed Dr. Chilcott because I wasn't seeing any results. She kindly told me I still had some bruising and to wait a few more days (and she was right). However, it's been 13 days after my appointment and I still don't see any SLIGHTEST results :( I was told that I could do a follow up appointment but would have to pay again for filler. I was planning on doing a second tear through filler because my dark circles are pretty bad, but because I don't see ANY improvement from the first, I don't want to waste my money. I'm bummed because It's not right to make me pay again if the procedure didn't work. I was told she see's improvement from my before and after pictures she took in the office, but I told the nice lady, she put concealer under my eyes before she took the after photo. Julie is a doll she has done Dysport, prp on me and now the most recent a clear and brilliant laser treatment and she is so helpful and full of information and experience. Now I have had the pleasure of meeting Shannon! Shannon is an esthetician and she did my hydrafacial today. Now I have had hydrafacials twice before. Once not at this location and once at Morpheus. Both of those previous times were good BUT let me tell you about today! Shannon has dressed the room appropriately for facial services. Being in a clinical setting, things tend to feel more focused on effectiveness than comfort, which is to be expected. Shannons room is warm and inviting. The bed was set up with a heating pad under the snuggly sheets and blankets. She did the hydrafacial with much more focus to detail than I have experienced before and finished it off with a hand and arm massage and a scalp massage. This was the BEST Hydrafacial I have ever gotten. My skin is glowing and I feel so well taken care of. Definitely will be making this a regular routine. read more

I'm extremely disappointed in my service from Morpheus. I was excited to come and eager to get started on treatments. I booked my appointment several weeks out because they said I needed to consult with Dr. Chilcott for my first appointment. When I finally got in, I was told that she wasn't even in and would be face timing me. When she did, she just told me I was in good hands and that was it. There was no evaluation at all which I thought was odd. I met with Cherlynn who was nice and did an evaluation and described a variety of treatment options. My main concern is that I'm breastfeeding and want to make sure what I do is safe for me and my baby. I understand that my options would be pretty limited and am totally fine with that. I got a little botox which has some studies and she did do a good job. She told me a few options that are NOT studied but assured me they would be fine. I'm in the medical field and am not in fact comfortable at all with treatments that haven't been studied. One of the treatments that is even listed as NOT safe for breastfeeding moms on Morpheus' own site! When I left I was told I would get a cost breakdown and price list that day which never came. I called the following day and provided an alternate email and was told I would get it that day again. It didn't come until the following week!! I left a review when they asked for feedback and was honest about my experience. The office manager Genevieve called and left a message asking for a call back at my earliest convenience. When I called back the receptionist in Santa Rosa answered, said 'she's in our Albany office' and hung up on me! I called back, no answer. I called Albany, no answer. At this point I feel as though I've given multiple chances for a service recovery and Morpheus has completely dropped the ball. This is my first shot at medical aesthetics and I'll be trusting my face with another company for sure! read more

I had a microneedling session in February. My skin before, shallow scars semi large pores. After $600 aggressive session my skin is worse, the scars have gotten deeper and my cheek texture now looks like an orange peel. Lines that weren't there before have now appeared. Maybe from dragging the pen who knows. I've complained about my results and they just sent me on my way with a cream with no follow up. She is fantastic because she looks carefully at your face and listens while being 100% being present when you explain what you hope to achieve. The one star is specifically for the $100 consult fee. I have never been charged a consult fee just to determine which treatment (if any) is suitable. The $100 deposit can be applied to treatment, however, if it is determined that the treatment you want cannot be used on your skin, or if you do not want the treatments that can (because maybe you have some concerns), the $100 is non-refundable. Although I have been able to have Laser and IPL in the past, I have had some changes to my skin and wanted to make sure the treatments I would like to have are still safe for my skin. The only way to know is to have a consult. The person answering the phones wanted to book the consult and laser skin resurfacing treatment (Clear & Brilliant) for the same day/time, which didn't make sense to me, because what if it was determined that my skin is not suitable for the Clear & Brilliant laser treatment? Her answer is that most skin types are suitable. But if my skin is not suitable, the office would lose an appointment slot for a laser treatment, or the practitioner may feel pressured to give me a treatment that my skin is not suitable for. I am very bummed as I was very interested in getting treatments from this business, I just don't want to waste $100 in case I cannot. read more

I initially went somewhere else for my first experience of Botox and lip fillers. I had a bad experience, so I decided to look else where. I called multiple places to kind of get a "feel".
