I'll start by saying the nurses and front office staff are wonderful. I really enjoyed going in and chatting with the girls. Unfortunately, the $800 DOT with PRP procedure I received did not produce noticeable results. Look at the before and after pictures I took and it actually looks like my skin it worse than the day I got the procedure. You can still see the tiny dots on my face when I put makeup on. It's been almost 6 months. I was told it is a "one and done" and it would improve skin redness, fine lines, and skin tone. I spent a lot of money and my skin looks exactly the same. I went in and spoke with the nurse who took pictures and when you look at the before and after pictures you really really really have to try to see any difference. Which tells me you can't and either can they. The nurse told me that she would speak with the office manager and let her know that the results were not noticeable. It's been over a month since I was told the office manager would reach out to me and she never did. No matter how nice the staff is I'm not going to spend that kind of money somewhere without seeing results. I'm honestly wish I could give 2.5 stars since I'm getting a full refund. I purchased 40units of Botox during their Black Friday deal. This would've been my first time receiving Botox. The areas I wanted to target were my 11's and my forehead. Elina was wonderful and so nice. I was told that I was given 20units in my 11's and 5units in my forehead. My forehead reached results however my 11's looked as though they were never touched. I came back and saw Shandell, who was at first off putting but came around towards the end of the appt. The reason for this was she told me a different amount of units that were injected the first time which I think were 17.5 and 7 and due to that discrepancy, I did not know what was actually done during my treatment and when I told her I was told something else it almost felt like an argument was about to be initiated on her side. I was being told two different things by two different professionals. During my treatment with Shandell two weeks later I was given 5 free units into my 11's, so an additional 10 were given. However by day 7 there was very little improvement. I am familiar with Botox and understand it takes a full two weeks for muscles to relax but to not notice much of a difference again by day 7 was rather frustrating. I emailed the office with pictures. Although their response was nice at first the more I kept reading the more irritated I became. They informed me they were refunding me for my treatment (great) and they hope I find another office to go to. I took this as they were declining me as a future patient even though I explained in the emails I would like to continue to see them in the future I was just frustrated with the result considering this was my 2nd time and it would've been my third time if I had to return (taking time out of my day and work schedule). I honestly wish they would've told me about other toxins that might help and I honestly would've purchased other toxins with a small 10% off for the other toxins and that would've kept me as a patient. Instead they decided to decline me as future patient and send me pictures of myself stating I was incorrect. read more

I elected to get some fillers around my lip area and smile lines and also had a surgical blepharoplasty (under eye fat removal) and was well taken care of, the surgery went well and I love the results. I went to Dr Chernoff to address my under eye bags. Two prior physicians recommended blepharoplasty surgery. I still wasn't quite sure and wanted to explore noninvasive and less costly options so I consulted Dr Chernoff for a third opinion. Dr Chernoff has more experience than the other physicians, was very technical and at the same time explained things in a way that made sense. He did not recommend surgery for my case because of where my eye bags are located which is not directly under my eyes but lower down on top of my check bones. He said I would be a good candidate for Morpheus 8 for eyes. He outlined 6 sessions spaced four weeks apart. The procedure was not as painful as I thought and I was made very comfortable. Dr Chernoff and his staff are very pleasant. I had my fourth treatment just a few weeks ago. I am 56 years old. The eye bags are completely gone. People say I look 20 years younger! At my last visit, Dr Chernoff's office did not believe I needed to return for additional treatments and I agree. Just leads up u have only 30 min with dr and can't be late and have to have paperwork filled out and sent in prior to appointment.I was so looking forward to meeting this dr Chernoff as i saw he had two locations and did great work. I make an appointment and waited a week for the date to arrive. Upon calling to say I would be a few minutes late the secretary told me my appointment was only schedualed for 30 min,(no ok i had multiple areas to discuss and 30 min was not a normal appointment I've ever made i needed an hour with a dr). She then said if i didn't fill out client forms emailed to me i cut into my time( they didn't tell me i have to fill out paperwork or i can't come). She then said i need to reschedual. Wow. I told her I will take my business to lazer away where they never cancel and treat me as also important not just a who cares client. Waisted my whole day trying to get to the appointment too. Sucky! I know that some of you may be nervous going into a consultation for work that you have never had done on your face or your breasts or whatever part of you that you want to improve to feel better. I was just the same..I am a breast cancer survivor who was diagnosed at the age of 25 so I was very young when one of my breasts was completely deformed. Through surgery and radiation I still have the deformities. I called and Latoya helped me to find the right person to consult with to prepare for any type of surgery. I spoke to Shandell and she not only helped me understand the types of things Dr. Chernoff could do for me she also assured me so many times that I would be happy with the results. So I am planning that for a date very soon. I decided to do this after I had gotten the laser dot treatment. Although the staff is nice, one pays top dollar for their work but none of it is actually done or supervised by Dr. Chernoff nor is there any followup after a procedure. I had some work done on my face to improve my skin and so far it has only made my skin worse. I wanted some skin growths removed and healthier-looking skin and the full-service plan they recommended was at the top of their price point but my skin growths have doubled in numbers and size since the work was done this summer while my skin texture has also not improved even while using their $300 skin cream. It makes me wonder if it's all a racket to make your skin worse so you feel you have to keep going back for more work. Given there is no follow up appointments to the work done, there is no accountability either, so all I can do is not recommend their services based on my personal results with them. read more

A friend had gone to Dr. Chernoff's office for laser tattoo removal, which I need, she could not stop taking about there service. My initial consultation was for laser tattoo removal, once at my appointment I discussed my disdain for the amount of sun damage and melasma I have on my face. It has bothered me for years and there is not enough foundation in the world to make it less noticeable. I am of the generation of baby oil and some tinfoil and a boombox in the backyard all summer long and then as an adult surfer who never used sunscreen. Fast forward 30 years and my face was so damaged. 6 years ago I was diagnosed with cancer of the uterus and the melasma kicked in and never went away. I was then told about their laser dot treatment with my own plasma. The price was something I was not terribly comfortable with but went ahead and scheduled an appointment to have it done the following week. THE BEST DECISION!!!! The procedure was so simple, took an hour and voila, ran home to hide from the public for the weekend. Day one was fine, day two I woke up very swollen which is common, a day of hiding and ice packs. By day 5 I woke up and looked in the mirror and was in disbelief, 90% of all those spots and damage were gone. All day I couldn't help but look at myself in the mirror, haven't done that in ages. A few positive side effects, I swear my wrinkles have smoothed out, I have glowing skin, I had two friends ask me why my skin is so amazing and think it took about 5-7 years off this 46 year olds face. I can only recommend Dr. Chernoff to EVERYONE! My wife had cosmetic surgery in 2005 and has always been very happy with the results, care, and consideration from Dr. Chernoff, his staff, and support network. She has continued to visit periodically for facial consultations and advice from Chernoff. But Chernoff's expertise, generosity, and caring nature does not end there. Our daughter, our first born, our love of our life experienced a mid-game collision with a teammate during a high school softball game. Hitting hard enough to knock her and her friend unconscious and giving each a concussion. E.R. and doctor visits, C/T scans and X-Rays obtained determined broken facial bones in her eye socket and base of her nose. Her general physician, concerned enough to have her seen by a specialist, provided us a referral to be seen by a local Ear Nose and Throat doctor. There was none to be found in our community. The closest that WOULD consider seeing her was 90 miles away and required a $250 non-refundable deposit before we walked in the door. Very concerned for the patient's health I'm sure. After much continued prayer from family and friends while seeking the best solution for answers, God lead us once again to contact Dr. Chernoff even though not an "ENT by our family physician's definition". Best decision we could've made. The same day we contacted his office and were told he was out of town until the following week, we had a message back asking us to send him the C/T scan pictures and written results from the doctor's take. He reviewed all, provided us some tests to administer to our daughter to check for double vision and other red flags to be aware of, and said he wanted to see her his first day back in the office the following Monday. We took her in to hear first hand from Dr. Chernoff that she is in for a long road to full healing but that all looks good and that she will make a full recovery. He thanked US for coming to him, when all we could think to do was thank him and thank God for such a considerate man, dedicated to his craft, who genuinely cares for those he comes in contact with. I can not express enough my thanks and appreciation to Dr. Chernoff for his time, effort, and dedication to his years of training who provided my daughter peace and understanding of her injury and what to expect in her recovery. I had the laser c02 done and I'm writing a review just so those thinking it over will get the info they don't tell us. This procedure is a little intense both physically and mentally. I struggled, but the end isn't so bad. What they won't tell you is that the collagen in your face is shrunken down and your face will look thin. It will. And sag. My face was thin and I just hoped at the end of 6 months it would restore... and it did. One thing though, the swelling in my face was so bad that my jaw felt like it shifted. I went to the chiropractor and she adjusted it and said it was inflamed and had. It did the trick. At the end of the 6 months my face was back but even more of it... it was really round from the new collagen. I ended up getting some hot cream which is a fat burning cream and a few days of rubbing it into my cheeks I got my old structure back. It didn't do much for my wrinkles, but it was painful and we did the lowest setting. Now, I use olive oil on my skin and it seems to help wrinkles and the little skin beneath my neck tighten where this service didn't. The sun burn was intense, I work under florescent lights and had to lather every 4 hours. There isn't much info on the internet about it, you need to hunt, but you'll find it. I enjoyed Dr. Chernoff and his technicians(not sure if that is the correct title) for my tattoo removal service, but felt that the office staff was lacking in communication and professionalism. When their machine broke(which I completely understand that things happen), there was zero communication about the progress of repair. This was extremely frustrating considering I had two pre-paid treatments left. From there it took me nearly two weeks to get answer about my refund. This is the first time I've written a review, but I've been getting Botox and filler once a year from one of the Registered Nurses at Dr. Chernoff's office. This year I received an email for one of the monthly specials, it was for the DOT co2 laser, and 25 units of Newtox. I must admit I was skeptical, I thought I'd get someone who'd make sure I'd need. another treatment to get the desired results, but I was so fortunate to get Karen. She listened to me when i told her about my problem areas, and she adjusted the laser so I would get the optimal amount for my more problematic areas, and to top it off she went down and under my neck, which will tighten that loose skin , and she could've charged more, but she didn't !! Then she had me raise my eyebrows at least 5X so they would be even, and though my face is still healing, I've had compliments on how perfect my eyebrows are, and my son said he can already tell, " It finally Looks's like it worked". If not for KAREN, I'd probably have to go back to pay for my lopsided eyebrows, and possibly another round of treatment but not with Karen ! She obviously takes pride in her work, so I finally found a true artist, and I'll be back again and again, but only to see Karen, and of course Teresa, the beautiful blonde who always makes me feel like I'm greeting a friend. Because my birthday is this weekend, she not only took 50 off but gave me a 75 dollar Visa card !!
