I'm not sure how I feel about this place. Had my son's birthday party here. There are lots of things to do but everything is extra. "Extra" kids are any after 11. "Extra" activities are each one. You simply have to use their pizza for $20 a pie (I wouldn't pay $10 for its quality in the the real world). They have these machines where you win "tickets" but if you unravel them they lose have their value??? Had to endure lots of tears over that. And their prize values are ridiculous. It took 20 minutes to count 6000 tickets after his birthday party. We came home with a frog and blow up handcuffs. All the good prizes were 20,000 and up. $800 later for a Friday night party, I'm not sure I'd recommend. read more

They charge a "Chaperone fee" (that they don't tell you about until you're paying/nor is it posted anywhere that I saw) for any adults (including Mom & Dad) Never saw that before & have been to countless places like this over the last 14 years. I had my son's 7th birthday party here. Overall it was good and he and all the kids loved it. We did a "Ballocity" / Laser Tag party and the kids loved both of those things. In fact everything was as good as I could have hoped. My main problem with this place is the simple fact that it's completely open to the public. If you have your kid's party here, each "part" of your party is separate from the general public, but e.g. to go from the ball pit to the laser tag room you're walking through the public space. With 7-year-olds this isn't a big deal, but with younger kids it's a little worrying. The pizza room was cramped, but the staff was great and as I said all the kids had a great time. If you book your party during the week (rather than weekend) you save a good chunk of money. read more

I had two parties here for my two sons at different times. They weren't able to give me a discount considering I was spending more than 800 dollars on parties. They did give me a coupon for 25 dollars off my next party which they taxed when they applied. That kinda sucked. They also gave me a free pizza for the adults at the second party. The first party was wonderful. I had it during the week. The second party was chaos. It was during the weekend. So I recommend you do the party during the week and save some money and your sanity. read more

I had a recent experience at Laser Bounce that left me quite upset and angry enough to download Yelp, post a very lengthy negative review and call the store to contact the owner. In speaking to Joe, he appeared to take my complaint seriously and assured me he would call back. To be honest, I did not expect much and thought that at least I got it off my chest. But I think that it is only fair to acknowledge those businesses that take customer service seriously and one of the owners Joe has done just that. Not only did he call me back and update me, but he sincerely apologized and asked me to return to laser bounce with an entire group of children for a better experience on him and at no charge to us. I have to be honest. The experience left me highly upset because it involved the feelings of a child who was not treated kindly (and that child was not mine). I was offended and upset because I dislike it when we instill values in kids that we as adults do not follow. That being said, we also teach our children the importance of acknowledging when we are wrong and sincerely apologizing to make amends. Joe, thank you for not only restoring my faith and showing me that you run your business with children in mind before dollars. It was enough for you to feel that it was unacceptable behavior which is all that I hoped for. But I also teach my child the importance of forgiveness and supporting family owned businesses that truly strive to make our children happy. I will not be returning to laser bounce with a group of children free of charge, but I will gladly return with my child and his friends after this exchange. I thank you kindly for taking the time to let me know that my concerns were heard. I live very close to this spot and walked in three times. Twice for a birthday party in the weekend and i did not enjoy it and i just stopped by for their open bounce on christmas break during a weekday. If you go in the weekend be prepared this place is a zoo-crowded beyond capacity and all you hear is kids screaming. I understand it is a kids place and i get it-we will hear kids screaming but it is so small that kids are literally screaming in your ear. This spot is tiny and feels very claustrophobic. I prefer going to other bounce places that are more airy and open and have a designated adult space. I did not see anything here but crowds and crowds of people EVERYWHERE!!! However when we walked in to their open bounce on a weekday it was tolerable. It wasnt crowded and the kids enjoyed themselves and i was able to find a spot to sit and play candycrush. Recommend go in the weekdays NOT in the weekends. The kids LOVE it here.. but of course they do.. The staff is pleasant, young teenagers. I received 2 dollars off from yelp. This review is for bounce area only, which is horribly lame and a complete rip off. This was the first time I took my nearly 4-year-old son here and he was incredibly bored. He's been to many other bounce/indoor playground type facilities before and always has a great time. But here, he got bored after 30 minutes. The bounce area here is limited because it a 1 story building. The climbing structure is like you would find in McDonalds and the inflatable bouncers get boring real quick. Adding insult to injury, they have 2 rides in the bounce facility that hey expect you to pay extra for. I can't imagine older kids having a good time here, the age limit is 12. I'm sure the laser tag and other areas are better but the bounce area is terrible and definitely not worth $16. Maybe if they let you into the ball area for the same price, I wouldn't feel so ripped off. read more

I wanted to thank the store manager Alex and Eunice. they were very professional and pleasant!! the place was clean and well managed. Everyone had on mask and it was not crowded at all. All the staff was very nice to my sister and I. we purchased the 41.00 package and received a souvenir cup, I accidentally threw them in the trash . There were adults running wild and bumping into kids in Lasertag. There was this woman in there running around with her son while he knocked into a girl and when the girl knocked him back she had the nerve to say "Don't put your hands on my son" Well if she wasn't totally inconsiderate, she would know to tell her son the same!! I had a birthday party here for my son and daughter. Maria was our hostess and she was wonderful. Kids had a blast in the ball area. Laser tag was great. They allow the adults to play also which is fun to watch at the viewing area. They take pictures throughout the whole party which is great. They give you a code where you can download the pics. Went to Family paint night on rainy snowy night and had worse experience because of trish, the manager. Clueless and almost couldn't paint because clueless on how things work. Debbie, the artist was fabulous but when Trish was giving out my tokens that I paid for, she ran out and rudely told my girls there were no more tokens. She was rude when she couldn't register me and rude when she couldn't given me what I already paid for. Management need to learn customer service manners. Don't bother going there. Absolute worst customer service for a kid's place. Place looks and smells OLD.... This arcade, located next to a horse race betting shop, is cheap for a reason. They're still using coins for their games, rather than a card you can swipe. No refunds on coins so if you end up with some extra tokens, you'll have a heavy pocket going home. Some of the games were broken so much so that the manager was walking around with a helper make repairs to the machine while we there last weekend. Ceiling lights needed to be changed. Well this is definitely a place where you can find germs. It's so packed with kids running wild and everything is so dirty. It's very small for what it is and they try to pack a lot into a small area. I take my kids to Open Bounce all the time!***Remember to check the website because these time can change...I have my oldest check the site before I pile all the kids plus their friends in the Odyssey. Just went last week and had the best time at Ballocity!! The kids had a blast with all the balls!! They cannot stop talking about it and can't wait to go back!!! My oldest and his friends absolutely love when they get to play laser tag! I've been to other kids entertainment places before..nothing compares to LI Laser Bounce. The place is spotless! Worst party I ever had!! They had too many parties at once and then didn't have pizza ready on time. They brought the kids in the party room to wait for pizza without thinking about how to entertain them. Kids then waited over fifteen minutes to eat. When I asked for them to fix it their answer was to make them wait at laser tag to play before eating. Overall they were incompetent and rude and did not appropriately compensate me for the inconvenience. Every parent at the party was outraged. Do not book this!! read more

I normally don't write reviews but this was place really surprised me. I Had my 8 year old's Birthday at LI Laser Bounce a few weeks ago. The kids absolutely loved it and that's all that matters! There is so much to offer from the excellent selection of arcade games to the new ballocity center, it was non-stop fun for our party. I was shocked to see a one star review on here. I'm not sure Marc L. fully understands how much this place has to offer in comparison to other competitors. I'm sure if you asked the kids if they had a good time they would say yes. He seems more concerned with himself and not his children's enjoyment. He seems like an individual, who lacks the ability to appreciate the many offerings of this place. Really, this place has SO much to offer... you must check it out! The owner and workers are extremely nice and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everyone is happy. It is difficult these days to find nice, caring people when it comes to such busy places. It was a weekend party so there were two other parties going on and although it was busy, the transitions were smooth from party room, to ballocity and the arcade. I was impressed and as mentioned earlier the kid's couldn't have been happier .Let's not forget.... this is the real reason we have parties for them in the first place! I'm not sure why there are so many unhappy campers who've come here but I had a totally different experience yesterday. I had a 6th birthday party for my eldest son here and you figure, "You've gone to one, you've gone to them all...they're all the same!" Well boy was i wrong. We did 1/2 hr ballocity and 1/2 hour at the bouncy house area. The adults/kids alike LOVED the ballocity room...the adults even really got into it! We were kind of sad when it was time to move to the next room. The bounce house area was just OK. Nothing really stuck out as different or wowed me. The food that I ordered for the party (they cater from Calda down the block) was AMAZING! Again, I've hosted a number of kiddie parties between my three boys and it's always bland pizza, overcooked chicken, etc. but the food yesterday was really yummy! Aside from the kids' food, we got 3 specialty pizza pies, a full tray of bbq wings, full tray of penne alla vodka (this was a touch salty), full tray of chicken francese and the large fruit platter. The pizza crust was crunchy and pizza itself was tasty, the wings were a HUGE hit and the fruit platter they provided was monstrous. The trays were all a bit pricey but totally worth it for the portions they give. Each guest (child) received tokens as well as a pre-loaded card with tickets to pick something at the prize counter. Jess was the lead host and she was really awesome. High and positive energy, super helpful and great attitude. The other two girls looked very blah about their job and it really showed. I think the only genuine smile i saw was when I tipped them! My family and a bunch of friends ended up staying for 2 extra hours playing in the arcade. We even got some weird stares from the workers, but hey, they should have been happy we were feeding all that money into the machines! All in all, got a lot of compliments about the party and had a blast! Will definitely be back :) read more

I purchased a Groupon for Laser Bounce ("LB"). The first time I attempted to use it at LB, it was a federal holiday (which I did not realize until my group--three adults and two children--walked into LB and was told of the holiday). The female manager at LB (I didn't get her name) coldly refused to honor the Groupon even though it was 11:15 am and there were no more than seven children in the entire facility. She told me that if she made an exception for me, she would have to "make an exception for everyone" (even though there was no one other than me on the line). A week later my party returned to LB to use the same Groupon. I made sure that it was NOT a federal holiday, nor that schools were closed (the two prohibitions on using the Groupon). Nevertheless, the SAME female manager wrongly refused to honor the Groupon, saying that, "it's a Jewish holiday and some schools ARE closed." I requested to speak to the owner of LB, however only another manager (this time a male) spoke to me. This male manager also refused to honor the Groupon, saying: (1) it's a Jewish holiday--although admittedly NOT a federal holiday, and (2) some schools are closed--even though admittedly the public schools are open. I told him that the Groupon was obviously valid today and that he was obligated to let me into LB. This manager then rudely said that he's expecting "over 400 people here, but I can make an exception and let you in even though I have turned away 20 people today trying to use Groupons." (Meanwhile, it was 11:15 am and LB opens at 11:00 am. It's impossible that he could have "turned away" 20 people trying to use Groupons in 15 minutes.) At this point, I realized that both of the managers were liars, and simply did not want to let me into LB--whether it was because I was not Jewish or another unjust reason, I will never know. I called Groupon, gave Groupon a full report of my awful experiences at LB, and received a refund. I will never attempt to enter LB again. read more

I chose the gold package for the 2 of them. which came out to almost 50 dollars. the place wasn't crowded... so my kids went through the package in less then 20 minutes. it included Laser Tag.. my kids went in and there were no other kids. they were bored to death.. there should be a policy that you don't run Laser Tag unless there us a minimum of 4 kids in total.... complete waste of time and $$$$$..... you know its a bad time when you take your kids out and end up apologizing to them and telling them that you owe them read more

It's a great place for kids, but they don't really treat their employees that great. My son was working there since the beginning of the year. He needs to pay certain bills in the house. 1/3 of the time he was either cancelled for the day or sent home earlier than scheduled. One of the managers took it upon herself to ASSUME he was going away to college and took him out of the system. The thing he asked about for the summer was a vacation as we had not had one in many years nothing about going away to college in their conversation or placed on the work app. Took a month to get him back in the system ugh they should be ashamed of themselves for that. Then we were told summer picks up for camps come in still no extra time given he his a hard worker and never said no to anything even clean up someone vomit or cleaning the bathroom after someone made a bad mess. Not a great place to work. I see why they have a large turn around. But yet others were given plenty of hours. read more

I went here with my daughter for the first time last year and my daughter loved it. She was all over the place with the rest of the other kids enjoying herself. The only thing you have to watch out for as usual are the bigger kids who are rough but other than that it's nice in here. Went there with my child on a rainy day and took advantage of their $13 weekday special. You get 2 hours of bounce, 8 tokens, and lunch for your child. Can't be beat!! Great way to occupy and tire out your kid at the same time. The staff was friendly and very helpful to a rookie like me. The only negative was that when the older boys started to show up my 4 year old was almost knocked over a BUNCH of times by their rowdy behavior and rough play. So much so that she wasn't having fun anymore and asked to leave. Oh well I guess boys will be boys. As a suggestion maybe they could do sessions broken up by age?? We will absolutely go back....just have to get there early and watch out for the wild ones. read more
