Very clean, bright colors and staff was friendly! They had a ninja course, climbing wall, huge ball pit, trampoline area, cow you can milk then feed the babies!! The list goes on! I do love that you can purchase the 2 hours, a day unlimited or monthly package however since we drove about 55 minutes we did the 2 hour package which was just enough time!! Another thing it's socks only but when you go to use the restrooms they have sandal slides you could use so you aren't walking with your socks on the bathroom floor I loved this!! Only down fall was parking but we parked in the shopping center next door!

Very spacious play place! 2 hours for around $28 and siblings are 50% off which is very reasonable. It wasn't too crowded and my kids had fun. Brought our own grip socks which we were allowed to use. The slides are cute and they have a trampoline area and a fake sand area where my toddler loved to play with for at least half an hour. We parked in the front which there were limited spots but I got lucky. When we left, all the spots were empty. I saw there was parking in the rear but did not visit since it would have been a long walk with two kids. There was a station where they sold kids snacks/pouches and saw some coffee machine but did not buy anything since a yogurt pouch was $4! Last entrance is at 6pm posted on the front door.

hidden area where children can easily open.

came here last weekend during soft opening (50% off) with three kids and boy this place was fun. one of the biggest open space indoor play area we have been too. Everything was very clean and brand new with no broken toys in sight. Has all kinds of slides, trampoline, xbox one kinect play area, sandbox, cow milking station. The back area has 3 rooms for private parties. So many bean bag chairs for adults to lounge. The area is so big and there are so many places where the kids can hide. Bathrooms are great, just wish they had kids seats on the toilets. The cow milking station beware as the floor is super wet.

I loved that the staff was right there, constantly cleaning up the extra bubbles and adding more soap to keep the fun going. The giant blue blocks section was so cool, too--the kids built a ton of different things and had a blast destroying them afterward! The old-school phones are always a fun classic, and they absolutely loved the animal section upstairs. It was a perfect day out for the family!

Lots of interactive exhibits, play areas and the obligatory climbing structure. Will inevitably be busy like most things on Long Island. Staff is friendly enough however mostly in the background. Good balance of different types of things to do, including a few animals upstairs. The town play set area is very cool, and I love that they have a rotating exhibit space. It was trains when we were there, themed to Thomas the train with both a ton of tracks to play with, as well as life sized Thomas train characters. Had to drag my son out of there, however luckily their gift shop is decent with legitimate toys versus just cheap crap. Would definitely come back here.

They require everyone to wear socks in the playground, which is great since there are small children crawling around. The facility features a fun slide and adorable mini-rooms themed as a veterinarian's office, a doctor's office, and various kitchens for pretend play. There is also a separate area to sing 'Happy Birthday' and a convenient café station. I was very impressed with the venue and am excited to return again soon!

It is a long review, but if you are planning an event, I urge you to read this until the end…read more Planning my son's Bar Mitzvah was a daunting task. The expense and amount that needed to be done was overwhelming and I needed to figure out a way to rein it in. Hiring a DJ for a Bar Mitzvah is a must, but it isn't as simple as that. The company is also responsible for providing the rest of the kids activities and, most importantly, keeping the party entertaining and flowing. Having recently moved to Connecticut and not put on an affair like this in over two decades since my wedding, I had no idea who to go to and how to keep in manageable. Also, living in CT and never having lived on Long Island, I obviously had no awareness of Great Neck Games. Randomly, an acquaintance at my Synagogue mentioned them in passing. It was honestly the greatest thing that happened to me in planning the event. Although, I am not saying it was cheap in any way, they worked with me on price and activities in order to keep the cost manageable. But, honestly, I still had no idea what to expect day of and how it would all actually take shape. The low hanging fruit was all done flawlessly. Everything that we ordered was delivered and the room looked beautiful. But, it was the little things and the people that made this event so much better than a run-of-the-mill Bar Mitzvah (see below for two of many amazing photos). Everyone was so happy and had such a great time and I credit DJ Keith Webb along with (I wish I knew their names) the MC and motivators. Keith was so much more than just a DJ. We had a separate room for the adults and he brought a speaker and playlist so they had music in that room. There was no charge for this as he just wanted to help make the event a success. He helped me negotiate the price on a couple of things we needed last minute to keep us within budget. He had a smile on his face the entire time that could fill the room. I am so grateful to him and wish I had the ability to hire him time and again. And, the MC...don't get me started on how great he was. I feel bad that I still don't know his name, but as you can imagine the day was a whirlwind and there was lots going on. He was simply special. He made every kid and adult feel like it was their day as well. But, he especially made my son feel like he should at a party of this magnitude. The motivators, two beautiful and talented women, were equally responsible for making both kids and adults feel engaged, happy and special. They were perfect. I am going to cut this here as it is crazy long, but I cannot thank Great Neck Games enough for what they did. I didn't want to put on such an expensive affair, but they did something I didn't think was possible - made me happy I did it. And, they truly deserve a large share of the credit.
