I'm 25, I got lasik at 23. Immediately after I got lasik my astigmatism and halos were worse than they have ever been. The surgeon preformed the surgery without my prescription because I was assured that it would be fine without my prescription. I am a disabled veteran on disability and a full time college student not only did I pay with this with my disability money but it was a waste. I went time after time to tell them it's worse and months post op I couldn't even see street lights while the sun was still up. It's been 2 years now and every time I go in the assistants tell me I just need eye drops because my eyes are dry. When i consistently used eye drops and saw no progress and went back I was told "sometimes it takes years for the results." I am unable to drive at night at all and that affects me every single day because If I were to risk driving at night I would most likely get into a car accident. I have to plan my VA appointments and college classes accordingly due to their negligence. I have gotten TWO specific seperate opinions both Drs let me know I'm too young to be dealing with "dry eyes" and no amount of eye drops I's going to fix what they did incorrectly for my surgery. I honestly have no option but to contact an attorney for medical malpractice. I would not recommend coming here at all. read more

I got Lasik here about 8-10 years ago. I called asking to see if I could get an evaluation to get the procedure done again. I was told it would be $160 for the consultation. However, the consultation is free for new clients/customers. There is also no promotional discount for previous customers. Its beyond me why they don't care about repeat customers. Also, I was told that after the surgery, you only get 12 months of free office visits should you have any issues. In other words, you are own your own after 1 year. I wonder why they closed down the Newport Beach office. Anyhow, definitely taking my business elsewhere. read more

For the past 20 years of my life I didn't think it was possible that I would be able to see without my glasses. The trees outside looked like blobs and words looked blurry. My grandpa, uncle, and aunt did lasik here about 25 years ago and their eye sight is still amazing. So I decided to do it as well. I got my lasik surgery yesterday (01/27/22). All the staff were amazing and sweet. Very welcoming. Procedure took about 20 min total. The paperwork was the longest lol Mini heads up: eat breakfast before coming. And if you take the sedative, do not eat after. You will be nauseous. My surgery was around 10am and around 7 pm I was able to slightly open up my eyes. And I saw better than without glasses. Today was my check up (01/28/22). I already noted a difference while looking out the window on the freeway. And the doctor said with both eyes I have 20/20 vision. So exciting to hear that news. First off I want to say that this place is amazing! The staff are super nice and friendly! On consultation day they checked my eyes and were super informative on the whole procedure. They went over all different options and pricing with me. I love that you can apply for special financing if you are approved! I was so excited for the procedure that I scheduled next day! Come on surgery day which was on July 14th they make sure to recheck your eyes and run a couple of tests to make sure that your eyes haven't changed. You go over a few paperwork and then get your medical kit. I do like that they give you the option to go to a pharmacy to try and get it through your insurance. I just went and bought it through the Office here. When you do get called into the surgery room you don't feel a thing! The numbing eye drops are like magic! The only thing that caught me off guard was smelling my eye from the laser doing it's magic! Right after the procedure which lasted like minutes? I could see my vision was different right away! I was so excited and made sure to follow the doctors directions for the eye drops and the refreshing drops. The first day you just have to rest all day and no reading no tv or anything. The follow up office visits are easy and quick. They check your eyes to make sure everything is good and healing correctly. This whole procedure was worth every single penny and the staff felt like family to me all the way from the receptionist to the Drs in the back. I was recommended to this facility from a family friend and have already recommended friends and family to try it out! read more

Checked in no problem. Then my 19 yr old son gets a packet in SPANISH to complete. My son said please get me an English packet as I don't read in SPANISH. As my son left inside a lady comes and IN Spanish tell me w3 don't normally allow kids in this office so please maintain her quiet. I got it together so I wouldn't become this big bitch but realized how I was discriminated. I walked up and a lady open the window I said I wanted to say 2 things and made eye contact to the lady who spoke to me. 1. I was not told kids were not allowed when they called me to schedule the appointment. 2.
