Came in for a birthday party and the kids had a great time. It was not busy so it was a bonus that there was not a crazy amount of people. The laser tag course was legit with an upstairs area and plenty of places to hide from and attack opponents.

Have to say this is a hidden gem in Carmel. The playing field is huge and our family has gone a couple times now and always had a great time. It can be a little crowded on the weekends but it's easy to pop in on a weeknight with a small group and have a blast.

    Arcade and Noble Romans pizza!

My whole family had such a blast visiting Laser Flash! Best last tag I've ever played. Each session has THREE games in it, around 40 minutes total for each session. And the prices are so affordable! Pay a flat monthly rate and get daily laser tag for $17-25 per month. If you have older kids (teens), this is a great deal! You can make an entire evening out of it and enjoy pizza (they have a Noble Romans) and an arcade. We played 2 sessions and some arcade and were there for around 3 hours. The employees were all courteous and helpful and environment energetic and fun! The kids (ages 9-15) raved about the laser tag layout. You will definitely get your workout in here! I suggested wearing closed-toe shoes and clothes to work up a sweat in. Perfect place for groups, youth groups, and events - you can contact them for special pricing regarding group rates and packages.

This place completely saved this mom! We had to do a last minute birthday party change of plans; our other venue closed (but still accepted reservations online). The parents/kids had already been notified and it was set for in the morning...I couldn't rearrange all of it so- I shot Laser Flash a late night message on Yelp. He answered me quickly and even open EARLY for us the next day! The place was very clean, super organized, explained rules very well and we had a fantastic time!! We played tag, had cards loaded with 10 bucks for the arcade, and then another game of tag. 2 hours in total. The cards allowed the group too return for 1 free game, every day, for a month! Perfect for the winter months! We will be back and this maybe our new place for teen entertainment!

Breadsticks are 97% like the.noble romans of yore. The pizza was made with love and quite tasty. The pie maker clearly wanted me to be a repeat customer. Would be 5 stars except for the fact they it is not the noble romans pizza from original recipe.

The experience was exhilarating. The staff members Shaye and Jude were specifically super chill and made the game feel so much more fun.

My younger child (lower elementary age) was bored after about 45 minutes, but your mileage may vary. Boss Battle Games has a lot of cabinet-style arcade games, like Centipede, Pac-Man, Mortal Kombat and others. All of your Gen-X and Millennial video game dreams will be fulfilled here. They also have some pinball machines -- some you can play for an extra fee, and some seemed like they could be played with the price of admission. There are also some interactive games, like Dance Dance Revolution. Speaking of admission: You pay $15 for a wristband that grants you access to almost all of the video games, and you can come and go all day. If you're really into playing video games, this is a great deal. They don't sell any food or beverages here, so if you want something to eat or drink, you'll need to leave and come back. But since Boss Battle Games is located inside Castleton Mall, there are lots of places to find something to eat around the area.

Within…read more30 minutes, I was at the register purchasing a $157 monthly pass (4 months) for the toddler area. I was impressed enough that I texted three friends photos, told my wife to start planning our son's birthday party here, and was actively asking managers about upgrading to full access because I had just discovered the larger "Adrenaline" area. For context: it's Indiana winter, it was cold, and I had a hooded sweatshirt on with the hood up because I was freezing. During my 2 1/2-hour stay, I spoke with two managers about memberships--neither said a word about my hood. While walking around trying to keep up my child, I heard someone off to the side say, "Take your hood off." I approached the man, who asked me politely. I politely asked why it was a rule. His response was shocking: "So I can see your entire face on my 50 cameras." This was 11:30 a.m. on a Friday, not a packed weekend night. I turned away to continue looking for my child, removed the hood, and muttered "whatever dude" under my breath. That's when the situation escalated wildly. He charged toward me, yelling: "I'm the owner--if you don't like it, leave!" I had already complied. That wasn't enough. He then shouted: "I'll give you your money back!" And finally said something that truly crossed a line: "If there are off-colored people with hoods up and we ask them to take it down, what would that look like?" I'm still trying to understand why race was brought into this at all. Let me be clear: * The facility is great for kids * The staff and managers were wonderful * We were not leaving anytime soon until this happened But the owner's behavior was aggressive, unnecessary, and completely inappropriate. A simple rule explanation would've sufficed. Instead, it turned into a power trip with racial commentary that had no place in the conversation. Rules are rules--but how you enforce them matters. I'll take the refund. And I'll take my business elsewhere.

They added some new games since the last time we came here. The games run on cards, which can add up pretty quickly, but they do offer some deals. We went with the $55 all-day play option (just note it excludes the purple games and has a 1500 ticket cap), and also purchased another card for $65 with 375 chips. It ended up being a good mix, and as a family, we had a really great time. Where things fell short was at the bar. My husband and I ordered drinks, and unfortunately the bartender wasn't very friendly. I felt rushed while ordering, and the overall interaction just didn't feel welcoming. I ordered the "Million Dollar Rita," and was honestly disappointed when I received it, it didn't look like the picture at all. When I asked about it, I was met with a bit of an attitude and asked if I had even tasted it yet, which felt dismissive. After trying it, I mentioned it tasted like a regular margarita, and that's when she told me several ingredients were out of stock. That definitely would've been helpful to know upfront, as I probably would have ordered something else. What made it more frustrating was that it still cost the same premium price. I ended up finishing the drink, but the service kind of killed the vibe for me, and I didn't feel like ordering anything else. It was awesome for the kids and my son had a great experience, but the bar service could use some work.

Bummer we could only play like 6 of the games out of all the inventory sad story. I will not be coming back to this one sorry. No workers, machines completely not working, a lot of games out of order and no one in the place says a lot!
