After scheduling a telehealth visit, I logged into my visit through their patient portal and no one showed up. After calling twice within the hour of my scheduled time, the first time the provider was "running a little late" the second time the person on the phone was unable to provide a status update or connect me to a provider resulting in a provider no show. They had the audacity to then charge me $99 for the "free consultation" advertised on their website after not having even spoken to, let alone receiving service from, a provider on their team. I was told the incident was being escalated to management for a refund and never heard back. If I didn't have access to the patient portal and know that there is a physical office location, I would be concerned that this was an illegitimate internet scam. read more

Well for starters, my appointment was at 3pm and I was called at 3:05. Then, waited on the table for about 5-10 mins and I didn't even get the 1.5 hrs I paid for! If my appointment started around 3:15, then it should have ended at 4:45pm. Nope, ended at 4:26pm. I hear people talking the entire time, which is not very conducive to relaxing. I asked for more pressure during my massage and didn't get it. The receptionists were very pleasant, the therapist was nice, I just don't think she gave a great massage. Won't be back. read more

First time visitor and I was very happy at the end of my appointment. Great intro rate for first timers for facial and/or massage (I did the facial). They have several options for membership as well and they don't push anything like products or extras on you. They provided a really nice experience, receptionist was attentive and friendly, they were on time and provided what was expected/advertised (50 minutes of actual service). The facial itself was really relaxing and I felt so amazing afterwards. The items they used were also very nice (I forgot the names). They were offering a special on the strawberry laser. the service I received when I came in was good but they last who did the treatment was not so friendly. I felt like because it was a special that she didn't give me the full experience of the treatment. I felt like it was rushed and she she didn't care to treat me. When I read the book about treatment it was supposed to 20 minutes each treatment but I received an only a 8 minutes session. She was trying to get rid of me. Will never go there again. read more

I went to the beaches location for laser hair removal after purchasing a Groupon. They are really good and I would absolutely go back. Ilse, I think that's how you spell her name, was wonderful. She was covering for daisy...but I'd definitely ask for her next time. I think she's usually at the mandarin location. The laser they have is the one with the cooling tip. The massage therapists here are great and have done a lot for me but if you're looking for a chiropractor, I suggest you look elsewhere. I told someone about my first time experience with the chiropractor and they were fuming mad for me. Maybe they were having a bad day or something but it was a short visit and they could have benefited with being patient with a first timer. Besides that my only issue with the massage portion of the business is that even with the scheduled appointment time, you get called back late and they don't add the time wasted to your massage. read more

I'm used to ones who own their own business & have been at it @ least 10-15+ years -- demonstrated in the attention to detail, technique & rapport. I bought a buy one get one package for legs and Brazilian. With the deal, I got 6 treatments and was told that it should take care of the hair. My leg treatment went ok, but I would say the Brazilian only worked about 40%. I was told that I was going to need to buy an entire new package to complete the treatment. Be careful if you have a darker skin tone. I've had laser hair removal a several times in the past without any issues. However, I visited Elements a few months ago. They applied the laser to a test area and I wound with a very bad reaction. I went to a doctor who confirmed I had hypopigmentation. The response from the staff was just okay. Next time, I'll try another facility. Hopefully, they now have a laser that performs better. read more

The staff and owner are very tuned into the customer, and although it is a little more expensive than. Assuage Envy and Massage Green, they do not seem to have the staff turnover the other spas have. This might be the first time ever writing a review but I made sure to go out of my way to express how horrible my experience was yesterday. I train with heavy weights and through this process I build up knots practically everywhere, in places, I can't seem to get myself so finding a great deep tissue massage is extremely important being that I don't want to rip my ligaments or tear anything. My first experience wasn't the best but I decided to give it a shot with someone else in hopes that maybe I'd have a better experience but I barely felt like the person was touching my body. Breaking up knots isn't supposed to feel pleasant which is why I signed up for a deep tissue massage. Not only did my 90 minute session start ten minutes after and had me leave 5 minutes early, but I walked out with the same discomforts I had walking in. If the person giving you a massage isn't strong, they should consider applying pressure with the elbows. Touching my muscles to see if they're there isn't going to help prevent any injuries. I went home and grabbed my lacrosse ball and worked on myself after. I honestly can't believe that someone would pay this much money for sessions like that. I'd give it negative stars if I could. Now I have to pay a cancelation fee along with $10 for every month I wont be going there. If you're interested in wasting your money, consider getting a massage here. read more

First massage price was slightly discounted, I felt there was nothing to lose. I am a regular massage go-er and found this massage better than most. Rick (manager/owner?) has absolutely no control over his staff. The Front Desk personnel are completely incompetent and have absolutely no Customer Service skills whatsoever. Additionally, during the same appointment, the receptionist got into a heated argument with a massage therapist. Since I was front and center for the entire disagreement she gave me a $25 gift card to use on an Introductory Massage. When I went to redeem it they refused to honor it. I came in for a massage on Sunday, 4/30-- woke up the next morning in the most excruciating pain in my neck and shoulder area. OMG! It was awful! I felt like the massage therapist Devon was either texting or on snapchat because he kept switching from one hand to another and pausing like some one would on the phone with one hand. At first I was just thinking because I asked for moderate, then that's what I was getting but the next morning I felt like I had been in a fight or a car accident. I took a muscle relaxer so that I could atleast get through the work day- came home later that evening took a hot bath in epsom salt then sprayed icy hot in the area where I was in pain. Would I personally recommend this place? Maybe but not the massage therapist himself. It was just that painful and I have never in my life written a review about any person, place, or thing! I purchased a package for underarm and Brazilian laser hair removal and spent upwards of $600 plus my time and am extremely dissatisfied with the results. I completed 6 sessions and was told that is the typical amount of time needed for best results. 4 months after the package completion, I still need to shave in both areas. The Brazilian specifically was completely unsuccessful. I have the same amount of hair as before I started. I've had friends get the same treatment done at different places with great results. I called the manager Brittany and expressed my disappointment in hopes they would at the least provide some service recovery with a small refund or extra free session but nope! I was told the only thing they could do was offer me one more discounted session for $50. Now why would I continue to throw money away to a company that is selling a bad product? At the least the additional appointment should have been complimentary considering the amount of money I wasted. Although the store and service was very professional and clean, I did not get what I paid for and feel ripped off. I will never return and do not suggest this service from Elements Spa. Ashley the front desk reception overcharged me! I was paying membership to Elements in order for me to share my membership to my daughter which they charge you if you transfer your credit $10/share. I scheduled teeth whitening for my daughter. Teeth whitening for member cost $150, for non-member $199. I was charged $199 + $30 of sharing cost. My daughter was charged $220. Can you tell me if that make sense??? I/my daughter was charged more than non member! I was so angry of what she done! Ashley representing Elements is crooked! When I called her she asked me if I want to pay $150 and she give all of those charges back. Why do I need to pay her $150? well in fact I have credit of over $300. Liar and crooked! I signed up for a Groupon for 6 sessions (small area) but did not see necks listed but hoped it would not be a problem. Although they were very quick they used the laser on my neck area so I thought great all is good. I didn't like that the receptionist kept pushing for tips but so be it. The second session instead of doing the neck as before she only did my chin. I was scheduled to have 15 minutes for my appointment but I was out the door in 2 min. I have used laser before and most salons go over the area several times to make sure they cover the area entirely -they didn't. I thought it was strange but figured I had a few sessions left so maybe there was a method to the madness. Then when I arrived home I looked on their website and noticed they added necks to the medium sized area for double the price. I had my third appointment and could not make my appointment because I was sick. Literally 5 min after the appointment would have ended they called me at home demanding that I pay for the appointment plus $50. I think the salon is very greedy I took care of the issue but told receptionist that I did not wish to finish my remaining sessions. There are better businesses out there. read more
