Rita made me feel so comfortable and validated my concerns about body hair. she was also thorough in making sure my medical history was aligned with the treatment, gave me instructions for preparing for laser hair removal and aftercare, and she walked me through step by step what she was doing and how it would feel. in my opinion, compared to a Brazilian wax especially, this was relatively painless! only a few sensitive spots for me. Rita's little suite is cozy and cute too. She has all of her certifications on the wall in the suite so you know she has the credentials to be doing this work too. Computer generated emails were part of the communication process but zero followup to questions, so I guess they were also not monitored. Some team members did not seem to know what the program was about, which was discerning. I was also told to ignore some aspects of the program. Why then, were you using this program??? Complete waste of time and money. I certainly expected better and am horribly disappointed. She thinks she has the answers, but not so much in my case. I am still dealing with what I have always dealt with. I was certainly hoping for a much better outcome. I think a refund is in order, but I will not hold my breath. And then there is the issue of the doctor not following her contract with me. Wish I never heard of Dr. Chatman. She is quick to point out her credentials, but they are meaningless when the program doesn't work as advertised.

I had a procedure in June to remove a spot that showed malignant cells, and the stitches were removed in August. It's now December, and I am still having serious issues with the surgical site. Stitches continue to surface from my skin, sometimes coming out with pus, and I've had to remove several of them myself. These were non-dissolvable stitches that should have been fully taken out during the follow-up appointment. About two weeks after my stitches were "removed," I noticed more stitches coming through my skin. It has been painful, frustrating, and honestly pretty alarming. I have photos documenting every stitch that came out afterward. My surgery was performed by Taylor Adams. During the appointment where she checked whether all of the stitches had been removed, she didn't recognize me and said she was in the wrong room--until I had to remind her that she had performed my surgery. That alone made me question the level of care and attention to detail. During the procedure itself, the assistant helping her kept fumbling and dropping things, and there were issues getting the bleeding under control. I also made it very clear that I was worried about scarring and wanted to keep the scar as small as possible. Unfortunately, the scar I ended up with is noticeably larger than what I was told to expect. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this office. I will not be returning, and I would not send anyone I care about here. Please consider all of your options before choosing this place.
