There were pros and cons. Let's start with the pros...The spa room was very nice. Private. Marissa was friendly and told me what to expect. She walked me through how to prepare for and get into the "bed" to start the treatment. The facial and the head treatment were amazing. Having never had a facial before this was definitely a treat! She used several products on my face and several products on my hair. My hair and face felt so good when I left! Now the cons... the massage "bed" was horrible! Best way I can describe it is you lay down on it and it's contoured and molded to the shape of a body. Which is ok, but when you're laying there for 90 minutes, you're stuck in this position, with no room to shift at all. And it massages you from underneath. But after a while, it just starts to hurt. So I asked her to turn it off. My lower back was very sore the rest of the day. But not Marissa's fault at all. She was great! Another con... as many products as she used on me, I really wish she would have talked to me about them. Maybe not during the treatment, because I understand some people want quiet in there for a peaceful, relaxing experience. But maybe afterwards show them to me and what they were for. They all smelled amazing and felt so good. Do they sell them? That was a real opportunity to try to make some sales. I probably would've bought some had she talked about them. So, overall I don't think I would do the head spa treatment again. Just because of that uncomfortable bed. And the only reason I did the 90 minute one is because it offered the facial. The other head spa treatments do not. I would go there again and have just a facial done, as Marissa was great and said it's done in a different room with a flat massage bed.
