The treatment space was unsanitary, with dirty towels and questionable cleanliness, which Ken dismissed by saying he's a "one-man operation." He promised a refund in writing, even texted me to "feel free to dispute the charge" for faster processing--but never issued it. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. On top of that, he tried pressuring me into signing an NDA to silence me. Between the fake equipment, false promises, unsanitary environment, and shady business practices, I strongly advise anyone considering this place to go elsewhere. The rash was so intense that it required rocky and enormous medical helps to calm it down. After that difficult period, I managed my skin issue on my own. Through more than 2.5 years of focused self home care, I successfully cleared approximately 99% of my melasma using a simple daily regimen centered on Vanicream products. The results came entirely from my self home treatment -- NOT from this facility. A. For Professionals: If a client discloses that they have sensitive skin, I strongly recommend implementing a 72-hour patch test followed by a 5-day monitoring period as a standard precautionary step. This is far more effective than relying solely on a liability waiver. B. For Future Customers: Laser treatments or chemical peels might provide temporary surface-level improvement and a short-term glow, but if underlying internal factors (such as toxin accumulation) are not addressed, pigmentation issues like melasma are very likely to return.
