Thank you Kevin and Drew for the great service! I'm giving them a 4.5 because of my complicated requests and how well they have accommodated our party. Still a few things to better the place, but overall a good experience and would most likely return for more fun and games. First of all, our party was set up for a Monday from 7-9. When we first planned it, we didn't realize that the Giants would be playing game 7 that day. So instead of cancelling, Kevin offered to accommodate us. He made sure his tvs would play the game, he let me order extra pizza, they provided the clean up, all the plates, utensils, drinks, and worked with us timewise. Both Drew and Kevin always checked up on us. Whenever I needed something, either of them would immediately grab it for us, no hesitation whatsoever. The place has hardwood flooring and is clean, more of a modern feel. As for previous bad reviews, I was hesitant at first, but it seemed that they have really stepped up their customer service. There were complaints before about vests not working but they emphasized to us that if our vests were blinking, it doesn't work and to come back and get a new one. My complaints (more like constructive criticism, hoping that it can help improve the place, because it is nice having a decent laser tag arena in the East Bay). I was debating on Laser Quest vs. this location and they both have their pros and cons. I think if Laser Tagging Inc made it so instead of having numbers on our score cards but rather our code names like how they do at Laser Quest, it would be an easy choice. My favorite part about playing is finding out who shot you the most or who you shot the most, and with numbers, you really don't know who is who. Cost is okay. Just make sure that when you reserve your party, that that is what you are booking and you can't change it after that (miscommunication, I thought we would figure it out the day of but he said he booked me for 2 games, which I asked if it was an option but I knew not everyone would play two games, so I didn't confirm it..it still worked out but I kinda forced everyone to play twice). If you say two games for ## people, stick to it, but I'm sure going for a more expensive package or more players won't be an issue. Their arena is very spacious and open but there isn't much hiding spots. We had 20 people playing and it is hard for me to imagine having more people play. I think any more people would make it less fun because then you would constantly run into players. It was still a decent size for our party. So maybe more walls to hide behind? I've been here several times now with my daughters as a rainy day activity. Staff is extremely friendly and does a good job quickly working us into games (which are otherwise dominated by birthday party groups). As other reviewers have noted, the place is a bit run-down, but the arena is great and the laser tag is fun. read more

Laser tag facility was great. Unfortunately, the business is poorly organized. Not enough staff support, laser vest were to big (no kids sizes), and the wait time for the maze was ridiculous. We hosted our son's 10th birthday over the weekend and everyone had a great time! We were allowed to arrive a half hour before the party to set-up, decorate the room, and prep for the guest's arrival. Considering it was it was super busy on Saturday afternoon, Kevin and his crew made sure to check in on us and were always attentive to our needs. They were very easy to work with. They helped guide the timing of all the activities from the first game, to eating pizza, to playing the second game, and finishing off with the birthday cake. Each laser tag session lasted roughly about 15 minutes with 5-10 minutes in the beginning for instructions and to gear up. The kids came out sweaty and excited from the first game and were ready to run back in for the second session. Its fun! And that's what laser tagging is supposed to be right? Had a blast here - affordable rates, the arena is a two-story shooting gallery with open walkways, makes for very interesting shooting matches across and from above and below. The light gun is modeled after the phasers in Star Trek, instead of your "traditional" gun (think handle in front, not in back). Once in a while some shots won't register and that seems to be the case across all laser tagging places...you take what you can get. read more

It's laser tagging - pretty standard, nothing too fancy. The price is fair too, $9.99 per game (which lasts 15 min). You can tell the place is brand new - the lobby looks like a barren hotel lobby. The owners are really nice though, they were very accommodating even though we came close to closing time. I think they're offering some kind of deal for their grand opening special, which is a free laser maze game. It's actually a pretty cool experience. You run around a dinky maze trying not to trip lasers. Unfortunately, the size of the "maze" leaves much to be desired. It's smaller than your typical college dorm room, and it's about 10 seconds in and out. Though it was a unique concept, I couldn't imagine paying $4 for it. So take advantage of the free deal while it lasts! read more

The arcade is decent even though the games are old. The reason you're there though is for the laser tag and it is extremely fun. Also a lot more tiring than what you would think. Don't wear a jacket because it gets hot quickly. The area has two levels which you access through ramps. Wear nonslip shoes or else you're going to be sliding, especially on the ramps. My group had ten people and three random people joined in making it hella fun. Didn't go through the maze so not sure what that is like. Overall I say if you have a fairly large group and are looking for some random fun, this place is pretty good. read more

Highly recommend this place. Staff are all very helpful, professional, and friendly. You are allowed to bring your own decorations. No outside food, but pizza is decent and drinks included soda, juice, and free water. Staff helps serve the food, cut the cake, and serve that too. They can supply you with plates, utensils, cake cutting knife, napkins, cups, as part of your birthday package. read more

Fun place for a youth B day party. Had our sons here along with 15 kids and adults. Ordered pizza to be delivered, brought in a doughnut tower for a cake as my kid isn't a fan of frosting. If you are a large group and want to play privately, go in the afternoon around 3 to 4. I brought a large group of friends and there kids from out of town. Mr. Yes was fun, engaging, and accommodating to our group. Price was fantastic as well. We will be back every time we have friends and family visiting from out of town. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because many of the the laser vests and guns need to be replaced. We first went to this place about a year back when we were invited to a birthday party. Since then, we have visited this place more than a dozen times (that's almost once a month :-)). My son who is 8 1/2 loves it. The facility is clean and well maintained. We have not had to wait for more than 5 minutes to get in the laser maze. You pay 10 bucks for the first round of laser tagging and subsequent rounds are 7 and 3. So essentially, you get about an hour's worth of high intensity workout for 20 bucks. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the thrills of laser tagging. read more

We celebrated our son's 8th Bday in LaserTagInc. Kids LOVED the place. Kids were sweating when they came out of Laser tag. Parents were busy with arcade games. Overall, it is a fun place to hang out. The only reason why I didnt give 5 star rating is because they didnt provide dedicated host/helper. There were around 30 kids in the party. When you are paying $21/kid in a party, you would expect a dedicated person to help with your party. I had to go out of the party room every time I needed cutlery/drinks etc. Management was very helpful. Only thing is you need to find someone to help you. Bottom line- If you are looking for a new place to celebrate your kid's Bday party, then go for LaserTagInc. read more

Normally lazer tagging is fun by itself but when it is in an environment full of excellent staff who's goal is the satisfaction of their customers it; makes it 10x's better! Laser tag was fun because of the group of friends I went with. But the customer service is extremely bad. The manager - some Indian guy - was one of the most rude and disrespectful person there. Politeness is out of his scope. He simply CANNOT TALK but SHOUT AT THE CUSTOMERS. 1) He would not want to completely hear what customer has to say 2) According to him customer is always wrong and does not know anything 3) WORST- to escape out of the situation to respond to customers' question- He literally asks the customer to GET OUT. - USED ABUSIVE WORDS to my friends and also THREATENS to have PHYSICAL FIGHT. To summarize the incident - I asked him a question regarding the deal that was bought online and if he could help redeem coupon. Without hearing me completely of what help I needed - he simply started shouting and accusing me that I am at fault. All I needed was his help. I requested him to lower down his voice tone while talking as it was disrespectful and embarrassing; but he asked me to get out and started yelling. My friends requested him the same to calm down but he started abusing them and was almost about to hit one of my friends. I had to ask him to not to touch my friends otherwise he is in trouble. He still asked them to come in the parking lot and he would want to have a physical fight with them. We had a great time playing the game until this manager or owner Indian guy took all our happy moods away. read more

Well, I really should've taken yelper's advise on this one. Laser tag is fun in itself but as the yelpers said it the customer service just plain sucks. Adam just as everyone said was very helpful however Johnny was stingy & tasteless. He mocked us for misunderstanding our package. They agreed to exchange the maze for another round of laser tagging due to the confusion and a few minutes later retracted. We went here to have fun but end up my son crying because a group of middle schoolers complain about him saying bad stuff and touch one of the girls. The parents make this a big deal, talked to the staffed. I mean come on they are not inside they don't know what really happened. He says she says is not what you handle the situation.
