Some of the games almost reminded me of slot machines but there were also more normal arcade games

The arcade is large with lots of screen-based games but also ones where there is more physical interaction which we like for the kids. It's open longer hours than the boardwalk and a good place to burn some time if it starts raining or is too sunny. My kids loved skeeball, the nerf shooting game, and fruit ninjas. Air hockey was also fun but my son was so terrible a timer turned on after some time forcing us to finish. The coin-pusher games seemed to be a huge favorite. There were people always sitting at the games hitting the button repeatedly, for some reason they looked bored even if they hit the "jackpot" and a ton of coins fell down. The ticket reward system seemed a bit arbitrary and they digitally appear on your card, the only way to check how many tickets you have is at the scanner in the gift shop. Maybe I did something wrong but I could not figure out how to load more money onto an existing card, we ended up with 3 cards and it was a mess trying to get all the tickets from these cards traded in for prizes.

Well you can definitely spend hours here with you're friends or family. So busy as it does seem like a covid hot spot but the masks on & semi space apart doesn't seem to effect anybody. Not everything was in working condition but a entertaining location We all had a good time

Very fun arcade by the beach~ Too hot from the sun? Well come chill and relax here after playing in the lovely Santa Cruz beach. They have all kind of games including ticketed, crane, fighting, racing, dancing, musical, and your classics. Some of my favorite games like DDR (they had the FF7 remix!), Street Fighter V, and my SO's favorite Initial D driving stimulator version 3 and 4 were available! What's even better is that the food stand in the back sells margaritas and daiquiris to make your stay even more enjoyable :) The only downside is that the prizes for the ticketed games are pretty lame. Avoid ticketed games unless you really do want the prizes they offer.

Too addicting... Didnt realized i was sitting there for close to an hour. Haha

Place is freaking great! Not sure why i just started going here every few weeks... But we'll worth the drive. The games are too fun. The atmosphere is what you would expect.

We've been to most of the parks in the greater Bay Area and yesterday was our first time here. All the parks have been a great experience for us. They each have something we like, there's woodsball up north, nice variety in the central valley, we've had fun at all of them. So when I say that this was our favorite place, it means something. First off, great prices and superb staff to help you out. Geared towards the first time player but not limited in the least bit to new players. The fields are excellent, COD fans will have a familiar field to play on! The players we encountered were all good friendly people, both other teens/young adults and adults were friendly to my sons and I and it was a nice mix of teams. Lastly. The pro-shop and management team, the owner/operator and his managers are there to make sure you are enjoying your visit. I spent some time talking with them and they are committed to making your experience a long lasting memory. You want to build those core memories with your family and friends? They are the guys to help you do that. The Park is not limited to paintball, there's other activities available even for the really young ones. We'll be going back again soon!

We arrived 15 min early to get situated, we paid for a separate room to put our personal belongings in and waited until we were called to the briefing room. We had around a group of 25+ people so our session only included our own group. We got instructions in the briefing room and was off putting our gear on. It was a free for all style of play, everyone player for themselves. I was surprised to see how big the room was and the also had second story which adds another dynamic during the play. You can shoot off mirrors to ricochet to hit sensors on the other players. It was quite engaging and a ton of fun. Our girls are ages 7 and 9 and they got a hang of how to play right away. Surprisingly, the parents had just as much fun, if not more! The session lasted around 15-20 minutes if I had to estimate and it was definitely enough time to enjoy. The biggest surprise was how much of a workout it was. Every parent mentioned that they were sweating and got a good workout in. They recognize every player including the top 3 scores at the end. You can purchase by session - we decided to do 2 and I think it was the perfect amount. After our first session, there was a group in between to give us a much needed break and we went back in. I recommend coming here with your kids for a family event or even a group event. I am planning to look at birthday party options for my kids bday party later this year. I highly recommend checking this place out!

There were kids of all ages and adults mixed in to the rounds. I kind of wished there was some sort of separation of little kids and older kids as the adults in the round seemed to have all the high scores. Very well organized party though with the check in and the ln having a round of laser tag then a break and then another round and then pizza and drinks in a private room. There are arcades and the kids all wanted to play on the arcades during the break so be prepared for that. They had a big fridge with lots of different sodas and drinks for the kids to pick from after the second round. They also took care of all the clean up. Friendly and helpful staff.

We reserved a group party session from 9am-11am and my 2 boys & 9 of their friends had such a good time playing the outdoor laser tag for the 1st time. The battlefield is outdoor, big and well set-up with inflatable obstacle barriers to hide behind. The players wear a headband rather than a vest and this was a better option especially for smaller kids. The 2 adults that played had fun as well. Music is played continuously and the owner Craig occasionally announced the 2 teams scores as the games were being played. There was several picnic tables in a covered (but still outdoor) area where Craig had reserved 4 tables for us. That was more than enough. Both he and his wife were great to work with & made sure everyone had a good time. There are also local pizza places that will deliver to the location so we had Round Table deliver pizza for lunch. I'm so happy my kid's team chose to celebrate here after our championship-winning game! This location is so clean and has so many fun things for the kids to do. As soon as we got there, the gentleman at the register was ON IT. He was helping everyone and making sure the entire team was well taken care of. The league covered the kids' meals, while the parents purchased their own food and drinks. It did take a while to get our food, but it was completely understandable. About 15 families walked in all at once, and they still had regular customers there enjoying the World Cup game on their many TVs. They have an arcade and laser tag. The arcade prices weren't bad at all. The kids each got a $25 game card and had enough credits to play for about an hour. Once we got our pizza, it was definitely worth the wait! Even though it was a personal-sized pizza, my husband and I were both able to eat from it, and it was enough to satisfy us. To be fair, we had also sampled some of the other parents' food while we waited, but I still thought it was a pretty good portion. Overall, I would love to come back whenever we're in the area or after one of our games. A special thank you to the gentleman at the register. He was truly a team player. Not only was he helping customers at the front, but he was also bringing out pizzas, checking to make sure everyone was doing well, and just had awesome energy the entire time.

Great addition to downtown Hayward. Perfect for kids - it a smaller version of chuck e cheese…read more I love this place and want it to succeed. Hayward is an underdog city - and this is such a unique space. If I was the mayor of Hayward I would shine a light on this place as I think its an important piece of the city. I live just 2 blocks away and have never gotten any note on my front door or advertisement or coupon. I think that is a shame. If I was head of marketing for this business I would place a flyer under every door mat in a 5 or 10 block radius. This is a missed opportunity for core customers. There are new high rise buildings also popping up - a huge senior building - why not a special flyer offering seniors discounts if they show up for an early bird dinner? Often times you can also tell if kids live in any given home in the neighborhood. There are kiddie pools, tiny shoes left out front, bikes thrown around in the front yard - these homes should be targeted even more aggressively with fliers and some sort of incentive to come in. Another huge problem with this place is the lack of emphasis on ease of 'searchability' of the place. I had lived so close since 2016 and had not known about the place until maybe 2020 during the pandemic. How is that possible? It's all about not knowing this is an arcade. Sector 19 doesn't mean anything to me. It should be called 'Sector 19 Arcade' so that people can find it with a Google or Waze search. The arcade is clean and bright and fun for little kids. Its a safe place too - where parents can hang outside more in the restaurant part and not worry they wandered off - there is only one way out. The arcade needs to be front and center - this is why people come. Pizza House or Susie Qs have no competition in this arena.... so lean in on this. I will say that a Susie Qs has an edge with food quality - so again, more reason to make the family friendly atmosphere the center of attention.
