car wash was ok. I don't think it washed my car very well and didn't dry very good , vacuum didn't work. I probably wouldn't go there again.

I reached out on Monday and by that evening I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday after I received information about their Silver Package which included a hand wash exterior service and deep clean detailing interior. The service was scheduled at 8:30am and they arrived at 9am, which doesn't bother me at all as I assumed 8:30am was an estimate. I did receive a message around 8:15am about seeing me soon so I at least knew they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, the male and female team got to work and finished around 12:30pm. I was quoted around $200+ from other business for interior only, so the $179 for exterior and interior (for a 3 Row SUV) was the main driver for me! Well worth it, and was able to use Zelle as my payment method. I was initially apprehensive as I couldn't easily find a social media page on their website (not sure if they have one) but given their prompt responses and the Yelp reviews, I'm happy I went with them. I only have one before photo, so I tried to take the picture at the same angle of the center console for comparison along with the rest of their work. For context on what the before was, an 8 year old is in the car daily and there's been 2 14+ hour road trips in the past month alone.

Very quick to respond and did a pretty good job inside and out. Some spots were left on the…read morewindshield but overall I'm very pleased with the service and will reach out in the future.

I like that it's nestled off on the side of the road and fairly secluded. All the functions of the wash itself work well. Star for privacy and shade, star for wash equipment, star for change machine and star for vacuums and trash bins. One star deducted for weak vacuum power and hard to read countdown timer. Overall worth a visit. I will be returning for sure.

But that's not what is making me want to write a review. I went to wash my car today and after presoaking and spraying my car with their soap (both with barley any coming out and with low pressure) I then was quickly spraying with my own soap and wax mixture and quickly wiping it before I did a rinse. Someone sent two children over to me (approx 8 and 14) to tell me they were the owners kids and that I was "bucket washing" which isn't allowed, and that I was making someone wait (a single vehicle) even though there are other stalls that also had vehicles waiting. I see people doing exactly what I was doing all the time and it was never an issue. But on top of that 2 stalls over there was a company that had there fleet vehicles lined up and they were "Bucket washing" each and every single one of their vehicles, at least 6 of them. I guess the "rules" are selective. It's fine I was only going here because it was close and covenient. I'll just go somewhere else. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place.

I really like WhiteWater Express Car Wash, but there's one thing that keeps it from being great:…read more Unlike Quick N Clean Car Wash in San Marcos, WhiteWater keeps their vacuum, mat cleaning, and air blower stations inside a gated area...so you can only use them if you pay for a wash. I get it, this location is busy and that probably helps keep wait times down. But Quick N Clean built serious customer loyalty by letting people vacuum for free, and it made you want to come back and spend money with them. That said, WhiteWater still does a lot right. The lines move fast, the wash itself is thorough, and the vacuum stations are well equipped. I especially like the compressed air tools for getting into tight spaces to blow out dust and debris. The mat cleaners here are more of a dry clean (blowing debris out rather than washing with water), but they get the job done. Overall, it's a solid, efficient car wash. I just wish they'd consider a more open access vacuum setup to let people vacuum for free. You'd lose nothing and you'd have everything to gain. Think of it as free advertising. It's a small change that could go a long way in building customer loyalty. I'll still be coming back.

    - - - Updated Review of WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Austin, TX on 04/28/2026 - - -…read more I wanted to update my review of this WhiteWater Express Car Wash (Parmer Lane location) because this location has been slacking on a few things that they never used to but has now become the norm. Where previously they used to always have PLENTY of clean micro fiber towels in the bins for customers to use..lately that is no longer the case. These days, only 1 bin of clean towels for customers to use is being filled or they're passing out the clean towels to customers 2 towels at a time. Coming in contact w/ a nonfunctioning vacuum is also becoming the norm. Leaving this feedback in hopes positive changes get made. Till next time, Rebecca
