Don't waste your time and money on Cold sculpting services. You are given an estimate number of treatments based on a virtual assessment and it is insanely overpriced for the lack of results you will achieve. I took on a payment plan because I was hyped up about having a toned abdomen after a few months of giving birth to my baby girl. The ladies at Laser Away are so great; from the moment I arrive they greet me and check me in immediately- I hardly ever have to wait more than a couple minutes before being sent in. The actual laser hair removal process is seamless and so quick. I've been getting my underarms and bikini area done and I'm usually in and out within 7 minutes. This week I had Jessica do my treatment and she was the nicest and most patient, as are all of the estheticians at laser away. At this point I've had about 5 treatments on my underarms and 3 on bikini and can already go several weeks without having to shave. Like I said, best decision ever. So I just got done with one of my sessions, idk what is going on with one of the front desk girls but like I did not appreciate the attitude. I had originally thought that it was the last session I had paid for but she clarified that I had 8. What bothered me was that when I said I had to check my schedule for the next appointment I was booking she rolls her eyes and looks at the other girl next to her. I get it it's the afternoon but please keep yourself in check. I'm a nurse and have to keep my customer service face on all hours of my 12 hrs shift from 7am to 7pm and I don't appreciate getting attitude from someone at a place where I am spending my time to give myself self-care. read more

This place is amazing! I bought 8 treatments for my underarms and upper lip. I finished them last month and it was worth it. I noticed a significant decrease in the hair growth. The place is always clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I have not had a single issue. I'm always seen within 5 mins of checking in. My treatments were quick and I'm out of the door in less than 10 mins. At the end of my treatment, I was informed of a maintenance package. I declined and wanted to see how the hair growth is after the treatment and if it is needed I may look into it. The staff understood and didn't push me to purchase. I always bring a bottle of aloe vera in my bag to apply after the treatment. I recommend this place to anyone looking into laser hair removal. read more

Please be careful if you are a client here. Ask to see your charts and confirm they are not scamming you out of treatments. Write down the dates of each session and what treatment you had done. If there is a discrepancy, you will not get your rightful treatment. I learned that the client, who has first-hand experience, is not correct and the nurses charts rule. My laser place I've been going to for years shut down due to the pandemic. I live in Eastlake and this Laser away is about 3 mins from my house so I figured I would give them a try! Rose was amazing!! She was extremely helpful in making sure I chose the right laser package. She was professional via phone and in person just the same and definitely made me feel comfortable. I purchased the lip fillers and was very dissatisfied. The filler was done and the lips were not symmetrical at all. I had asked for the bottom lip to be slightly bigger than the top and she gave me the complete opposite. The effect was gone within a month and when I wanted to use the remainder of the product I was then notified it had expired. If I would have known I would have gone back and used it up since this is not cheap. Very disappointed in the overall experience. Will definitely look for another knowledgeable technician elsewhere. read more
