I went in really excited because the reviews are so good, but I left honestly pretty disappointed. I came in for the new client lip filler deal, and what I didn't realize is they heavily push you toward a more expensive filler that the discount doesn't apply to. The cheaper option was talked down on and I was told it could leave my lips lumpy and hard, which made me feel pressured to upgrade. I ended up paying around $400 for just half a syringe, which was not what I expected. I've had lip filler done before, and this was by far the most painful experience, she poked me aggressively, and at one point, the needle actually popped and pulled out of my lip abruptly. The injector seemed nervous when it happened so it made me nervous too. I'm also dealing with significant bruising, way more than I've ever had. Botox was mentioned briefly during the consultation, but I never agreed to it or expressed interest. I only realized it was being injected while it was happening, so obviously I paid for it without knowing. I asked for an itemized receipt, and the front desk said I would receive it, which I did not. Overall, the experience felt pushy, I expected better given the reputation and I will not be returning. read more

I have been waiting to leave an honest review. This was my first time here and also my first time having a different product injected. I was extremely nervous but all the staff were fantastic and patient as well as knowledgeable. I chose to go with Celina and she is wonderful. She took her time more than anyone ever has which was highly appreciated. I have been having injectable procedures for about 10 years and have had 4 different providers, 3 RN's and one cosmetic surgeon, all 4 were the usual pain level and minimal bruising with a few days of swelling. I usually stick with the same gal from another nearby clinic but she was unavailable since it was the day before Christmas Eve. So, Celina was my 5th injector experience. My experience with pain was above average of what I normally feel. It felt like she was going way too deep with the needle but, again, since it was a different product, I assumed that it had it's own protocols. I had some pretty bad bruising in one eyebrow and in my chin which lasted 5 days. I don't normally experience this. My forehead is still a bit bumpy and I am hoping it smooths out, again, something that should have been gone on say 2-3. My cheeks hurt BADLY when I make certain facial expressions. I have never experienced that before. I want to assume that I just had a bad experience to the product but my chin feels fine and bruising is gone. I have always used botox in the forehead so there really shouldn't be a bumpiness issue since I know my body reacts well to it. I was really excited despite the pain level of the procedure, and would have definitely had Celina as my go to injector but the forehead results are just not looking good 1 week post procedure, the bruising was pretty bad and my cheeks really hurt. Perhaps if I had my usual product injected I would feel fine...? I would say if NakedMD has the product that you normally get, then yes, I would say to go and ask for Celina. But again, I can't quite explain the forehead issue so I have an appointment scheduled with my regular injector to take a look at it and also to feel out what may be going on with the cheek pain. I hope this helps others make an informed decision. read more

My lips don't look even, I had pre paid for a full Syringe last time I got my lips done 11/2025 because it was on sale $499 (KYSSE) which I don't know if that's what I really got because the nurse never opened the box in front of me like they have in the past. The first lady that seen me said that the full syringe wouldn't fit so she was going to ask someone else and then another lady came in the room and said I could use the full syringe that it will all fit. I also told the nurse multiple times that if the whole syringe was not going to work that I would just wait until next time and she told me we can use it all. So I proceeded with my treatments which were Sculptra, lips and Botox. I was disappointed because she didn't use the full syringe on me. I looked at it when she threw it in the sharps container and it was just under half of the syringe. I work in the medical field so I know because I deal with needles all the time. I think they should have told me you can just use a half syringe and explain that you can just purchase a half syringe. I think they just try to make money off of you at this point, I was only going in for the filler and ended up getting other things done. They didn't care to waste almost half a syringe because it wasn't coming out of there pocket.I never had any issues there but that was a waste of money to me. I will be canceling my membership and up coming appointments. I started going there because I don't have time to be going to Tijuana and this location was much closer then driving to Tijuana which is much cheaper and the doctors do the work on you themselves. For $499 I can get my lips and botox done. Plus when you go back for your 2 week follow up, it's free if they have to fix any of your work you got done. Now I'm left with bruising all over my face, uneven lips and wasted money!!! read more

I was talked down that the filler used will cause bumps and not last long. i previously got juverderm at another place and had no issues. I shouldve read the disclaimer beforehand that the same brand couldve been used for the deal. I ended up paying 399$ for half a syringe of contour and it didn't even last.
