Unfortunately, they seem to know what they are doing and they don't. They almost burned my face. My recommendation...Try other places, there are many options in Coral Gables. It's never worth putting your health in danger. They treat you great at first, and once you sign a contract they give you mediocre service. It's not personalized either as they make it look like. They ask you to sign off all these consents, but they don't even check what treatments you had, or review in advance if a consecutive treatment is appropriate. My first time there, they gave me a complimentary facial treatment with the 3 areas I had paid for. I scheduled my complimentary facial a week later after I had received a facial laser. At first, I had no issue with the short time between treatments because no one had mentioned it was a laser facial. I thought it was a regular one. I got there (after they had rescheduled my treatment the day prior- with same day notice) and I found out it was a laser facial. At first I was just disappointed. But I sign off all the consents and proceed to the treatment. Minutes later, I just thought that it was odd they had scheduled me a week after my laser treatment in the same area. I mentioned it to the staff, and she said there that it would be appropriate to reschedule for next week or she could avoid the areas already treated. I was not happy with either of the options. I had already rescheduled (I'm a mom of 2) and I did not want a half of a complementary treatment. But then it occurred to me that no one had cared to schedule the treatment with at least 2 weeks apart with an abundance of precaution considering it is a skin treatment on the face. And that for the staff was an option to go ahead with the treatment if I said yes. I almost got burned and felt completely unsafe. I walked out and contacted them to request a refund. To my surprise, no refunds were available. I spoke with corporate and they said they had a nurse practitioner that assessed the treatment area, prior to the treatment. I don't know who mentioned such a thing. No nurse practitioner assessed my treatment. This is completely unethical. I always made it clear that I was willing to pay for the one (1) treatment I received out of eight (8) sessions I had paid in advance for. I never took advantage of the complementary services. Cierra Esterline from Corporate client experience continuously dismissed my experience and what had happened to me. But she did mention to stay on the treatments of "$3,000 package because I got a great deal" or "provide a store credit to use it towards any other services they offer". No responsibility on the missed safety protocols, and comments that continue to dismiss the reasoning behind why I wanted a refund. It seems that they only would have cared if something would have happened. They did refund me, but only 75% of what I paid for the 8 sessions. They consider that fair and adhering to their refund policies. But they dismissed that they did not followed their safety procedures nor considered that their selling point was that every treatment would be at a lower price. Which due to a huge safety issue I'm requested an immediate cancelation the treatments. My recommendation...Try other places, there are many options in Coral Gables that provide better service, kindness, safety, and are affordable. I should have gone to the place I have been before. It's never worth putting your health in danger in these very well marketed places. read more

Black girl problems. I arrived for my 9 am appointment obviously not looking the part so I was turned away. No one was at the reception desk so I knocked. A lady came to the front and told me that they were closed. I walked to my car, which obviously didn't match my "work from home, tired black mom" look hence my need for an appointment. The same lady opened the door and asked me my name when I responded, she told me "oh come on in, we open at 10, but I came early". Naturally, I told her that I would pass on the appointment and I'm on the phone with corporate now. I received a confirmation for this appointment yesterday via text. If the store does not open until 10 then why not call and let the customer know. This was beyond ignorant and discriminatory. read more

"True" laser specialist LISSSETE was absolutely NOT A CLIENT ORIENTED person, stubborn, made her job superficially, in a hurry, missing some problem areas which I asked her to handle more thoroughly because I didn't feel anything and she did miss it, she refused and cut my whole procedure time, referring to the fact that I was 10 minutes late however my session time supposed to be from 7:00 am till 8:00 am but she pushed me out of the office without a twinge of conscience at 7:35 (!!!) : "Next'" So I had to finish my full Brazillian bikini in another "only one available for today" far AF Pines Pembroke location 30 miles away waiting my time, $ and in bad mood. Cool sculpting treatment. The staff is super professional and attentive I have cero complaints about them. I book this treatment to get rid of a little localize fat I have around my waist. I am slender and exercise daily so I figure this treatment was the little extra I needed to look my best. I got my first session and it was ok. Not painful just a little uncomfortable. About 1 month ago I read the news about how supermodel Linda Evangelist was suffering side effects after getting cool sculpting so I decides not to get a second treatment because the result are not worth having potential medical issues. I called the lady that sold me the package to let her know I no longer wish to continue with the treatment and she never bothered to answer my call! Call the place we're I got the treatment Coral gables, Miami Florida and the lady that took my call told me she could not cancel my second treatment and I needed to contact the sales associates that sold me the treatment! Long story short the company is ignoring my emails and refusing to help me. To me that looks sketchy. I will never recommend this place based on my experience.
