She opened by asking why I wrote the review... even though the entire reason is spelled out clearly in it. Then she denied ever telling me the package she sold me was unlimited. I asked if their calls were recorded; she said yes. So I told her to go listen to the call where she sold me the package -- January 8th, 2025 between 5-6 PM. She said she and her manager would review it and call me back. They never did. No apology. No explanation. No solution. They also refused to share the recording. I asked if I'd be able to hear it once they found it. She said no. At this point it's pretty clear: do not get tattoo removal here. They mislead people, they dodge accountability, and the machines look like they belong in a museum. Please learn from my experience and avoid getting scammed.

I did wait a little longer than usual but the front desk young lady told me that my insurance was having technical difficulties and she couldn't get in touch with them. They had a nice big flat screen TV in the reception which made my wait barely noticeable. DR- She is extremely nice and polite. So genuinely concerned and listened to all my crazy rants and medical history ups and downs. She was very receptive to all my comments and offered great advice and even helped me with recommendations on other specialists i should see. She even had the front desk girl make copies with specialist information and wrote referrals so i wouldn't have any problems with my insurance covering my services. She also took down the names of all my prescription meds and found cheaper alternatives and then sent them directly to my pharmacy so i wouldn't even have to bother dropping them off WOW! this place is really amazing and understands people and how to take care of them and their needs.
