When I arrived in the ''consultation'' room I felt like I was sitting at a place that was trying to sell me something. When she pulled out the calculator I realized I was in the wrong place. This is not how I wanted this experience to go. When she said that this was the price and then gave a discount and then later mentioned the groupon price I was shocked at the difference in price. I came in today after waiting what seemed like a lifetime to resume my laser hair removal treatments. Amber at the service desk gave me a warm welcome and my nurse, also named Amber, grabbed me from the waiting area 15 minutes early. Amazing! My treatment was a little more painful, as they are not able to use to cold air on the face yet, but the gel stuff was really relaxing and felt nice. Amber asked me every few strokes how I was doing and read my facial expressions for when to give me a break. Amazing again! When I checked out I asked about their special, bogo? Uh WHAT?! Best day ever. Amber at the desk jumped through hoops to work out a great deal on a package and financing. It was so fun and she made me feel like I've known her for a hundred years already. The nurses who perform the actual services were wonderful, however the front desk staff was not. On two separate occasions, I arrived on time for my confirmed appointment, only for the front desk to tell me that my appointment had been canceled. They were unable to offer any explanation for the surprise cancelations. I decided to cancel my package. I had to call about 15 different times (each time speaking to someone different) in order to get my money back. They are very disorganized and unprofessional. read more

This has been, perhaps, the best investment I've made in my skin. I originally signed on for 6 treatments (spaced out every 2 weeks) and the results were phenomenal. Everything improved... texture, clarity, hyperpigmentation and my skin products are working far more efficiently than before. Most importantly, I have skipped wearing foundation since summer began and felt very confident doing so. As for the actual treatments, they are virtually painless (numbing cream is provided) and the downtime is just a few hours. Other than a little irritation, which was relieved by ice packs, I have had zero issues. I am so pleased with the results, that I just scheduled 6 more treatments. As someone who's been doing laser treatments for over 10 years now, do not go to this place. Dallas is a huge city, there are many other places which are far more affordable, and far more respectful of your time and money. I went in over a year ago and was sold on a package which I payed a pretty penny for. What was interesting to me was that this package came with a guarantee that after you receive all of your treatments, if you ever need a touch up, it's free! Deep down, I knew it was a lie, but I thought "Why not?" and gave it a shot. After all, if you're claiming that your lasers are so special that you'll never need treatment again, then I'm interested to see what you've got. I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because the nurses that did my treatments were sometimes nice and apologetic about the fact that this office has zero respect for your time. They mandate that you show up on time, if not early. If I was ever planning to be late, I'd reschedule, or call in and ask if they could still fit me in. Most of the time, I was early, and would end up waiting 15, 20, and sometimes 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, because apparently, this office loves to double book their patients. On one occasion, I was getting my lower body treated, and a staff member opened the door without knocking, while I was undressed, to pull my nurse away for a "question". This particular day was when the higher ups from California were stopping in for a visit, and I have no doubt that it was more important to the staff to impress them, instead of the patient. This intrusion happened 2 more times during that same session. Not only was I annoyed at the violation of privacy, but I was also annoyed that the only person who apologized for it was the nurse who was working with me - not the individual who kept interrupting. I also was unable to finish my full session that day because of the interruptions and had to schedule a second session. After I finished all my treatments, a few months went by and I noticed that I needed a touch up. I called the office to see if they could fit me in, and they instead quoted me another $270 dollars. While I'm honestly not surprised, I am disappointed. This office is VERY sales oriented, and a little pretentious, so I'm happily taking my business elsewhere where the prices make sense, the lasers work, and the staff are friendly. read more

They had me sign in and asked for a lot of personal information including my social. I was hesitant at the moment but because I was seriously considering the treatment, I went ahead and filled their paper work out. I did have a positive experience during the consultation but I did not authorize any type of service nor agree to go through their financing. Well low and behold a month later, I received a statement from Greensky, their affiliated credit card company, for cool sculpting services that I never authorized payment for!!! I just came in today for one of the last few sessions of my laser hair removal at the park in the Dallas location, I met Hayley today, she was very friendly but also professional and I felt bad for her because I know I'm going to be a nuisance because of how often I've asked for breaks in between pulses because of my low pain tolerance, she smiled at me, reassured me it's no biggie and told me to grab ice packs from the freezer and put it on the areas we were going to zap and in my head I'm like ok, what good is that gonna do but since she's so nice might as well do what she says. I kid you not, when she came in and started zapping away it's embarrassing because I couldn't stop saying holy sh*t. I was in disbelief. I could barely feel the pain, it was an amazing session, totally changed my whole experience. I had been procrastinating about finishing my sessions before because I couldn't stand the pain but because of today, that's fully changed. I still have thick hair so I know the major decrease in pain isn't from the hair getting finer. Ice packs and Hayley. My new bestfriends through this whole ordeal. Now I have to update my girlfriends about laser hair removal because a few months ago when they were curious about Brazilian laser they had the impression that it was painful... because of my first hand previous session experiences, I could only reinforce their perception. Purchased 3 Fire and Ice treatments with the Dallas location. First appointment was for consultation, the sale rep Nicole tried to upsell me for the bright and clear by saying I wasted money purchasing the Fire and Ice, ok - why do you bother to sell a package if it is a waste of money?! -_O I was nicely refuse the upsell and stick to my package. First appointment and third appointment were great, Maggie and Jessica were really friendly and explained as they go, 2nd appointment was not that great, didn't know the tech name, she applied the mask then blow cold air on my face with the mask on, extremely cold make my head hurt (brain freeze). The overall experience was acceptable. Just have a bad experience with the front desk lady in medium dark hair, she didn't bother to say hi to me when I come in, bad attitude when talking to customer too read more

I initially learned about LaserAway from a Groupon for Clear & Brilliant. At this time, I was introduced to a sales person that was very nice. She talked me into adding laser hair removal to my package without anyone ever examining whether or not I'd be a good candidate. My new total was over $1500 but I was excited about the prospect of not having to pluck or wax anymore! During the process, these are a few things I was told: - Oh, light or red hair does not work. - (different nurse on next visit) Light or red hair does work it just requires more treatments. - You should have been told that you would need to use all ten treatments. - Oh, I see this is your 10th treatment. You'll need to grow your hair out (on my face!) for six weeks, purchase some dye, dye the hair darker and buy three more treatments. - Maybe you should see your doctor to check your thyroid. (done - and, nope, that's not it.) - You'll have to contact the sales people to see if anything can be done about this not working. I mean, we're not animals. I also got to hear one nurse brag for an hour about how many married doctors she's had affairs with - she was making making light of breaking up families for goodness sake! And another refer condescendingly to the "girls up front" when the machine wouldn't turn on and we had to move rooms only to have to wait 15 minutes for another machine to warm up. They will not call you back, they will not "get you back on track" and they do not care about you once you've paid your fee. It's as if no one in the office communicates. When I called to inquire about my concerns, I was transferred to a "manager" by a receptionist. She couldn't even tell me the managers name and I was obviously transferred somewhere off site. Nothing has come of that call, by the way. That was weeks ago - still waiting on her to call me back. Bottom line, do not do spend your hard earned money here! The laser hair removal is not effective, the Clear & Brilliant made my skin look worse and I wasted over $1500. I've learned a difficult lesson and hope you can benefit from my experience and save your money! Or, go somewhere else with more integrity. read more

I've been following LaserAway on IG since forever and always wished that one day I will have my treatment done by this center. In fall 2017 I discovered that they have opened a location in Dallas, Tx where I live so without any hesitation I called in and got my free consultation with Jenny over the phone. Jenny is so friendly and sweet and always there to help and answer all the questions. Jenny also would remember your name after few visits that you make. I've got the full body package as I'm hair because I am middle eastern lol so yea got that package cuz I have lots and lots of hair!!! Ashely is a nurse at LaserAway at the Park Lane location and she treated most of my lower body part and she's been AMAZING like seriously she is the best!!! So sweet and she really gets all the spots that needed for the treatment. Lauren is also a nurse and she did my face and she's amazing too!!! She's so friendly and talkative and she does cover all the area of the treatment! So far I am happy with the results but to my hair type I will end up having more sessions than the ones that I paid for in the package that I purchased. Meaning I will pay more for whatever number of sessions that I will still need which I totally understand because everyone's body hormones and hair type is different. Hi, I'm Kathy, 62 and was a skin procedure virgin! That's what I said when I walked in the first time with a Group On for an IPL treatment. I've never been a woman who could afford much for myself as I raised two daughters on my own and had a limited income. On my birthday this past August, I decided to check out IPL. Fast forward a bit. I have had an IPL treatment on my face. Not much sun damage, so luckily that wasn't a whoop whoop. However, I had my very first Botox for the 11 lines and slight wrinkling on my forehead. Wow. Really cool. I had my first Thermage treatment yesterday. While I don't expect miracles, I'm hoping to simply look refreshed. Thermage isn't pain free, but it is what it is. I'm looking forward to my next clinical treatments of slight adjustments to my Botox, slight and I mean SLIGHT lip fillers and Cool Sculpt to remove 20 years of hatred of my double chin. As I told Dani, (who is a compassionate and caring person) my hope is to simply look refreshed for the first time in 20 years. Yes, I've invested considerably. Yes, I'm, not anywhere near wealthy. However, it was time to just go to that bucket list and do something for ME. In closing, I'll update this sort of like a blog. My partner is so upset and feels like they took advantage of me, especially after reading reviews on BBB website. I only had one treatment which was painful. Some of the front office staff looks at you as though you are trash. I regret the whole thing. I went in the very next week to cancel and no one has emailed or called as promised by her. I purchased 3 IPL a month ago. After finally getting an appointment, filling out forms & giving my med info, I had to go in for a "consultation" before treatment. I was there for about 45 min listening to all the "deals" I should sign up for. I was told they would try to allow my first treatment after the consultation. Well, it took too long and they didn't have approval from nurse at that time. So, they scheduled me for a few weeks later. I drove an hour each way to then find out I had to do a trial treatment since I have some meds I take. Then, I could come back in 24 hrs to do my first treatment. After driving twice to hear that I couldn't get the service, I decided to get my money back. Wasn't sure what the next visit would consist of...Probably won't try this one again. Beware!! I went in for a consultation for laser hair removal and got talked into buying a package for cool sculpting and IPL's. Next thing I know I was approved for a loan which i thought was in the amount of $2300. I asked repeatedly for an overview of my purchase, which i didnt receive. Also, I did all of my cool sculpting and there are ZERO results to show for it. I have been paying for over a year on this and the balance is $3000 and not only can i not make sense of this, I can't anyone to help me. I have gone back and forth with corporate and they keep telling me it is fair, yet they charged me for laser hair removal (according to a representative that went over my purchases) that I never received. It is on me that i have taken this long to speak up, but I have been set up for auto draft and recently looked at the bill to see the balance. I AM MORTIFIED AND FEEL VERY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!
