The lining was clean and accurate, she checked in with me the whole time to make sure how I felt about it. She did great penciling out my lips so I trusted her to proceed. We looked at colors, which she has very many of and I chose a pinkish/light red color (mixed two colors together) After the tattoo processing began, I was nervous naturally and of course it hurt just a bit but this is all expected. Robyn checked on me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was ok! Upon completion, Robyn pulled up a mirror to my lips, I was in complete shock-- I absolutely LOVED my lips, the lining was FLAWLESS. I honestly couldn't believe how great my lips looked. I went back, and instead of addressing why the filler didn't last, she tried to sell me a third syringe, commenting that my smile was "very wide." Once again, the results faded within a month. In February 2026, I went to a different injector (BRN, RN). She was thorough, gentle, and professional. She couldn't even feel any prior filler in my lips. I received one syringe, had no bruising, minimal swelling, and loved the results. The difference in skill and professionalism was night and day. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.

So we came back about an hour or so later and ended up having to still wait a little bit but, they have a large, comfortable, and very clean waiting area! They also have water bottles available to customers, which I think is smart at any tattoo shop. Everyone was super nice. They run the facility very professionally. By the time the piercer got there, he had a few people waiting other than us but was great about taking his time with my friend. Chris was very nice, professional and extremely clean. He made sure to ask my friend what exactly he wanted and it was quick and painless and affordable! I am loyal to my tattoo artist but if I ever needed somewhere new to check out I would definitely go back. I plan on returning to that piercer to get my nose done! So if you're looking for a nearby trustworthy tattoo shop, definitely check them out. I'll share a few pictures of the waiting area. I did not get pictures during the piercing process because it's a pretty small room.
