My Tx was for Lazer Tattoo Removal. I wanted this done over a year ago but was very hesitant. I reached out again to LazerAway and spoke with Taylor. Taylor was very helpful and also got me in on the same day. She also spoke to me about her experience, which helped encourage me to move forward because I haven't talked to anyone who has had this done. I kept going around in circles and she was very patient with me. The most shocking part was, after my tx hours later Taylor reached out to see how my appt went. The girl at the front desk was very kind and patient, not only with me but with my kiddos and every client there. She was very attentive and aware with every patient, procedures offered, and products on the shelf. I was scheduled with Lauren for my tx. Lauren was absolutely amazing. She was very accepting of my kiddos being there and didn't make me feel like they were a burden. She also took the time to make sure all questions and information on the procedure were addressed before moving forward. Location is right by Trader Joe's in Naperville Super easy to make my appointment with the friendly, professional manager Kelly. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns. Of course going on the website to book appointments is easy to if I knew what I wanted. Kelly recommended my treatment plan, and was able to get me scheduled right away. This salon was beautifully decorated and I felt like I got the 5 star treatment from the moment I walked through the doors. The ladies greeted me by my name and made me feel comfortable and welcome and offered as water on a hot day. Very thoughtful. My nurse was Aseel. She was fabulous! I love both this location and my results! let me start by saying I'm a Russian Irish woman with a decent amount of hair and I used to get THE WORST ingrown hairs and skin irritations. I tried everything... waxing, exfoliating, gels, creams, lotions, YOU NAME IT. nothing helped So, I decided to try this and it honestly changed my life. I don't have any skin irritation anymore and shaving is just not something I worry about. Went in for chin and lip service. It's nice to know they have been around 17 years and they have laser technology to use on brown skin. Being a brown girl, it is critical to go to places that use lasers meant for our skin! The location itself is very chic and clean. My tech asked follow up questions on my health prior to starting the treatment. she did a test spot in an inconspicuous part of my neck to ensure I would not have an allergic reaction. The feeling of hot rubber bands on the skin is accurate. It was not a terrible experience but there Is slight discomfort. the tech was very helpful in keeping me calm and taking breaks in between zaps. Great customer experience and service for each treatment no matter who has helped me. I was super hesitant to start any of these services and feared I'd feel uncomfortable because I'd not know how to relate to "privileged" or "superficial" women. Well, I totally misjudged the possible experience. Every person I've interacted with (reception to nurses) are just real women who are super relatable and eager to do an excellent job. I've never received a Botox treatment. I am 38 and finally wanted to pull the trigger. I completed my last IPL. I was very pleased with the outcome that I had my brown spots are virtually gone. I'm posting this about a month after my last visit/procedure. I was skeptical, but I found out that it just took a while for those spots to dissolve. I've also been using the LaserAway brown spot lotion on my spots which seem to help quite a bit. I've only had a few treatments and I already love it! The staff is super friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. Nurse Stephanie L is the best! I tried laser hair removal in 2005. There were days that I would ask the technician to stop mid-session because I could not tolerate the pain. After years of waxing I decided to try laser again and I could not believe it! The front desk did a great job of making me feel comfortable and the nurse, Stephanie was amazing!
