She was on time, so incredibly nice, and kept me well informed the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing and walked me through how they determine the appropriate dosage for each injection point. She was meticulous in her injection skills and would always double check to make sure she was happy with how my face was turning out. The place was clean and everyone was honoring appropriate measures for COVID safety, including temperature checks at the door. Overall, I was so impressed and looking forward to my next visit! Caller pushed me into a financial plan. I got lip filler done here I now have 3 granulomas in my top lip due to inexperienced injectors. My financial issues were resolved with the business. However I have spent an extra 500 on dissolving the filler. I am mad that they would have someone in their office practicing on people when they don't listen to the clients needs and ignored my request to keep my lips the size they were just add a little projection she injected .4 into my lips and changed the entire shape of them. I don't recommend you go here for filler. read more

If I had to choose a new place to do my laser I would but I'm stuck since I paid ahead to get EVERYTHING lasered. Well, where do I start? I have a tattoo on my side and the lady obviously did not know what she was doing and she hit it with the laser. It was my first or second time going and I figured they all have different techniques. Let me tell you... I was in PAIN! Not only that but my $1k+ tattoo is ruined and since I'm was at contract and you sign that you can't sue them, I had no other option than to just stick it out and finish what I paid for. So you schedule ahead and even then sometimes they are hurrying you and doing stuff quick that it's like, I paid 3k for this to not be done right. "If I tell her something she might get mad and half-ass it" I am giving 2 stars just because there are some ladies there that are super polite and friendly that I almost feel bad giving a bad review. If I had read a review like this before, I wouldn't have gone here. Unfortunately this place lacks in so many ways. The actual service is good, the technicians are great. The staff at the front doesn't actually know what they're selling. They will have you sign a contract and then input it incorrectly. When you try to speak with a manager they have to submit a ticket and no one reaches out. I have gone back and forth with them on how they input the contract incorrectly for financing and they make another mistake. I wanted to start off with the positives. The staff at LaserAway are so friendly and helpful. I never had any issues when I needed to reschedule or when I was running a few minutes late. With that being said my overall experience was good. I started my laser tattoo removal back in August of 2020. After sending pictures and measurements in, I was told I would need 10 sessions. Now this is a long process, every session you have to wait 8-10 weeks to allow the body to heal. After my ten sessions, it was clear I needed more, so I was told that 3 more should remove them. So, I ended up purchasing 6 because they had a deal at the time and I figured I would by extra just to be safe. I ended up having my 16th session which was also my last session in February of 2023. I was told to wait because the tattoo would continue to fade. Now it's December and my tattoos have faded but not much. My bigger tattoo is almost gone, but my smaller tattoo is very much visible. I couldn't continue to spend more money on the removals. So, I haven't received any since, but now that I look in the mirror and still see my tattoos, I'm extremely dissatisfied. This review is based on the false amount of sessions I was given. After 2 1/2 year process I still have tattoos. read more

Alena and team at LaserAway in the Scottsdale Quarter are AWESOME. I've been going to this location for multiple years and have always loved the service, location, and follow up. Being a 41 year old male, I've leveraged LA for keeping the back of my neck line and upper shoulders hair free..... with a little Botox to bring the aging process to a stop (or at least a crawl). They run specials pretty often, so keeping myself looking awesome doesn't break the bank. I had my third visit today for laser treatment, and so far I have absolutely loved my experience. The nurses (yes, actual nurses!) that do the treatments are wonderful and knowledgeable. I had Ashley today and she was phenomenal. The treatment itself is relatively painless, with only a very few minor moments of "snappiness" on a particular hair follicle, but no worse than getting a little static electricity shock.
