I now have a scar outline of the entire tattoo.. when a few days ago I had nothing here.. my skin was not damaged and now it's fully a white scar in replacement of my tattoo. She completely burned and damaged my skin. I realized she went over it so many times to the point that the laser didn't even hurt anymore. & now I see why. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH THIS LaserAway company. I DONT RECOMMEND this place! Run the farthest away that you can from this place! The managers or whoever here is talking to you about the payments, telling you to make a contract with a third party financing organization for your laser services monthly payments (specifically with Universal Account Servicing LL. or so called UAS) THEY MISLEAD YOU!! I've been told that I'm gonna automatically be charged every month a total of $143.14 for two years with no interest fee, and finish with it right in two years! And they made me think my total expenses will come out as 24x143.14=3,435.36 (after their so called 60% discount). But here's what happened--It comes out the amount of $143.14 was a minimum monthly payment, and the total is more than $3,435.36, it's $4544 for just legs, arms, underarms and bikini laser hair removal, and if I don't pay the full amount during 2 years, the so called "promotional period" of 0% interest fee will be expiring and I'm gonna be PAYING NOT ONLY some surprising Remaining Balance which I was NOT AWARE OF (because I didn't make more payments monthly but only the minimum, which THEY SETUP automatically--NOT ME!) aaand, also, The 21.99% APR will be added to the whole amount of the 2 year service, which means instead of paying $4450 and closing this case, I have to pay them EVEN MORE!! A $1200 MORE!!! And THE THING IS I WAS NOT AWARE OF THAT BECAUSE EACH MONTH THEY DONT SEND NORMAL STATEMENTS! This financing company's webpage is tricky, it KEEPS YOU UNINFORMED until the day your APR goes Monsters and you open the account and see a BIG BIG unknown number of "Remaining balance"! When I open the UAS financing account, the statement pages are always BLANK! LITERALLY I SEE WHITE PAPERS. So HOW SHOULD I KNOW WHAT IS GOUNG ON?? So, from the day 1, I and my "stupid" brain were waiting that the final payment of $143.14 will be made on 24th month and that will be it. But when I got charged one more of $143.14, A red light alarm turned on in my head, I checked this shit*y financing account and saw that the surprise remaining money "I owe them" is even more, it has ben DOUBLED during one month. Now, instead of $1100 more they're gonna steal from me $2200 more and it keeps increasing day by day. And FOR WHAT??? AND I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I TOLD THEM THAT IF I WAS AWARE OF THIS I WOULD MAKE MORE PAYMENTS EACH MONTH OR EVEN I CAN MAKE THE "Remaining balance" of $1100 RIGHT NOW, AT ONCE, I asked them to waive that interest fee. But I WAS DENIED ALL THE WAYS. They want $2200 from my pocket. They want my hardly earned money for them. This is how they work. Disappointed is an understatement. We purchased a whole 10 sessions for tattoo removal. They promised it would be almost invisible by the 6th treatment. LIE. it's still fully visible and all 10 treatments are done. It's lighter than before but 10 treatments and still visible and each time we kept complaining but nothing changed. Now they want us to go in so they examine it instead of give us some money back or give us free treatments for how much we've payed to get to nowhere. They already have pictures before and after and really don't need us to go in and waste our time. If I could give 0 stars I would.
