I've been to Neo Med for a few facials at their former location but today was my first appointment for facial fillers. I initially came in to make my appointment for a consultation in person, but Christopher was happy to help steer me in the right direction and I only needed to make an appointment for the actual injections. It's hidden away off Temecula Parkway, but moment I walked in to their cozy waiting room, I was greeted by a friendly nurse who talked me through the paperwork needed before my appointment with their PA, Courtney. Courtney was warm and immediately put me at ease-she really knows her stuff and was gentle with with all of the injections and walked me through each one and the various benefits of each location- two weeks later, I felt like a whole new person. My crows' feet and annoying forehead lines are GONE without being overly frozen or unnatural and I'm constantly being asked what new products I'm using on my skin(!!) I'm so excited by my results. I don't recommend this place at all i went here for my first session and i was told that I can get three micro needling done with free botox that comes with it if i get the package of 3. I finished my three and i didn't get my botox. All they had to tell me was that this deal had ended the day i came to get my 3rd session done. PA Christopher said i can get it done within those 3 sessions. I even asked again my second session and he said yes next time, but comes to the third session he acted like nothing was mentioned and i paid over 1,000 dollars for that package to have that botox with it as well. But unfortunately they scammed me and didn't give me what they had promised. read more

I went in to get Botox a few months ago, while I was still breastfeeding. I was told this was okay by my pediatrician, however, the Dr told me he would not do this. I was surprised but I was really glad he had my baby's and my health as a priority over $$. I really appreciated that. Wouldn't recommend for laser hair removal. I was gifted 6 sessions to do my full face/neck and under arms. I mentioned across the last 3 sessions that it didn't seem like it was getting anything which was really disheartening given my biggest insecurity with PCOS was my hair growth under my chin. Because I had to shave before every session and the laser hair removal literally didn't do anything I now have to shave weekly under my chin and an insecurity was made 10x worse. If I could do it again I would have not opted to do my treatments here because what was 3 black hairs is now 10 black hairs. This is literally IMMEDIATELY following my last session. This last Friday was my 1st experience with NeoMed, and 1st time getting Botox Dysport treatments. I was nervous, but excited at the same time. Once I walked in, the two ladies at the front desk were so warm and welcoming! I was helped right away, everyone was wearing masks, and keeping their distance, and was offered water while I waited. Then when I was taken back to the room by Holly the RN, she thoroughly explained the treatments, then instantly made me feel more relaxed when she told me her personal experiences with this same treatments, and even made me laugh a few times while taking before pictures.
