Don't waste money on clear and brilliant procedures unless you are ready to do at least 12 sessions!!! That's the pitch you will get once you are not happy with your clear and brilliant (6 sessions). I have done 6 sessions of clear and brilliant and have not seen any results at all and now their cooperate office wants me to spend another 2k to get see results. I have been going to this location since Feb 2020 for full body laser hair removal, course my time with them would've been much shorter if it weren't for shutdowns. At this point I have worked with all the RNs who do the treatments I love them all. Every one of the ladies are extremely helpful and make sure that you are taken care of and comfortable throughout your process. If you ever have discomfort with the lasers they offer to help you out to make sure that you are not in too much pain for those later treatments. At this point I am nearly done with all my sessions and have been extremely happy with my results. Even the girls up front are extremely helpful whenever you have questions. Overall staff is great! I'm a Latina with naturally course, thick, black hair all over my body. I mainly wear shorts all year so I had grown used to shaving my legs every single damn day and laser has always been on my mind. I was so happy that I finally decided to go with the consultation to get laser hair removal and ended up deciding to do full body. The results have been amazing and noticable. I would get ingrown hairs all the time in all areas of my body and now I don't. The texture of my skin has also gotten smoother. It's more than I expected. My skin tone isn't too dark but I am brown; I have been doing my part and staying out of the sun as much as possible throughout my treatments. The inside of the offices are extremely clean and well kept. The bathroom is always stocked and clean. The treatment rooms are always prepped for your appointment when you arrive and all cleaned as well. If I could give zero stars I would. I've never given a business a bad review in my entire life, but I feel this is the only thing I can do. I've had my lips done at laser away for the past 3 years. I was a regular customer. The last time I got my lips done I noticed that the top lip seemed very overfilled, but I decided to wait and see how the filler settled. After a couple of months my lips formed lumps underneath the lip and became extremely lumpy. This had never ever happened to me before. I called laser away Temecula and told them my concerns and sent them photos. They told me that I definitely needed to dissolve the lumps and that they would refill and fix their mistake. I made sure to see if they would refill them because I spent $600 on the filler and $600 is a lot for me. They reassured me that of course they would because it was a mistake on the injector. I had to go in on two separate occasions to get my lips dissolved. Both occasions I again made sure they would still refill my lips after and again they reassured me. After dissolving all the lumps and almost all of my top lip filler I called to make an appointment to get refilled. I was met with rudeness and the lady telling me they weren't refilling my lips for me and that I have to pay another $600 if I want to refill... I ask to speak to someone higher up to discuss the issue. I get a call from Katrina from the LA office at corporate who handles these situations. She was so incredibly rude to me and unprofessional. She laughed at me when I was expressing how upset I was and accused me of trying to get free filler. I have been a customer for years and even referred someone to laser away. Why would I want to waste my time getting my lips dissolved twice (which is very painful) to get "free" filler. It doesn't even make sense. Katrina has terrible customer service and isn't a nice human being based on the way she gave me attitude and spoke to me. I even started crying after the call because I felt so scammed and was so shocked at how she spoke to me. If you make a mistake and tell the customer you will fix it then that's what should happen. I have attached photos of my lumpy uneven lips. And if they comment "please reach out to our customer team". Yeah I already have that's why I'm writing this review. read more

Do not waste your money, this place is undercover scam. I paid for 4 session of cool sculpting and only got 2, when I ask about the sessions I didn't get they told me it is written down in the books that I had the appointment so therefore I did receive them, I tried to explain that I did not, and even took it to higher heads but they simply brush me aside. now I am left with $4,500 to pay for half a job with a my thighs indented, which they will not correct, they didn't even give me a follow up. I am not letting this go though, I am going to do everything in my power to get justice. this is very unscrupulous practice. It doesn't seems like they even have a license number. the machine they use is not accurate and needs revision, it only covers a small area which does not make sense, it's better to do Airscuplting. read more

This was my first time getting Juvedern (for my lips) so I was extremely nervous. Their location is nice and convenient just located outside of the Temecula Mall with other shops and restaurants. The check in process was easy and the receptionist were really nice. All their forms and docs can be accessed from you phone which was a time saver and helps with the worry of covid. Everything definetly was clean and sanitary. The process was quick. The gals that did my lips made me feel very comfortable so my nervousness went away. I've had Botox and IPL. Botox application went very well. The staff are professional and helpful. Most important for me, they are willing to setup the Botox in front of me. I'm still in the process of IPL which is once a month for six months. I requested to wait for a result viewing until just before my last treatment because I see myself every day and can't see the difference from the last treatment to the next. ‍ However, I have noticed the red capillaries diminished on my cheeks.
