I was very interested in receiving services here. I did not get greeted by anyone, i literally waited for 5 mins until someone came out. I understand people get busy in the back. Finally when someone did come out the first thing the lady says is you have lipstick on your teeth.... i mean a hello would of been nice but whatever. After the director ERIN came out she took me to the back and "explained" the procedure which just sounded like she hates her job. It doesn't seem like she cares about making the customers feel good about themselves. She really thought she was giving me a limited time only deal but i already saw the prices online, i understand prices defer and everyones skin is different which will require more sessions. But all she wanted to do is get down to business and see if i qualified for payments which i really don't need... seeing as i have thousands in cash saved up. But just seeing the way i was treated like i was a complete waste of time i will never step foot in this place again. Maybe I'll try another laser away that deserves my time and money. I just cannot believe someone as rude as erin is in charge of this place. Customer service was okay. I originally bought a laser hair removal package from Groupon. When I went in for my consultation I was told I was a great candidate but that I would need to purchase more sessions for it to actually work. I was told with each session I should see 10-15% hair loss. I completed a total of 8 sessions and barely see a difference. I would say my hair got a slight bit thinner but really no difference. Definitely not worth over $700. It was a waist of time and money. read more

I made the mistake of purchasing a Groupon for Laser Away. The Temecula location made it extremely difficult to redeem my Groupon. I'm a healthy woman, but because I was GOING TO BE taking a new medication, I needed a medical clearance from my doctor. When I spoke with Taylor to get additional information and explain that my doctor wouldn't provide a medical clearance without an EKG, blood work and personal appointment, instead of providing guidance, she hung up on me. I can't understand that. I was respectful. I was only conveying information that my doctor's office provided me (requesting a fax from them advising it would be fine to give the clearance without an EKG and the other stuff they normally do) Instead of giving me answers, Taylor just hung up. I definitely don't recommend this place. I've had laser at other places (several body parts at different locations)- all have been very professional, except this one. read more

I have to take the time to write a review for this place because they are scam artists and other people need to know. I scheduled an appointment for a consultation for IPL after seeing the Groupon price for 45.00. When I called, they advised me to not purchase the Groupon deal because they wanted to make sure I was a candidate for IPL. They said they could still give me the Groupon deal if I was a candidate after my consultation. When I went to my consultation the office girl (I can't remember her name) said that she thought I was too dark for IPL but I would be a "perfect candidate for clear and brilliant that was 1550 for a series of three." The nurse then came in and took a picture of my skin and said that they would need approval for the IPL that the Groupon special offered. They said they would call me within the same day to let me know. I already thought it sounded too risky, so I was leaning towards not doing it, but the deciding factor was that they never called me back with the doctor's response! I even called twice and was assured I would be called back, but no one ever did. I ended up going to MD Diet of Temecula where Ashley was super nice and informative. She thought since I was a Fitzpatrick 4 that IPL might work, but in her opinion, it wasn't worth the risk of causing more damage. I asked her about the clear and brilliant laser that Laser Away recommended, and she said it is another type of IPL! So Laser Away was basically trying to charge me 1550 for IPL instead of honoring their 45.00 Groupon treatment! This makes me question their story about sending the doctor a picture of my face and even caring about my skin and whether or not I am even a true candidate! Very unprofessional, money hungry staff. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I purchased a Groupon for an IPL more than a month ago. The first appointment was for a consultation. For the actual appointment weeks later, a voicemail was left informing me that the nurse was running late and they asked if I could come in 2 hours later than my scheduled time. Since I was driving, I didn't hear this voicemail and arrived to my scheduled appointment just to be told "oh I left you a voicemail an hour ago" (please note I live nearly an hour away) I had to reschedule considering I had to pick up my 3 children from school/childcare. The following week, I show up on time but no receptionist at the front desk to check in. I sat down because no one came to the front desk for a few minutes. During this time, another client walks in and she was attended to first even though I had arrived before she did. I sit and wait nearly half an hour to be told that their IPL machine is down and if I could return in 2 hours? I had had enough with this place and asked for a refund. Erin "the director" had already redeemed my Groupon during the consultation so I will not be reimbursed. I was given Erin's number when I requested a refund and it took 2 attempts to reach her just to be told that I needed to contact Groupon customer service (as she spoke to me with a mouth full of food). Overall, I'd strongly suggest that anyone avoid this place if possible, go elsewhere even if it means spending more money. This place will give you the run around and waste your time and money! (aside from purchasing the Groupon, I also paid nearly $100 for childcare for those 3 useless trips to Laser Away). The company should really consider investing in some customer service trainings for ALL staff and stop being so inconsiderate of their customer's time!! read more

First, I don't write reviews. I specifically downloaded the app just to write this review. I bought a package of 3 laser facials. The first facial went fine, customer service was meh. The 2nd facial, I got a babysitter for, showed up to my appointment and they tried to tell me that my appointment was at a different time and that I missed my appointment. Luckily I saved the text from them confirming my appointment time. I showed them the text, they apologized for double booking and had me reschedule. The "2nd try" appointment, I got a babysitter again, and two hours before the appointment they called and cancelled. They weren't even apologetic about it. Today was the "3rd try". I showed up for my appointment and was pleasantly surprised, they got me right back to my room for the facial. The technician had me put my head band on, put patches on my eyes, then loaded my face up with gel. She said "just a minute, I need to grab something", and left. After 45 minutes, YES FORTY-FIVE MINUTES of laying there with patches on my eyes and gel on my face, I ripped off the eye patches and went looking for her. I opened the door and found her and a bunch of other employees just talking in a room. She sees me and says "oh, sorry, I have a stomach pain and was looking for someone else to do your service". What?!? You couldn't pop your head in for 2 seconds and just give me a heads up? Let me know what's going on? They told me that they would reschedule me. When I went up to the front, the receptionist was anything but apologetic. She was actually rude, like it was my fault. I told her I just wanted my money back and didn't want to reschedule and she just rolled her eyes at me, then said the check would be in the mail. I walked out of there shaking, I was so mad. I called corporate office to let them know, and am currently waiting for a callback. I've never experienced customer service like that. read more

I was in the area on vacation and found laseraway at the mall. I was impressed with the way the Director Erin greeted me and was so accommodating, since I didn't have an appointment. They were so knowledgeable and I ended up purchasing thermage for my face and neck. This place is very clean and offers so many services I was initially overwhelmed with what to do about my aging skin but after meeting with Erin that day I felt very well informed and encouraged about doing this skin tightening procedure. I explained that I was there on vacation and they were able to treat me the next day! The RN that did the treatment Jackie was very informative and explained everything. She made me feel very comfortable. I will be relocating to the area for retirement and I am looking forward to doing more treatments here. I began treatment at this facility back in June 2017. They started off as a great place to have my treatment done. (laser hair & tattoo removal) After a few months they have rescheduled my appointments twice without being able to accommodate me. They are highly unprofessional. They have you pay for the treatment up front and then they jerk you around. I am now completely unsatisfied with their services. Don't get treatment done here unless you are looking for a call a couple hours into your appointment for a cancellation!!!!! On the only positive note the nurse who usually renders my treatment is super sweet and makes the appointment as comfortable as possible. read more

I bought a Groupon for 6 treatments on a small area for my mom. She wanted her chin done, so I called in to ask if the chin was able to be done with this particular groupon, and they said yes. Her first time was great, they even did her upper lip too and she was happy to say she didn't feel a thing. But her last two appointments have been a nightmare for her. They have insisted that they can only do her upper lip now when my mom keeps telling them that's not the area she wanted done because she hardly even has hair there. On top of that, they burned her upper lip during her second appointment. My mother does not speak english well, and this being a predominantly affluent white area, we can't help but think that may have something to do with why she is getting such crappy careless service. She's going to go through with the treatments since we already paid for them, but we will never be returning to this place again and advice others, especially non Euro bougie presenting people to steer clear too. read more

Ok soo i did my due diligents and had 2 different consultations for coolsculpting, here at laser away& at a weight loss spa. I have had laser skin resurfacing at another 3rdlocation, Rejuv laser spaGReAT place but they dont do coolsculting. So i book at Laser away for 3 areas, they say im the perfect candidate for visible results frm the one treatment & choose the 3 different target areas. It was 3hs&45mins,2nd to last applicator the RN that had been workin wit came in with another RN that hadnt done coolsculting on the thigh area b4 so she was "showing" her so that she could finish my last treated applicator area. Well 1 week after- i call wanting to talk to a nurse about some weird sensations that where not discussed.i just wanted peace of mind, my stomach felt like jelly & loose or just strange. Well the front desk said they would have a nurse call me but that what i described was normal. Ok fine, but then a nurse never called me bck. After 3 months, i schedule a follow up & im not seeing any results which is unsettling since ive dropped thousands & i was given certain expectations assuring me 1 treatment would give me the results im after & that some people see results after 1 month! It had been 3! So then after my b4hafter pics side by side the RN says ya i understand why you are disappointed i cant see much if any difference either. This is when the horrible lack of communication, lost pics, lost emails, no return phone calls starts. 3&1/2 weeks of the run around saying they need corporate to compare pics but when i call they say they need to rebook for pics because they cant find them?!& tell me know that the results can take 6months. I have been thru the ringer here & am now sitting 51 mins past my appt time trying to resolve the issues. This place is totaling unprofessionally ran & Ive talked to 3 people in the lobby with the same appt. Complications & communication conflicts. read more

Before I purchased 8 sessions of brazilian and underarm hair removal I was PROMISED that I would be completely hairless. I thought that statement was odd, based on competitors websites so I asked again to clarify. Again, I was ensured that I would not have to shave at all at the end of my 8 treatments. I've had all 8 sessions and I have had NO RESULTS what so ever! Not even a spec of no hair (and i'm considered the perfect candidate for hair removal- according to them during their consultation). I have documented the entire process via pictures (so if any one would like to see exactly what i'm referring to I'd be more than happy to share). At every appointment i'd tell the nurse that I wasn't seeing any results and how concerned I was because they tell explain you should see 20% reduction between every appointment. And EVERY time i'd get the SAME answer "you'll see results at your next treatment." Because of this I was so worried I'd end up being $1500 in the hole. At my 7th treatment the nurse told me usually people get 10 treatments. I felt like I was being scammed because I was told one thing and then over halfway through my treatment I was told another. I would have just purchased 10 treatments in the beginning if that was the case. At every appointment I did everything I could to let the nurses see that I wasn't seeing any progress and took pictures every time. I was contemplating whether or not to even purchase the package here because they and all the reviews don't have any pictures. Also, they never used gloves during my treatments which i found odd and unsanitary. At this point it may just be a better business bureau problem and I will most likely take that route unless they offer another solution. On a positive note, Erin is super super nice. She is usually the one at the front desk. When anyone else is at the desk I feel like they are completely clueless and will give you misinformation. read more

She changed the prices as soon as I said I wasn't interested in the services. Totally feel like I was lied to and taken advantage off. Don't even think about doing the clear and brilliant , she told me the first treatment was free because I purchased 12 treatments in total then ended up charging me almost $500 for that one partial "free" treatment I got for about 10 minutes and I told them to stop because my skin was too sensitive. After I tried several times to call her for my refund, she gave me the ran around and denied everything. Come on now, this is not a way anybody should be running their business at all. Nobody should be lied to or treated unfair just to purchase their so called treatments!!! I'll be suing this premises !!! Do not go here unless you are trying to be scammed . read more

The people were nice however I was not impressed with the effectiveness of the services and the fact that all three times I received varied levels of treatment. I got 6 treatments of laser hair removal from another company in Mission Valley a few years ago and bought 3 treatments from LaserAway as maintenance. I've had no life changes (pregnancy etc in between to change my body's reaction to treatment). After three treatments there was zero hair loss (where as six treatments alone before left significant results). Also each time they spent varies amounts of time treating the area. The first time was thorough and she took her time. The next she grazed the laser over me so quickly it only pulses once or twice on my skin hence it wasn't actually getting the hairs. Third treatment was the same. They seemed more concerned about getting me in and out of there fast. The three treatments were a complete waste and I'm very disappointed. read more
