You have to text repeatedly ..that right there just makes me nervous! That as well as the fact that Dr. Romero goes away for very long periods like a month at a time to his "farm" in the Philippines... Whatever that means and leaves his nephew who he says he trained personally and who is not a doctor nor a dermatologist nor an aesthetician to do his work. He did some work on my face and I was not at all pleased with the results. When I mentioned it to Dr. Romero he became completely standoffish. I had never made a complaint about anything in the entire time that I've been there and I gently described to him my issue and he told me that it was all in my head that from where he was standing it looked great. Well it did not look great and I'm not going to have somebody tell me that it's all in my head. Several other reviewers here have said the same thing about him for years now. He cannot stand one drop of criticism. If that were my customer I would not treat them the way that he has treated those of us who have brought up a concern about our treatment. Very unprofessional also very un compassionate. I now go to a board certified dermatologist and have never been happier. That is all.
