Infinity is near where I stay so I decided to stop here for a pedicure. Sarah was my esthetician on this day and she did a wonderful job. She was very effective without being too rough and gave a soothing leg message. I was asked to pick my own scent for the lotions and creams used, which was a pleasant surprise. I also enjoyed the laid back vibe of the spa as when I went it was only two other patrons besides myself. Prices were competitive with surrounding spas. we really enjoyed our pedicures here. the staff was lovely and the work was good. i did book for an…read moreorganic pedicure but i think because i got my nails done as well they just assumed i'd get the basic. they were able to accommodate doing my pedicure and manicure at the same time which was really nice as i was with a friend who only wanted a pedicure. my toes turned out as expected. i got dip nails with tips and while they look decent the apex shaping was a bit off - there are some uneven areas/ridges where it wasn't buffed correctly. overall i'd give the nails a 3.5/5. the toes were a 4/5 (they didn't dry correctly and one toe got warped a bit in my shoe - the others were cured appropriately and in fairness this was regular polish, not gel). overall this was a spa-like experience. i never want to set foot in the nail warehouses where they're rushing you in and out and it feels like a chop shop. we had a really nice time and the ambiance was perfect for what we were looking for.

She explained all of the services offered and gave a great description of her products. I didn't find out that she was the owner until my second visit when one of the employees informed me. I only gave 4 stars because one the products purchased (hair rods) were poorly made and broke easily. The store has a final sale policy, but I plan on going back to speak with her.

They didn't get 5 stars because my products were higher than my usual Target's price. I'm all for supporting the small business including paying slightly higher because I would have paid the difference in gas.

One thing I really love is being able to make an appointment ahead of time so I can get in and out quickly without waiting. They also have a great rewards program -- after 15 visits you get a free threading, which is a nice bonus if you go regularly. Great service, great prices, and a great experience every time. When I arrived at her Salon I was very impressed. It was very professionally decorated, the staff was very friendly . And it smelled like heaven. Before starting, she offered me a refreshment. The color didn't turn out like what I picked out. It was awkwardly silent in there unless the owner was talking loudly. The overall experience I have had there both times has been stressful. Not what you want when you get your nails done. They need to be taught good customer service! I can imagine the owner doesn't treat them very well which might be why the whole staff seems to not care. Don't go there!!!
