I also got my eyelashes tinted and lifted. This was the first time I got them tinted or lifted. I had trouble not moving, but there was no problem with the service. The lady was very patient and kind I would definitely return. There was no need to make an appointment. The lady that does the eyelash tint and is only their certain times, but there was many ladies getting eyelash extensions. The ladies working there are very good at servicing customers and getting them out quickly. It's a very relaxed atmosphere.

I was experiencing hair loss due to a medication. I was so scared that it would be permanent. At the time, I didn't even know that it was due to the medication, but she just happen to ask if it was potentially my meds (which turned out to be correct). Her assessment of my hair damage, showed her extensive knowledge in her fieId. She developed a treatment plan for me and I stuck to it with natural hair. It didn't require chemical treatment, and I was excited about this. She always makes sure that I am not there all day and is very respectful of her clients. I always enjoy her staff, as they are very friendly and it feels like I've known them my whole life. The shop is very clean and she always checks to make sure that you are comfortable throughout the process. There are no hidden fees and her prices are very reasonable. The woman doing my nails didn't file them properly (one side smooth and the other not even touched after being cut) and another woman had to step in to file them. She went after some parts of my cuticles like they had insulted her yet left other parts untouched. The hangnails after this are impressive. When she started painting them the polish wasn't smooth. It was so thick it was like a puffy nail polish. I got up to look and see if there was another color that was good from a newer bottle. She came over to take off the polish on the two nails she had done and used a dry paper towel. I just left. When I got home and looked at my nails I noticed she didn't even fully take off the clear polish I came in with. My manicure here has me doing my nails at home. Definitely will not be back.
