So my last review was based off of not knowing what prices are really for nails. Same price as it was 2 years ago for plain nails, $75. The wedding nails I got, looking back, makes sense it was $95. I will admit my fault in my second review. Other nail salons wouldve charged me $110+ from what ive researched. Coming to today, I came back to get myself some plain beige gel nails with extension. Its still $75 even with no design. They took an hour taking care of me, making sure that my nails werent hurt, making sure the nails looked perfect, and making sure it looks good. This all makes sense. Overall, I will still come back. I still like going to Glamour Nails for the price im getting compared to other salons. read more

Jolie gave me an acrylic gel fill and redid two nails that came off from a set I got somewhere else. Service was quick, Jolie was very sweet and gave me some fantastic recommendations on which shade of white would look good with my complexion, and a new shape that looks great with the shorter length! The place was nicely decorated and had a great vibe. Was gifted a $100 gift card and went to get a manicure then the lady wrote $25 on the gift card. Since they wrote "$25" on the gift card the next time I returned I was told I only had $25 left. So I got charged $75 for one manicure and this is how the next one looked when I came back the second time. Uneven nails, took the lady like 15 minutes and was told that this was $38 for just clipping and buffing out my nails. Terrible service then all the employees were laughing and talking in a different language while glancing at me. I had a really great first experience here -- I called on a whim to get a gel manicure and they were able to take me within the hour -- the front desk receptionist was *fine* and definitely left a lot to be desired on the personality and hospitality front, but nothing necessarily offensive. My nail tech was Hien (I hope I'm spelling that right!) And she rocked. She was quiet, but really excellent at her job. I hadn't heard of the hard gel before but after my complaints about the dip nails I had done at another salon, she suggested I try the hard gel -- I went for it and was so impressed. Hien did a great job shaping my nails and took her time to make them perfect. The price was also very reasonable for the amount of time and effort the service took. If I had a complaint, it would be the cleanliness of the shop. Food trash was all over and the plexi glass dividers were filthy -- I know that these details don't have much to do with the quality of the manicure but it just felt kind of gross in there, but maybe it was an off week!? My favorite nail salon ever! I've been seeing Hanna for a year now, consistently and she NEVER disappoints. Her attention to detail is amazing and always gets me in and out of my appointments in a timely manner! The salon itself is always so clean and organized, I've never had to wait. They also offer a hard to find nail service which is HARD GEL, which you can usually only find with private nail techs who do it at home. The best time to go is during the week as they get pretty busy during the weekends! I enjoyed my pedicure - nice massage chairs, and she took her time and did a good job. The manicure was fine - no lotion or massage (even though I requested the deluxe) but I wasn't charged for it so not a huge issue. The issue is that I got a gel manicure on Thursday. By Friday, it had chipped a bit at the tip on my pointer finger. Saturday night, while I was out, half the polish lifted. I had to use super glue at a friend's house to stick it back down. Then tonight (Sunday), I look down the the entire thumb nail has come off. $45 for gel mani that chips in a day and looks like crap within 48 hours? Never again. read more

Made an appointment about a week ago for my daughter and I to get pedicures. I called yesterday to confirm and then they sent me text messages to confirm-twice! We came in a few minutes early and picked colors. We waited and waited. Our appointment was at 5:00 and we went in for pedicures that are listed as 30 minutes. By 5:20 I decided we would leave. What is the point of booking appointments if they will not honor the time?? This is the second time this has happened to me. I started coming to glamour nails 2 months ago. I really loved coming here. I felt like they did a decent job. Up until this morning. Yesterday, i came down with a fever and was not mobile for most of the day. It got so bad to where my boyfriend had to drive me over the pass to see my doctor in my hometown due to me having health issues. I always look for a nail salon that will actually listen about how painful it's for me and my nail beds to be filed down to nothing. The tech I worked with, Erica, did just that! She listened and she was nice and she checked in often. She's also good at the drawing part (annoyingly enough, other nail salons I've gone to "can't" draw stars and moons). My only cons are shown in the photos- unfinished nails that I had to file at home due to their jaggedness, and not removing old polish. That and I was scared for a while because everything I'd ask for, including color choice, she would get up with my phone and go ask a bunch of colleagues about it. I'm thinking she might be new? Either way it was definitely a much better experience than at other salons but still needs improvement. I'd still recommend simply because I saw other women respond really positively towards their nails. Hopefully my next visit is even better! read more

I have terrible ingrown nails on my big toes and she fixed them with very little pain. She obviously is very good at her job! She is friendly and very polite. I really enjoyed talking to her. This store is very clean and the chairs are comfortable and have massage. Added bonus there's a Starbucks next door so you can grab a drink then relax in the massage chairs. My husband and I came here after a long day hoping for some relaxation. The location is nice and the building is new, we were really hoping it would be quality services. The pedicure was nice, but the pedicure area is cramped and small. Everyone is in your conversation which makes it annoying. After pedicures I got a dip manicure. I get my nails done bi-weekly so I'm no stranger to the right way to do my nails. I'll just say I was greatly disappointed. Everything was done half assed, careless and came out lumpy with hang nails. It seemed they were more worried about eating and drinking instead of doing my nails. I had to tell her to stop twice as she wasn't paying attention while using a machine on my nails. There were countless Starbucks drinks and food lined up in the salon that the employees were snacking on, it was inappropriate for the setting. Hungry, take a lunch while not doing my nails please.
