I understand I was the day before Mother's Day, so I didn't mind waiting for my pedicure. When I finally sat down I put my feet in the water and it was cold. He asked me how it was and I told him it was cold. He continued to fill it. Nothing changed. He had to then grab a measuring cup take the water out of my bowl. Left me there for 10 minutes and came back with a water tea kettle warmer. Pour scolding hot water in. Took 3 kettles to fill. Fine, this point I'm irritated, I was told to turn off my chair (daughter massaging chair didn't even work). They were harsh with picking up and moving my feet. Bad experience, I asked when I went to pay if there was any compensation for the water, the chair and the lady being rude and no response, until after he pulled up my amount and had me pay. One of the workers of the name Natalie was openly talking trash in vietnamese about [barbiely official] before she was caught because [barbiely official] knew vietnamese!! When Natalie was confronted about it, she denied that she was talking trash and blamed it on her customer that she was working nails on. Not only this, but Natalie continued to say "I wasn't talking to you" "i don't want to talk to you" very disrespectfully knowing she was caught. Scammy owner Date charged: March 1st, 2025 Was probably days before this date. I'd rather drive farther than be overcharged and treated poorly. I had the worst experience at this place. They didn't want to give me my money back because they refused to cut the sides of my nails. Apparently, they "wanted to work with me" because they said I had dry feet and that was the reason. But when they did my pedicure, they used their own products... crazy, right? So I went along with their advice like a dumbass. They took off my gel color and had me buy Vaseline to make it smoother, supposedly. I was waiting for them to call me back so I could come in and get my gel color put back on before too much time passed and I'd need a full pedicure again. Turns out the owner had an emergency and went to China or Japan for a family issue. Like a dumbass again, I waited patiently. I came back a month later--no pedicure, by the way--and the owner finally called me back saying I could come in to get my gel done again. I said okay, but I'm not paying, so hopefully I can get the full service again. She said no, that I would have to pay for a full pedicure, and they would only put the gel on--not redo the full service. I told her, "But you guys literally took off my gel, and now my nails have grown. You would have to do the full service for what I already paid--at least that's fair." She kept saying no, that I had to pay. I told her it's not my fault she had a family emergency and left for a month, and now I need a pedicure again after everything failed. The experience was painful for days after because the nail tech didn't bother to fix the sides of my nails when I asked her to. It was even worse because of the language barrier--they had to translate everything. Mind you, I paid $75. When I tried to dispute it with my bank, they said the owner kept fighting back, claiming I got the full service done. Okay, but it was done wrong. If it had been done right, I wouldn't have had this issue in the first place--I would've just been done and gone instead of dealing with pain days later. read more

This is not a chop shop or average nail salon. They keep up with trends and their staff is highly skilled. If someone doesn't know something/how to execute a nail design they are taught and have their skills honed. I also go with my daughters for matching family nail sets for any occasion. Leo is of course the best in his craft, and Natalie always gets my waxing right that I'll go no where else! Vy and Yen are always welcoming and attentive as well - they host regular events and celebrations, and are always decorated tastefully showcasing both luxury but festive spirit! Went in as a first time customer about a week ago. The first lady who was helping me, I asked for a soak off and a new set, with an inspo pic I had. Instead of soaking them off, she was determined to sit there and drill it all off, saying "your nails really ARE sensitive," after every-time I would flinch against the heat. She also cut my nails super jagged and sideways instead of straight across and off, and spent her time drilling off the top too when she should have cut it and soaked it. Second, my inspo pic contained stiletto french tips with bow gems on them. I was given almond tips. She applied color to the first nail and then asked me if the shape was good. In my reference photo they were stiletto!!! I was given the gems too, and it looked okay. Within 3 hours, one gem popped off. Within 24 hours, I already had a nail pop off, and my second gem fall off. I was told by previous customers that if I went back and spoke to the owner, I'd get a refund. Instead, I got the soak off for free but had to pay for an entire new set, AND the owner said I couldn't get the gems because my nails were too small? Super disappointed with the outcome here. The nails that were given the second time were pretty good, but I shouldn't have had to pay for a whole new set because of mistakes they made!! I just wanted my gems!!! But when it came time to apply the polish, it was terrible. I literally left with only HALF of my toenails painted. It looked like she just painted the center of my nails and ignored the edges. I think she realized I wasn't happy with the service. She didn't ask if there was anything wrong and instead asked if I was ready to leave or wanted to sit for a while. I wasn't sure whether to say something about how bad the service was, so I didn't. Speaking up like that to a person about the service the offer just isn't my thing. This place is a hit or miss. On their Instagram they look drop dead gorgeous nail! In person after going there 5 times only 1 out of the 5 sets really looked nice. I'm very disappointed with how their models get more of the quality results versus their customers. Very sad to see promising work on their sight but to not receive the service you seek. The male employee there has done my nails majority of the time. I requested one of the women to do it last time but cause he was literally the only one left available after over booking he did them.
