BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR EYELASHES DONE! It is a nice place to get your eyelash extensions because they create a peaceful mood for you to be relaxed for about an hour. The bed is very comfortable and they make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed before the technician starts. Everyone there is super friendly and they create a welcoming atmosphere when you first walk in to the place. Usually, I don't like putting extensions on my eyelashes but the technician did my eyelashes so that it looks really natural and long at the same time. If you are unsure of what extensions to get, always ask them because they are very friendly and helpful. The technicians are very professional and the store itself is VERY CLEAN. Good experience. Found this place through Yelp saw the reviews and thought I'd give it a try. This was my first time trying eyelash extensions. The place was easy to find. I had Chris help me out she help me decide the lash and curl that would best fit my eyes. Very nice and knowledgable The experience was not bad. They put on a eye mask underneath which tingled at first but then it went away. The process was very simple and took about an hour. I love the way my eyelash came out. I must say u had a great experience here. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was very calming, I almost fell asleep multiple times. The technician, though quite, made sure my eyes weren't burning or anything before I got up and left. They were also very best and clean. Plussss they give you a very warm thick blanket. Outside of the office, they ever had great communication with me prior to my arrival. I only gave it four stars and not 5 because I got them put on last night. I want to see if they last for the two week recommended fill in. This was my first time getting eyelashes done and I'm pleased. Mine in particular were a little long for the "natural look" but that comes with trail and error, next time I know. I have already set up a two week appointment. After reading the previous reviews I decided to make an appointment. The room is clean and inviting. I explained to the staff and technician that I wanted to have the same full, glamorous look that I was accustomed to from my previous salon in New York. $200. later (including gratutity) the result was grossly disappointing! Not only was this a waste of money and time but I had to have my lashes redone at another salon the very next morning after more than half feel out in one day! For starters, this place is very unwelcoming, customer service sucks as soon as you walk in, they don't say hello but they make sure to upsell you with their lash package. i have had eyelash extensions in the past but this place definitely takes the cake! i called last minute hoping for an appointment, luckily the woman was able to work with me and got me in. the actual establishment is a little hard to find with just an address because it is upstairs above other stores so you need to be on the lookout for it. the actual studio is very clean and well maintained- super cute. they worked with me to find out what look i was trying to achieve and get the right size lash. i ended up being a 13mm C curl with celebrity thickness. I did the tiara package which is 100 lashes per eye.. the technician was not only so sweet but she was sooo knowledgeable and efficient! i've never had someone do my lashes as quickly as she did and they are perfect. the tape placement on the eyes was comfortable and the glue did not burn as i've experiences in other establishments. they are reasonably priced and definitely worth checking out. i'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family. thanks for the great lashes!!! read more

I honestly thought the reviews were hyped but having been a lash extension junkie they really did an exceptional job! Did I say I was a junkie? I am so picky that even critique the lash quality. Any of you ever get ones that were so thick and plasticy that you poked your boyfriend's face with it? I got the synthetics but they were supple and pliable. This quality is hard to come by even on eBay and Amazon. (I used to apply my own extensions) The problem with some of the "chains" and branded locations is that they are tied to using poor quality hairs so you are forced to do the minks which are more expensive. Still I wouldn't be where am without those places and I would never write a bad review on the other salons but this is the first time I was not trying to set my lashes because it just landed exactly where it needs to. I originally had an appointment at the new Closter location. However, there was a family emergency (no big deal) and I was asked to visit the Englewood location. The receptist was super friendly and greeted me with a smile. I had never gotten lashes before and I gave the receptionist an idea of what I wanted. You could tell she genuinely cared about what I was saying and helped me choose the style I wanted. The services were on time (she took me earlier actually- can't complain about that). The lady who did my lashes was super friendly and informative. She made sure I was comfy and was super gently. I was nervous as this location was not going to be my home location, but they treated me like VIP. The atmosphere was clean and they play soft music to listen to while you're getting your eyelashes done. I highly recommend this place. After debating on many different salons on yelp, I decided to give them a try since they had the highest rating and in so glad I did! It is very well lit and very clean, they did also offer 30% discount for my first time and 20% for my next maintenance. Text message reminder for my 2 weeks came today and I probably would not have considered the re touch since it is definitely not the cheapest of expenses but she texted me back and answered all the questions I had and gave me different pricing options and was overall very patient and sweet! love this place. they literally put my lashes on with surgeon-like precision lol. it does take a little time but you lay in a bed with quiet music playing and it's very relaxing. i wanted a super natural look and thats what i got, but they are definitely noticeable to me. ive gotten a few comments like "you look really well rested!" so its not obvious at all to others that they are fake. I got a 50% off service from living social which was definitely worth it. the only downside as some have said is that it's an expensive habit to get hooked on ;) once you have the lashes you wont want to be without them! Even though it has been three weeks, my lashes still seem full because the glue they use is such high quality that the lashes don't fall off easily. People comment that I look great or that my eyes are beautiful, but never say, wow you have lash extensions! That's how I know they're so good at what they do. I originally did my first set at the Fort Lee location. I came to this location for my refill because it was the only appointment I could get. I feel like they should maybe get more technicians to accommodate people because it's always hard to make appointments especially since they have 2 locations with many beds. I had to wait some time even though I had an appointment which was annoying. The parking was horrible. There is street metered parking. I had to drive in circles a few times before a spot opened. My refill was good though. I like how they do their lashes but feel it's a waste of money to spend refilling lashes. $35 for 1 week refill, $50 for 2 week refill, and $75 for 3 week refill. read more

This place is terrible. Do not go here. First thing is that they don't accept credit cards, so you literally have to go with cash on hand no matter what, something I did not know prior to coming in. The staff is rude and speak to each other in Korean (I believe) back & forth right in front of you which makes you uncomfortable. The parking is the worst. Make sure you bring quarters and get ready to park far as hell. Now on to the lashes, horrible. My I had the 70 lash per eye set. I had to go back after a week to get them fixed because they fell out. They charged me with no remorse. After that I made a 2 week apt to get them redone (don't know why I chose to go back) but I did, they canceled my apt so I had to go a few days later. They wanted me to pay $85 for the refill because they said I missed my 2 week touch up. I was off by 2 days. The girl at the desk was rude and went back and forth with me for an hour arguing about how much she was going to charge me. She did not want to let me leave. Went as far as to make me call the owner on his cell phone and speak to him. I got a ticket after being held up for an hour. Was still charged full amount. Will never go back. This place is horrible, and the lashes will fall out after a week. read more

I was nervous to try this new place but Esther, who was my technician, did an amazing job. She was very professional and gentle. Also, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. He understood clearly what I wanted. I ended up opting for Tiara set which is 100 lashes per eye and the thicker lashes that they call celebrity thickness. They are definitely not cheap but I can live with it since they are very good at it and I felt it was so worth it. They gave me 30% off as a new customer and did not charge me removal fee even though I still had some lashes left from the other place. It has been almost 3 weeks since my visit and the lashes still look good but I could definitely use a retouch and I understand how lashes do need regular maintenance.
