I have gotten my lash extensions done in Manhattan for more than a year. This summer I moved to White Plains and decided to try Lash Belle for a refill. Until now, I never knew the process could be painful. My eyes were burning throughout the process. It took WAY too long (2.5 hrs) and the result was not satisfactory at all. My natural lashes were clumped together on the outer corners, 4 extension lashes were glued to each natural lash (i.e., putting pressure on natural lashes, weakening them, and also making my eyelids look sunken. The whole two-three weeks I had them on the glue chunks made my eyes itchy because they were holding a few lashes that were detached from my eyelids and one that was still attached. I had to pull out a few of my own lashes with a tweezer because I was on vacation and couldn't remove them.... overall definitely not worth the price/time. read more

Will never come back! I had an argument with them saying I want to pay $7 for the tip but the lady rudely insisted I pay 12% of the whole total. After I came back home and checked the statement I saw they took 14% of my total without my permission. This is the worst lash experience I've ever had. If you've ever had good lashes done you will see the difference like night and day. The work done here is sloppy. They use 3D lashes claiming you don't have enough natural lashes - but then you find extensions attached to 2 or 3 of your natural lashes. It makes no sense. Plus the customer service is garbage. Just avoid this place altogether, there are much better places you can get your lashes done for around the same price point, even cheaper. read more

I've been to few eyelashes salons to do my eyelashes. I usually use Groupon to explore different places. First of all, they honor your groupon without pushing you to upgrade your services or getting more money out of your pocket, so that's a good thing. The place is clean and big, and they will send you a text message to confirm your appointment with clear instructions. Now the eyelashes extension, this is my third time getting it done, so I can say that I know what a good eyelashes extension is now. One of the special thing they did is they put the eye masks under your eyes instead of the regular dry ones. However, the bed wasn't too comfortable, I would suggest get a pillow under the feet would be great, but it could be just me. It is the forth day now, I have around 5 eyelashes falling out. It could be just me again, cause the technician said my eyelashes are thin. The whole process took around a hour for the 70 pieces of eyelashes, and it was comfortable that I almost fell to sleep. Price, they didn't offer me the loyal problem or any future discount without the Groupon. So getting 70 piece of eyelashes is 120 if I remember correctly, which is quite expensive. I know some places is around $70 to $100. It is only the forth days, so I am still not sure how long it will last. My pervious eyelashes extension didn't start fall out after the first week. Again, it could be my eyelashes, and doing it too often will thinner your lashes, I will probably give my lashes a rest after this time. read more

The place was clean and the setting was very relaxing during the process. There were a few times throughout the process that my eyes were burning, but nothing unbearable. IF you get a good tech, you'll love how your lashes look. If you get a tech that doesn't care much about how you want your end result to be, then your screwed. The guy at the front desk is rude, and always requests cash as a form of payment because "he can take 10% off". If you don't like how your lashes look when your done, or ask the tech to fix something, the guy at the front desk and the tech start smirking and mumbling something to each other in their own language. I made an appointment at Lash Bell with a Groupon purchase. When I arrived the lady at the desk knew me and would not accept the Groupon purchase because she said I had been there before. I said to her well you knew this when I made my appointment why did you allow me to travel here when you could have told me this. She stated I could get a refund from Groupon, very non-chalant , I decided since I was there I would go ahead a get the lashes. She asked me to pay first and of course I did, then she asked if I had enough cash to pay the tip and I thought that this a bit much. I said I did. I touok a seat to wait when another patron entered. She did not ask her to pay upfront and she went before me and I questioned why did she go before me. I really believe they are racist and very arrogant. Paid for eighty lashes which I did not get. The lashes were so stiff and I really tried to like it. They did a real shitty job. The Techs are very unfriendly. Never say one word. They act like they might catch something from you. I complained a day or so later. She offered me a do-over, for which I accepted. This new person I encountered was really not nice at all. Seemed to be disgusted with me. The new lashes were better, not stiff but just okay. Still the entire situation did not sit right with me. I feel discriminated against and I texted a message to cancel any future appointments, as I would not be returning. I really don't like their bedside manner. I believe they prefer a certain group only. Groupon would not refund me to my original payment after I explained what happed they credited me Groupon Bucks for which I still have. i lost a lot of money on this deal. $44 for Groupon, $88 for Lashbelle and $10 tip 2 times And 2 trips and still disappointed. read more

I never write a review but I feel like I have to for this. Absolutely horrible experience. The process was so uncomfortable my neck was killing me she was so rough. My lashes came out horrible I did 70 lashes per eye and it looked as if there was nothing. On top of that they last for about 3 days. They felt so uncomfortable and cheap and it ruined my real lashes because the technician glued down to my real lashes. It felt as if she was using crazy glue. And I haven't been else where or have had different materials applied to my lashes prior for a comparison but I'd have to say the quality is nice! It's been 6 days and I have only lost about 4-6 eyelashes which I think isn't terrible.
