Cheri at Lash Boutique is a phenomenal lash stylist! She's sweet, professional and extremely talented at what she does. Definitely the best in New York and well worth the cost of extensions. I get complimented daily on my lashes -- when I tell people they're extensions, they're shocked, because they look so natural! I actually keep a few of her business cards in my wallet to hand out, as people are always interested in where I got them done. She did a wonderful consultation before hand and made me feel safe, beautiful, and happy with the choices we made. During the service she was super sweet, and had the lightest touch! Wow what terrible service!!! I had done alot of research looking for an amazing place to get eyelashes under 400$. I made an appointment with Lash Boutique. On the day of my appointment I go all the way up there, and shes not even there!!!! I was waiting in front of her door like a BUM for 45 minutes before i decided to leave. When I called her, she was EXTREMELY rude (what a change from when I initially made the appointment). I had paid my way to come to her and wait for her on her floor, and she CUSSES me out saying she had sent me an email that if i didnt email her back she would cancel the appointment ( i neverrrr received an email, or a call), and she "wasnt going to wait around for clients to show up or not all day," and told me to "F*****ng find someone else to do your eyelashes." I hung up after that, I didn't deserve to be disrespected like that. In my eyes, if I dont let you know that im not coming, or if no one calls me canceling my appointment, i am obviously going to go. horrible horrible horrible! i would call myself redeemed if a single person reads this and decides not to use that woman lol update-- she sent me an email admitting she sent the previous confirmation email to the wrong address. Cheri (owner) is amazing. (1) My lashes look gorgeous. I never use mascara, lash curlers, etc., anymore. (2) One of my fears in getting extensions was damage to my natural lashes - Cheri is so gentle, I have been going to her over 6 months and haven't seen my lashes thinning out, falling out, etc. (3) I chose two dollar signs (moderate price) because although lash extensions are expensive, Cheri's prices are very moderate.
