I think we took about 1-2 hours to figure out the shape, density, pigmentation, and aftercare of my brows before she got to work. Very professional work station complete with sterile equipment. Two different type of numbing solutions/creams- I have a high pain tolerance but I barely even felt her working with the creams Since something is going to be semi-permanent on your skin, you want to make sure that your needs and desires are being heard and I felt like Vee made sure to address every concern I had. She is a perfectionist too so she didn't even start until we both felt like the shape was perfect for me. Healing wasn't complication, no infections and I feel like I had 1 day where they itched like crazy but that was it. Touch up was the same. We discussed if there were any complications, shape, density, pigmentation (I asked for a darker ink and Vee made sure I got what I want). She made sure that she felt like my eyebrows were perfect, asked if I liked them, made any quick changes or fill ins before finishing. She asked if I was 100% satisfied at least 6 times lol, we waited a couple minutes between me looking through different views, mirror angles, and pictures just to make sure I was happy before finishing with aftercare ointment. Overall, I was/am incredibly pleased with the work Vee did. More importantly, with how beautiful my eyebrows look and how easy my mornings are going to be. Thanks Vee!

Oh my gosh, she is such a hidden gem!! It was my first time getting anything done to my face but Anh put me right at ease. I feel so luck to have found her! It's really disturbing to know that yelp hid all of her other 5 star reviews so no one knows how amazing she is unless that look closer at the "unrecommended reviews" - I truly hope this doesn't fall there too. I remember asking her about her yelp page and how there were no reviews and I chose her after I checked out her instagram and website and saw her amazing work. Otherwise yelp hides the reviews because she is not paying astronomical amounts of money to advertise with them. Shame on you yelp!! I went to Moonie 3 times for lash fills and brow lamination. All 3 visits were extremely painful. I…read morehave been getting lash extensions for over 10 years and never have I experienced this. Her removals were so painful my eye lids were sore for a few days after each appointment. She constantly stabs the lid with her forceps or pulls out natural lashes causing the eye to water excessively then proceeds to make negative comments about how watery the eye was. The lack of isolation was also concerning with the amount of burning I received from the bond. Again, causing my eyes to water. I was finally able to get back in with my regular eye lash technician and she was appalled to say the least. She took some photographs where my eyelashes had been cut. Most of the extensions weren't even on a natural lash. They were bonded on top of each other causing inflammation of the follicle. The HEALTH of my lashes declined significantly with only 3 lash visits with Moonie. Many of you probably don't know she cuts your lashes as you can't see your own lash line SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Now to the brows; She singed them right off. I have very fine, thin brows and she burned them right off. I had no brows for a few weeks. She was nice enough to give me a 100$ credit for the brows, but seemed to be very defensive when I approached her about the lashes. EVEN with pictures! She and my regular lash technician are the only two that touched my lashes in that 6 week period, but she didn't want to admit or apologize for cutting my natural lashes. My brows have started to fill in again, hair grows back. But if I would have continued to use her for my lashes I'm afraid of what it would have resulted in further down the road. One last thing to note; there is no pricing. You never know what you will pay for a fill. She charges you based on what she feels necessary. Be careful ladies.

I…read moredidn't have to wait 4 months for an appointment as I would have with the instagram model club. Instead I chose a real industry expert that knew what would look fabulous even if I didn't. As a newbie to any permanent makeup and a tattoo, microblading virgin, I was understandably nervous . There was timely communication from first contact to appointment to confirmation. I knew exactly what to expect with masking and sanitation protocols for our safety throughout. Jane calmed my anxiety by explaining the entire process and each step as she artfully, safely, patiently and with the expertise of a professional in her craft since 1994, executed gorgeous, natural looking brows for me. She started like a Dr with medical history paperwork, taking my whole of humanity into consideration prior to getting into the meat and potatoes of the procedure which I appreciated! Jane assessed my face/canvas and drew what she believed would be beautiful for my structure and let me see for agreement. We proceeded to the microblading process and I feel it couldn't have gone better with knowing which parts would be painful vs rest breaks and the tlc I felt from Jane considering all my allergies and well being. I'm thrilled with the result and excited to see how the artfully crafted brows will look after healed. I had overplucked them in the past and they were uneven and thinned out. Penciling them in hasn't always produced an even well manicured effect. Embarrassing at times. Those worries are now over.
