There will absolutely not be a next time. Some of the lashes were crooked, uneven, and honestly looked rushed. I'm debating going back on my lunch break just to have them removed. I only gave this place a chance because it's close to my job, but convenience clearly does not equal quality. I would rather drive all the way to Bayside and pay the exact same Groupon price for lashes that are actually done correctly than waste my money here again.

I've had several experiences with other lash boutiques (including amazing lash studio) but this place is everything I've been looking for, and I am so happy I've found them!!!!!!! Overall: my lashes stay on longer than 2 weeks. The lash styles are ALL customizable (other places normally have a few lash styles they are able to do) The staff is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. The boutique itself is aesthetically pleasing (beautiful) I've had the pleasure of working with Caris for my last 3 sessions and she is a sweet heart! She makes me feel so comfortable and is always accommodating if I don't like a certain style and is ready to customize it to my liking. She's my favorite!!! I called on Wednesday at 3pm for a next-day appointment, and they said only tomorrow 6:30pm is available which was Thursday. I took the appointment. When I showed up on Thursday at 6:30pm, the receptionist told me my appointment was "yesterday." wtf no, it was not. Then I see I was charged $45, I'm assuming it's the deposit. No one told me about a deposit being charged. They claim they don't charge you until the day of the appointment. Then they lied and said they called me. Like I don't have a call history on my phone. I never received a confirmation text and I did not receive a call. If you canceled my appointment to book some else that's messed up. I don't understand what games this location is playing but you lost a good paying customer. Then have the audacity to tell me book another day. No I can't I have a life and I work out of town. I only had this day available to try your services which now after this experience I don't want to anymore because I don't need to pay for a service then feel it will not happen on the day I'm available. I asked for a refund, and I'm still waiting for the "manager" to call me. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and annoying. I advise to everyone do not give your card information to this establishment! I took my kid into the place, and my kid complained about the odor of marijuana that came out of there. Instead of smoking and not paying attention to your future clients when booking, and messing up the schedule. You need to focus and be more professional and keep that smell out your establishment. This business has the audacity in not taking accountability of their actions. I don't recommend this place at all for their unprofessionalism and inexperience with customer service. Working in customers service is very sensitive and if you can handle it then this is not your line of work. Stop playing with people and their money! I already placed a refund on my bank account because like my daughter who's a 9 year old said " Mami I don't think their going to call you back" even she knows what's really up with this disrespectful establishment.

The salon is spotless and the ambiance is so relaxing - heated tables, comfy throws, etc. It all ends with a delicious tea Evelyn makes herself. As for services, I've done brow lamination, clean-up and tint - all have been amazing and last longer (for me personally) than the normal 2-3 weeks. I've also had a lash lift which was great too.

Her space is absolutely impeccable, clean, calming, and so well put together. She's incredibly thorough and truly takes her time with every appointment. Thanks to her care and expertise, my natural lashes have actually started to regrow, which I never thought possible after years of going to the wrong place. Her attention to detail shows in every set she creates. My lashes always come out beautifully, they last 4-5 weeks. The lash studio is always extremely clean and such a calming, comfortable environment. Its in a very convenient location with a brand new parking lot. This is the only place I have been to where my lashes last longer than a week and a half. The quality of the lashes and the service is 100% worth the cost! They come out exactly how I want them every single time. SO happy my friends recommended this place to me
