Got gel polish on my toes took an hour which is reasonable. The next 2 hours I was waiting around, which is no big deal. I've been getting acrylics (hands) and gel pedicures here for almost a year now. The inside is clean + nice, the people are super friendly, prices are super reasonable, and the color options are awesome. But the biggest thing that keeps me coming back is how meticulous they are with nails. Their attention to detail is 10/10. I can't stand getting my nails done just to see crooked edges and a botched paint job, and I can confidently say I've never had that issue at D's Nail Spa. I am also super picky about clean edges because I think it impacts how long the nails last (rigid lines makes me pick at the nails), so these acrylics last longer for me than they used to when going to other salons. I was a walk in I did not have an appointment and as soon as I walked in they were able to get me in mind you this was close to closing Time, they were still able to accommodate me and get me done quickly. Nina helped me with a fill and shellac color. She was super sweet very personable and very talented with her design. Well I was sitting there a couple of the other technicians came over and made pleasant conversation and we're all super sweet. Oh and I forgot to mention she asked me if I wanted anything to drink. My manicure is always perfect. No gross nail debris on everything, no sharing of tools and plastic drawers on casters jammed full of unorganized tools. Your place is always hygienic, with excellent service. They do really good calf massage with an upgraded pedicure, decent waxing and bad gel manicure. Both of my index finger gel polish broke off after a week. It's probably due to the fact that they did a little bit of nail filing after all of the coats which broke the seal of gel. read more

Worst pedicure I have ever had. Polish was chipped after less than 4 hours. My toes are cut, and they started to bleed. I went back to the salon after the chipping and asked for a refund. I was told they will not refund my money. This was the most expensive pedicure i have event paid for. I was told that if you do not like the food at a restaurant, they don't refund your money. Very disappointed. My daughter and I got pedicures and my granddaughters got nail sets and fills. Prices are way higher than the other places we usually go!!! The girl that did my pedicure cut my big toe nails so short that they are still hurting today, two days later. She also trimmed the cuticle on my left toe too much leaving it very red. I would give them minus stars if I could went in got a full set first person to help me was the owner she doesn't know how to do nails but she attempted to do mine my first pinkie nail she cut the tip hecka short and crooked another lady took over replaced that nail and when my nail were done the acrylic was uneven and to my cuticles which pulled my hair everything I run my fingers through my hair they looked like crap and charged me 45 dollars for shit work. It's really hit or miss depending on who your nail artist is, but none of them are perfect. I get dip nails every two weeks and there's usually a mistake or two in there, and I usually end up filing my nails into shape once I get home if I can. A few of them (not my nail tech of choice, thankfully) are very rough or clumsy and have nicked me before. I also don't believe they practice the best sanitation practices, some of their tools look very dirty. Of course, this is about as good as it gets in Bonney Lake. I've been pretty unimpressed with most of the salons I've tried in the area. So as far as it goes, I guess this place isn't too bad. read more

Very good overall experience here! My normal place was closed so decided to take a detour to D Nail Spa. And the results were great. I had a normal standard pedi with gel polish and it was real great. Relaxing and no hassle at all, and the actual trimming of my toe nails was better than what I normally expect. The only bummer was the first gel color I chose they didn't end up having but I found a different one I was happy with. Definitely would recommend to a friend! read more

This place is wonderful. They are very clean and well put together. The staff is very friendly and enjoyable. I will say, this nail salon is a little on the pricey end...but nothing too crazy. I never write reviews but thought this was needed based off of my bad experience. I decided to try out a new salon in Bonney Lake. I got dip powder on my nails which I have done before and the next day half of them cracked down the middle. I came in a few days later to get them fixed. The lady said the person who did my nails only did two coats when three is normally done so this is why they cracked. Few days later two of my nails cracked again. Waste of money and time. I rarely will visit a nail salon twice but this one I will be coming back. The girls are friendly and I was very pleased with the work she did. The owner was there and was joking and laughing with the girls. Sometimes the mood is a bit tense or there's an uncomfortableness in a nail salon, definitely a "them" and "you" vibe. Today was my first time going here, I don't get my nails done all that often so I don't have much to compare it too but the staff was friendly, the place was clean, they had a lot of colors to choose from, and they were helpful. I got shellac which was my first time getting it, I was planning on getting acrylics but they recommended the shellac and I'm glad they did because I like it much better! I have given this place chance after chance and I keep getting disappointed. I have tried shellac/gel from here and it peels off within a day or two. The last time I got a regular fill from them, I left with half-painted nails of all different lengths. So I decided maybe I would only come here for pedicures since those are usually good. The few times I have gotten pedicures here they were great; they massage your legs, dip your feet in hot wax and offer complimentary beer/mimosas while you relax. But this last time was very disappointing. My boyfriend and I had gift certificates to get pedicures together so we went on a Saturday morning. We both had our feet dipped in wax at the same time. The guy that did mine went and sat across the room in a chair and sat on his phone. The lady that did my boyfriend's feet removed the wax from his feet within about 5 minutes which is usual time for it to cool down. 10 minutes after that, my guy was STILL sitting on his phone not paying attention at all. After 20 minutes total, my boyfriend got up and put his shoes on and walked around hoping to get the guys attention to see that we have been ready to leave. Finally he jumps up quicky and runs over to me and says something like "oh I give you extra time for wax to feel good" .... No actually you were too busy on your phone to pay attention and do your damn job! If it weren't for the terrible guy I had this last time, I would probably rate 3 stars, maybe 4. But now there is nothing I can say they do exceptional anymore. read more
