I had gotten a volume set done for a wedding. Although they look pretty they RUINED my natural lashes!! I now have gaps of lashes missing and my eyes were red for 2 days after. I have consistently been getting my lashes done for 3 years and have NEVER had an issue. I am absolutely in love with this place , it's like a little barbie dungeon. All the staff are superb!! I personally go in to see drippin lash god ( mexie) , she always out does herself with my lashes . I am always in love with the way I look when I leave . She makes you feel so comfortable the whole time you are doing ur lashes and she def delivers the best results !! . I have also seen victor for my pedicure and tbh it was prob the best time I have ever gotten my nails done . I came in for an appointment and wasn't greeted when I walked in...yet I saw a bunch of other girls get squealing hello's when they walked in. Feels like this place is exclusive and they only like a certain type of "look" to actually be nice towards them. The girl doing my set did not speak one word to me the entire 2 hours. Also, their customer service is TERRIBLE AWFUL HORRIBLE...so many words to describe it. I tried emailing, messaging on both Instagram and Facebook to ask questions before booking and NO replies...yet the messages had been seen... Terrible waste of good money. I would recommend finding somewhere else where they will make you feel happy to have spent your hard-earned money. Let me start off by saying i am an extremely patient client in any beauty service i receive. I don't really complain and hate confrontation and i never every write reviews. This has been the worst experience of my life and i have to share. I have been visiting Lash God for about a year now for my nails. I get my nails done with Justin and absolutely LOVE his work and would like to say this review does not reflect his work! While visiting the salon once a month i got really interested in learning how to do eyelash extensions on the side to make a little money. I spent a lot of time listening to the group training they provided at the salon at DonMills. I was very impressed and was so motivated and excited to learn. My sister in law and I finally decided to go ahead and book our one on one training (well 2 on 1). I called in and booked the training session which was a two day training program for beginners. The booking of the appointment was smooth and very conveniently scheduled. Cost- $2250 + taxes The text i received said class starts promptly at 11 am and to be there 1 min early. Everything we would need would be provided including manual, pro kit, notebook, breakfast+ lunch We arrived for about 10:40 am to a beautiful location that was fully empty and echoed. There were about 4 other girls there for another training session as well which later caused a lot of disturbance. Breakfast was a croissant and a fruit bowl, and lunch was not provided so we left at 5pm starving. "Class" did not start until somewhere close to 11:30 11:45 am as the business section was done by Raq herself who arrived late. The two training classes (our 2 on 1 and the other group class) had a combined "business class" which lasted close to 2 hours which did not cover anything basic for beginners but was more suited for the other group class for people training to be instructors. I had to ask myself to have a conversation about pricing and other basic needs for starting our business. Cici was our instructor who was the sweetest girl ever! I'm not sure if it was her first time training people but i learned more from Youtube videos. She spent the rest of the first day reading from the "manual" that they provided which felt like i was back in first grade with my teacher holding up a book and reading it to us. We taped down the mannequins lashes and applied a few lashes before it was time to go. During this time due to the emptiness of the space we couldn't hear anything CiCi was saying because the other group session was very loud and overpowered her. Breakfast and Lunch the second day was a bag of chips, some bread and hummus, and ice tea. (i only have pictures of the second days food) Again leaving very hungry! The second day we were shown how to remove lashes very quickly on the mannequin head and our live models came. which was probably the best part of the whole situations. We took some pictures and left at about 3:30 pm which was suppose to last till 5 pm. It seemed like CiCi was in a rush to be somewhere. Throughout the 2 days i was so interested in learning how to lash map which i repeatedly asked CiCi to show and teach us, which she kept replying later later and we never were taught. Overall i am so disappointed with the whole situation. I do not believe i received what i was promised! I did not learn anything i couldn't learn on the internet. I really don't believe anyone should pay $2250 PLUS TAX for this training service. The only thing that compelled me to write this review which i will make sure is on every platform is the fact that i don't want ANYONE else wasting their money on this. I know Lash God is starting a training location and i hope the location will help with actually training girls with different techniques and ways of doing lashes. Different ways of taping, lashing and removals. I would like to once again say i am always so happy seeing women do well and i hope their company grows and improves, but this was just very very very disappointing. read more

Went to pick up some lash trays and inside was absolutely gorgeous, everything pink and very clean. I was welcomed with a hug by the owner and she was super sweet, the staff was also amazingly friendly. Not to mention the lashes i received were gorgeous and came in the cutest packaging. Definitely coming back! read more
