The signage to know where the line starts is awful and they don't tell you until you've stood there awkwardly for five minutes while they ineptly ring someone up. When there is a line, bring more cashiers. This is common sense. The most amazing part of this disaster is, as someone that has worked customer service and management, the cashier should have been apologetic rather than snarky. Next time I'll order what I need from somewhere else and wait in the comfort of my home. I'd have walked if I didn't desperately need my purchase.

With sensitive skin I'm always on the look for cleanser and skin care as it can be costly though doesn't have to be and with places like this makes it a possible experience. It seems like the carry brands like Clinique, Mac, Origin, Estēe Lauder which I don't really use but did get a bit curious to the selections they have. Walking in there is a fun section #beautihaul a fun hashtag that's so true where you pick a bag of your choice and select 6 samples all for $15! So great for yourself...travel...or that extra something for a gift. Delightful staff that greets you though I had no questions they didn't follow or bother me as I browsed. I recently heard about The Face Shop from my coworker, and the product that I found at Ross was also from the Face Shop. So I checked it out. The sales girl Lauren was phenomenal!! I did customer service and sales in my day and she was absolutely wonderful to talk to. I told her that I wasn't to strong with what was needed to maintain my face, I'm just a simple gal. she wasn't pushy, she was very easy to talk to and SHE ASKED QUESTIONS which I LOVED! The shop is located the same area where H Mart and Don Quijote in Pearl City is located. When I went, there were no one in the shop except for one worker. She was very friendly and helpful as most of the products sold are not in English and she was able to help me find what I was looking for. Another worker arrived shortly and she was super funny, cracking jokes about having me buy a bag for a good discounted price. The products were price reasonable, but it can add up. They held a lot of Korean brands and is definitely a one stop shop for those who are looking Korean beauty products as they sold items ranging from sunscreen, lotions, make up and other products. Definitely will be stopping by again to stock up on the viral sunscreen from TikTok.

The ladies here are very helpful and gives great suggestions on items to reflect your skin type and works really well, what I do get trapped is their cute little trinkets and accessories many that I don't find at the town location as much inventory they have the store is so nice and organized so it's so easy to shop and find items and with lots of free parking right outside it's a great place to find what you need.
