This was my third time seeing Amber for microblading but my first time visiting her at the new location. She did my initial mircoblading in 2016, touch up in 2017 and 2018. First of all Amber's studio is very clean and spacious. It has a very calming and spa like vibe. What I love about Amber is that she spends a lot of time mapping out my eyebrows and taking measurements so they are absolutely perfect! Amber allows you to look once she draws them out to make any changes or adjustments. She then applies the numbing agent which sits for about 15-20mins. Then she begins the microblading. It is mildly uncomfortable but actually reminds me of the pinching during threading. She checks regularly to make sure the pain is tolerable. Ambers adds the pigment which soak into the skin. She wipes off the excess pigment and you're good to go! It's important to remember the pigment fades by about 40-50% and since mircoblading does not go as deep as a normal tattoo you will need to get annual touch ups. I love my eyebrows and trust Amber completely. I think it's worth every penny! Just go you won't be disappointed. read more

Highly recommend! The waiting area is very hip, comfortable, and inviting. The entire place is clean, which makes it welcoming. The prices are so reasonable. I have classic lashes ($125 for the full set and $55 for each fill). Just make sure to go back with 50% of the lashes or it will be considered a full set. I don't go to any one artist consistently (I just got to whoever is available). I haven't had a bad artist! The process has always been quick and I haven't felt antsy while laying there for so long. This yelp is listed under my husbands name . But I Went to Lash Lounge for my first full set of lashes . The full set was $130, and I gave the technician a $20 tip . The lashes weren't very full or long . I wasn't given anything to look at prior to the application to choose the " look " I wanted , however I did tell the technician that I didn't want clump lashes , but preferred individual . After the application , it was suggested that I purchase the lash wash for $25, which I purchased . My daughters wear lashes , and have never been suggested to purchase lash wash ? When I got home to really look at my lashes , I didn't think they were what I had hoped for. I called and spoke to the technician Amber who placed them, to explain my dis like asking if anything could be done . She told me that they were what I was " booked for " , and any change would have to be done at a refill appointment . I then asked how much fills were , she stated $60. So now I would have a total of $190 in lashes just to make them what I'd hoped for ? So decided that I would wear the lashes as they were, so not to invest any more money in them as I feel they were a bit over priced to begin with .In addition , I discovered after looking closely at the lashes , that some are indeed clump lashes. First, let me start with the good, the place is a beautiful spot. I went in to get my eyebrows microbladed by Amber who is the owner of the shop. She seems to be a nice person. And from her Instagram page seems to do excellent work. However, this was not my experience. After a consultation with her and letting her know that I had my eyebrows tattooed several years prior, she told me that I had some scar tissure but felt she could still do the job. Well $400 for the microblading, $100 tip, a follow up appointment, and just a few weeks later, the ink color had faded almost completely. This was several months back now and I am completely back to having to color my eyebrows in. I hesitated posting this review because Amber seems like a nice person and she did tell me had had some scar tissue that might make it difficult so I figured it was just my loss. But, after consulting with several other people who do microblading, they have all said that at have minimal to no scar tissue and that she should have been able to do my eyebrows correctly with just going slightly deeper. At minumum all the other professionals I spoke with said she shouldn't have charged me anything let alone full price and not even attempted to fix them. All in all I spent $500 for nothing so I am very disappointed I only share this now to warn others that have had any previous work done to be careful and make sure your artist is a 100% confident they can do the job and will care whether you're happy with the results after the fact, not just take your money. read more

Well, I really like this place because the prices are good and the services are good quality. But a few things annoy me...1. Their hours are 10 am to 6 pm but there are times when no one is there during this time frame; 2. They only take cash or Venmo; 3. their waiting area is pretty but the couch sits so low to the ground that it's difficult to get up if you're not 20 years old; 4. They charge you full price for a missed appointment regardless. I can understand a 1/2 price fee but full price?? I tried to call to let someone know that I had fallen down the stairs and could not come but no one answered. I got charged full price 15 minutes after my appointment time!! I tried to call. Why is it my fault that no one was there when they should have been?So their lashes are pretty but the customer service needs a lot of improvement.
