I've been getting my eyelashes done for about eight years. It's hard to find a great eye lash studio. I finally found one that is close to me in Puyallup. I get volume lashes. They don't put too much glue and the lashes last. The biggest problem with most places is putting too much glue which can ruin your natural lashes. My lashes look so good. I love it here! Kat is amazing. The decor is gorgeous and it's very comfortable and calm. I had one small problem and Kat saw me immediately and gave me an extra hour of her time without charge to fix it. Don't go here. They try and nickel and dime you. It's been 2 weeks since my previous fill. My girl at a different salon does them for me and is on vacation so I wanted to try a different place. Not only did I drive far to come here but as I sat down she tried to upsell me to a megafill saying I didn't have many lashes on, which I don't have many natural lashes to start. Not only was it my first time coming in and trying a new place out but then being talked to and being told I have to pay more in a condescending way isn't a place I'd recommend to anyone. Kaylee is unprofessional and rude. Thanks for ruining a service I went out of my way to get to celebrate being married with out my husband in person. I'm pretty sure putting 10 more classic lashes on eyeballs doesn't cost $35 more than $45. I was honest about not wanting to pay $75 for my first time somewhere and she said it was because of the amount of product being used. She also tried switching my time last minute. I have had my lashes done off and on for the last 5 years. I go to Kaylee here and she is absolutely amazing. My lashes look amazing when she is done and they stay full and beautiful even if I have to wait 3 weeks to fill. I have very short, blonde, weak natural lashes and she has cared for my lashes so well that my natural lashes are actually growing back and are even getting fuller the longer I see her. I got a Groupon for this place and got a full classic set done by Tristan. My eyes were still trying to focus after leaving, and once I got to my car I was on the verge of tears. It looked like my extensions have gone through 2 weeks of wear, my outer corner extensions were barely attached close to the lash line, and after brushing out my lashes I had already lost multiple extensions on each eye. Honestly, this place is 10/10. The lady who did my eyelashes was really nice and wasn't awkward to talk to. It's been 3 weeks and my eyelashes still look really full. I bought a groupon to get a brow wax and mini facial for my birthday. I booked an appointment online on 05/02 for and appointment on 05/18 because that was the first available time that worked with both of our schedules. Kat's schedule is very limited. She doesn't seem to have availability after 5:00 p.m. If you have a full time job M-F, it is hard to find time to get in with her. Nevertheless, I opted for a 4:15 appointment because I was going to leave work a little early that day in order to get down to Puyallup from Auburn. At 12:40 p.m., the day of my appointment, Kat text me saying that she needed to reschedule because she had something come up. Seriously, the day of my appointment?!? Within less than 4 hours before my appointment time?!? So annoying! I get that things come up but less than a 4 hour notice? That is unacceptable in my opinion. I asked her if she could fit me in Saturday morning sometime to make up for my cancelled appointment. Nope! Only she only had Friday afternoon or Sunday at 9:45 a.m. available. Of course neither of those times work for me. Since my birthday is Tuesday and I can't get in before then to see her AND the whole reason I bought this was to treat myself for my birthday, I am cancelling my groupon and getting a refund. Really disappointed as I was looking forward to this. Considering Kat was the one who cancelled the appointment, I would have really appreciated a little extra effort to reschedule my cancelled appointment on her part. I bought a Groupon for a brow wax and tint with Kat. When I called to make an appointment, she was laughing and talking to someone else during the whole phone call, which I thought was a little rude and unprofessional, but I made the appointment. Then, the night before the appointment she texted me at 9:30pm to ask to push it back by 30 minutes. That worked with my schedule so I texted back that that would be fine. The next day, I ran into traffic on the way there, so I texted 15 minutes before I was scheduled to say I was running late. She never responded. Then when I got there, 15 minutes late, the lights were out and no one was there. I texted to apologize for being late and asked if she was still around, but she never responded to that text either. I still haven't heard a word from her in response to my texts or to reschedule the appointment. I'm pretty appalled by the unprofessionalism and poor business practices. At this point I'm over trying to reschedule and I'm just planning on eating the cost of the Groupon, luckily it wasn't very expensive. I would NOT recommend this place. read more
