The only thing I will say sucks is that even a fill cost $100+ which I don't think is quite right. If I still have 70% of my lashes from my last visit then I should be charged way under that. Making the appointment was super easy and she had availability right when I needed it, I was coming straight from the airport and running a bit behind bc hey it's LAX. I called her and she was super kind and understanding. Once I arrived the parking lot was packed but an attendant was attentive and I was able to leave my keys and he parked the car for me, be sure to bring your ticket for validation. She took her time and was super clean and detailed and they came out beautifully. Sarah is the best! Every detail from making the appointment to afterwards was just so pleasant. Sarah was able to get me an appointment pretty quickly. Upon my appointment, I had some questions. Sarah not only was very patient with me, she also showed a lot of knowledge in her answers. At my appointment, Sarah was so thorough asking me what kind of look I want. We went through pictures together so that she could understand exactly what I was describing. The procedure took a little more than an hour. Sarah had me look at my new lashes and asked me if I needed anymore changes (fuller, any pieces longer, shorter, etc.) It looked great already but she suggested the front pieces to be shorter and I ended up adding a little bit more lashes as well. I am so impressed by how thoroughly and patient Sarah is. She really wants her clients to love their lashes.
