I have had two lash lifts with Eun. She is highly skilled with Asian eyelashes and I would recommend her services. The first time I saw her, my naturally short lashes came out amazing! They had the perfect curl without going too sharply vertical. I feel really sad writing this because I loved my experience here. Unfortunately, I am a white girl with extremely long lashes and I don't think her method works for that. My lashes are now curled back on themselves and fold into my eyelid when I look up. I think the method of perming them directly upwards is more suitable for short lashes. When it comes to eye services, I always pay attention to cleanliness and infection prevention. Eun worked on 2 clients at a time and I did not see or hear any hand washing or hand sanitizing at any point during the service. She was also not wearing any gloves or mask. Additionally, the mattress covers and pillows used didn't seem to be cleaned after each client use. As for the lash lift itself- it's pretty good. The lashes towards the outer edge of my eye weren't curled, but the middle and inner lashes look good. She seemed to be working in a rush since there was a girl next to me getting a lash lift and another waiting. All in all, the lash lift took about 25 minutes. Also important to note, she does offer discounted prices for return customers after a review. Eun is very very very sweet, but when it comes to chemicals near your eyes I feel it's important to be as transparent as possible. Loved my experience here. I've never seen my lashes look this good. I have heavier eyelids that do not fully lift and lashes that stick straight down, but after the lift they are double eyelids. After seeing my friend's lashes, I asked her what she had done. That is when I first learned about perming your lashes. I have tried it all: gluing lashes, curling my own lashes after putting on mascara, adding lash extensions, etc. My preference is whatever looks most natural. And it's a no brainer that your real lashes will look most natural. The added benefit is that I don't have to worry about the glue falling off the ends of fake lashes (or them being crooked), black areas under the eyes from mascara, and the undesirable period of having some random lash extensions with bare spots. I've never given a lash lift much thought, as I heard mixed reviews from friends. I decided to give it a shot, and after researching on Yelp, decided on Eun. The 5 star reviews totally reflect the service I received! I didn't know what to expect when I went there, but the whole process is SO relaxing that I almost fell asleep. I'm really amazed at how they came out! My lashes looked so beautiful and really popped. I've been coming back to Eun ever since! I gave her some feedback after my first visit, that my right eye has stubbornly straight lashes, so now she spends extra time so that both eyes come out *and stay* even for weeks. She always sends me off with a cute care package, the first time was collagen mascara to keep your lashes healthy and the curls last longer. The last few times were some beauty products and masks that I've used to pamper myself at home. I've learned to keep the lashes completely dry for at least 24 hours, but 48 hours is better. I bought goggles to use in the shower to really make these babies last! I highly recommend this place, especially for first timers.
