I made a appointment before I went to Hawaii. The location was the owner's apartment. She didn't tell me the exact way to get into the building so I arrived 10 minutes earlier just to make sure I don't missed it. But she texted me to ask me to wait outside cause she is running late for 15 minutes. So I had to stand outside of the building and wait 25 minutes...which is fine if the service is good. My reservation was for the basic style. She recommended me to do the hybrid (which was more expensive) and I trusted her. However I think this lady don't have any idea how to work on Asian style eyelashes. It's way too long for me that I look horrible. It's not even symmetrical, there's a big gap at the corner of my left eye and she said it's hard to do it. And the eyelashes are very hard and uncomfortable. I had eyelashes extensions before and it never disappoints me. But I looked like a clown this time, I was so worried this gonna ruin my trip, so I had to go home and cut them by myself. read more

Also, the studio in the back of a residential apartment versus a traditional commercial space. Had a reaction that lasted until every single lash was gone.
