Wow I would give 0 stars if possible the extreme disappointment with the eyelashes I purchased and the service of applying the lashes from your company. I received them on Wednesday, and by Friday, the day of my wedding, the lashes on my left eye had shed significantly. By Sunday, there were no lashes left on either eye. I am very dissatisfied with the quality and the workmanship applying of this product and would not recommend it. I was told that you would fix the issue, but a refund was not offered, even though I was left without lashes for my nephew's wedding. I believe this demonstrates that your company does not stand by its product or by the workmanship of its staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND -- Dangerous and Irresponsible Experience. Possible Permanent Eye Damage. My daughter paid $180 (despite being quoted $130) for a lash service that left her with what the optometrist suspects are chemical burns. Her eyes were bloodshot, painful, and three days later she is still experiencing blurred vision in one eye. The doctor believes the injury was caused either by the technician pulling her eyelids open while applying the glue or by placing the under eye pads too close to the eyes, both of which occurred, and were later confirmed by the staff member who removed the lashes. Not only did this ruin her high school graduation, but it also resulted in additional expenses for optometry appointments and specialty eye drops. More than anything, it caused unnecessary emotional stress. When I contacted the business to request a lash removal and refund, they offered only 50% back, stating they still needed to pay the technician...completely ignoring the physical harm caused and the emotional and financial impact on my daughter. A waiver does not absolve a business of liability when negligence is involved. If this business truly cared about its clients, it would have taken full responsibility. I didn't even ask for reimbursement for the medical expenses, just a full refund for the service that caused injury. Instead, we were met with excuses and deflection from the owner. At this point, I am seriously considering legal action for damages. Had they simply refunded the full amount, we would have walked away; lesson learned, both for us and hopefully for their inexperienced technician. I am extremely disappointed. I would never trust this business again and neither should you if you value your eyesight. They seemed completely unconcerned that my daughter is still experiencing blurred vision. Ive been going to lash up since 2017. There's been hiccups along the road but generally happy except for this past year. The customer serivce is terrible, they've made mistakes and refuse to admit them or fix them. They are constantly late (right now it's 216, my appointment was at 2) if a customer showed up 20 minutes late they would turn you away and charge you. Recently they put the wrong style of lashes on (despite my file saying I've gotten the same type since 2017) the front desk staff told me it was my fault because I didn't notice the cost difference when I paid...when the lashes were already on?? She refused to admit a mistake and told me if they were to fix it the technicians wouldn't be paid, as a way to guilt trip me into backing down. They do not care about technician or customer retention, this place is brutal! Go elsewhere read more

I wanted to try brown lashes and found this company on Groupon. I called them directly to ask if they wanted me to just pay them in store or buy the Groupon? I talk to the lady on the phone for a bit asking questions as I'm pretty new to lashes, like it wasn't a short conversation and she confirmed with me that they will offer the Groupon in-store and it would be no problem honoring the price on Groupon. I clearly stated the price I was looking at And that I only wanted brown lashes. I asked and confirmed that they would honor the price and stated the price and that I was only interested in brown lashes THREE times!! She did say the brown only come in a volume set and that it would be the most expensive set on Groupon- ok because I wanted brown only. Set up the appointment and waited for the day to come. Got off work early to race there to get my lashes- soo pumped. I get there, it is very pretty inside must say and the girl tells me to wash my lashes and come lay down. I go to lay down and she says you're doing the in-store Groupon- I say well the lady I spoke to said you would honor the Groupon price. She tells me the price, I say no it's the price we talked about on the phone and I can show her the picture of the price...she says she will talk to her manger. I went to see Chelsey for an annual touch up on my brows. She did not outline my brows before she started which I thought was kind of weird, especially since it had been a little over a year since they were last done. I had parts that were faded especially around the tail of my brow. After my appointment I inspected them more when I got home. Not only did I notice, but my boyfriend pointed out that they did not look even. The shape was a little wonky and the tail of one brow was noticeably shorter than the other. That being the side that I sleep on it clearly wore off. Instead of outlining and making sure that my brows were even, Chelsey decided to be lazy and complacent skipping the step resulting in uneven brows. I reached out to her with this issue and sent a photo. She told me they were probably just swollen, two wait 4 weeks until they were fully healed and if I still didn't like them to reach out again. I waited the four weeks and they were the exact same. Reached out and had a hard time getting them to book me in. Finally, they did and through email they said she would be willing to fix it but only for 30min of her time and that anything after that I would have to pay. I thought this was a little ridiculous because freezing takes 20 minutes and you still have to outline before that. It was clear they did not care or want to take responsibility for their mistakes. When I went in I pointed out the shape and tail and said I just wanted that fixed. She said no problem that is an easy fix. However, she decided to completely do both my eyebrows over and took the full hour. When I went to pay they wanted to charge me full price for a touch up. I came in for a correction on a touch up I had just done. Not to pay for another full touch up. Her complacency is why I was there in the first place. She decided not to outline and to just free hand which resulted in uneven brows. I felt like this was extremely unprofessional. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you make a mistake, own up to it and fix it. Don't try to take advantage of the customer and make them spend even more money when you messed up something on their face. In the end they ended up making me pay for 50%. On top of this, after my appointment Chesley decided to post a meme to her professional Instagram page @wildbloombrows. The meme was about customers not doing proper aftercare and coming in expecting them to fix it. This was extremely unprofessional, especially considering it had nothing to do with aftercare and I reached out immediately after my appointment with the problem. Definitely will never be going back there again. I have had many people ask where I get my brows done as well because they want to start getting them done and I have been sure to tell them where not to go. As you can see in the picture, the shape of the brows are uneven and wonky, as well as the brow on the left has a noticeably shorter tail. Megan Tardiff did my lashes and it was my first time ever. While I can't speak to the longevity of the lashes, as I got them done 2 hours ago.... I can say Megan is a total sweet heart and really loves what she does. She really cares about what her clients want too. I told her I wanted a noticeable difference, but was nervous about going too dramatic my first time, and she really hit the nail on the head with these lashes. Yes I was aware she was in training my concern is that the owner didn't seem to care plus said I'd have to pay for them to fix it....Really any other places where trainees give service are monitored and if something goes wrong it's fixed, you are not just brushed aside like trash. Oh well I will make sure to tell everyone where I got the lashes that are falling out rapidly with only having them for 12 hours. FYI don't tell the clients/models that the service is free because it take hours extra for them to complete then hand them a guarantee if you don't plan on honoring it. Plenty of free parking when I arrived 15 minutes before my appt., which Carly advised me over the phone so I'd have time to fill out the client form. The atmosphere and decor is lovely, calming, and relaxing. Temperature was warm, but just in case you do get a wee chilly, they provide you with a soft blanket you can cover up with. My lash technician was Alie, and she was just spectacular. I got a signature fill, and it took about 1.5 hours, and she made the time just fly by. Super awesome personality and adorable human being, and I'm definitely going back to her for my fill. Her hands/fingers are so gentle and soft when applying the lashes (I got silk this time), you barely feel them at all. She was a joy to spend the time with. I had lashes before and liked them but had taken a break for a few months to give my own lashes a time out. I am so happy I decided on the Hybrids. They were awesome. The salon is in a strip mall with a fairly busy parking lot depending on time of day, but there is usually no problem finding a spot. Walking in, it's a lovely space - very girly with pink and fur and rhinestones...it's very pretty and cozy. They always have Groupons available anytime I've looked, so definitely take advantage of that. I've been a few times and have had different technicians, and they have all been professional and friendly. Not too chatty if you're not into it, but personable if you want to talk. Though I admit I've fallen asleep at times because I'm so relaxed. Lashes look great and typically I start noticing a few falling out after 2 weeks, and then by week 4-5 it's all on sadness/I need a fill. Love their online booking system as well as their follow-up call the day after. Be careful though - once you start getting your lashes done, you're going to get hooked. I came to this location a couple of weeks ago for a lash application. I opted for a natural look, and the technician recommended a hybrid style lash. At the end it was a lot more full than I anticipated, but I was still happy. Until I went home and in the next 24 hours lost literally half of the lashes. They have a 3 day policy that they'll re apply any fallout in that time period, but I just didn't have the time. After 5 days I had to get a full removal and re-application elsewhere. During the removal my lash technician didn't even have to use any type of glue dissolving solution, as the lashes literally just fell off when she touched them. So, if you want to pay a buttload of money for lashes that last 3-5 days- definitely go here! read more

Really impressed by the amazing job on my lash extensions. They accommodated me in two sittings due to having a my lashes filled during my cruise. They explained that they didn't want a chemical reaction to occur due to what the cruise ship uses for adhesive. I have to say I'm pretty easy to please, and have had lash extensions before, but I was somewhat disappointed because less than a week after getting my lashes done a majority of the lashes on my right eye have fallen out, but not my left, so it just looks weird. Not sure why this happened cause it's not like rubbing my right eye more or anything. I have been wearing lash up lashes since the beginning of October 2014 , I had a couple hiccups my first few appointment but Carly was fast to address any issues I was having . I literally have been there every second Friday for a year straight , until this week .. I received 3 emails thanksgiving Monday cancelling all of my appointments for the next 6 weeks ?? First of all there closed Monday so I cannot even call to see what's happening ?? I decide to reach out to the lady who does my lashes to find out she is no longer employed there. I understand that company's go through staff but would you maybe think you would want to keep your clients?? Lash up did the exact opposite .. To the people that do not know; lash bars will not touch other lash bars lashes .. so in order to get new lashes you have to pay to get them taken off and then pay to get them put back on!! This is upwards to $300 I am now willing to pay this expense , why you ask?? Because I love having lashes !! Just remember lash up , with every customer there is the 100 rule , piss off one customer they tell 100 ! Guess my $100-$140 per month just wasn't valued ! read more

I completed my Ombre touch up in Sherwood Park with Chelsey since the lady in Red Deer had a family emergency. My initial ombre, I had numbing gel so it would Not be painful. Chelsey did not apply any type of freezing on my brows! Ouch and I did inform her that it was hurting but all she did was move to the other eyebrow. She pushed on my face hard when she applied the technique. There was no charge for this touch up as a promotion. Is this the reason Chelsey was harsh and in a hurry to finish because it wasn't her work and no charge?! Kathy was great in Red Deer but I would Not go to Chelsey unless you enjoy pain! read more

I have gotten a set of eyelashes and one fill at lash up and was really impressed with both the lashes and customer service. I've had eyelash extensions once before (a couple of years ago) and did not have a great experience: I lost them really quick and they were always kind of bent looking. I don't know if the technology in general has improved or if lash up is just better but I LOVE the extensions I have now. The whole experience was great. Upon walking in, you are immediately greeted by the owner (I think?). The place is decorated really cool and it's very clean. The aesthetician listened to exactly what I wanted (I'm blonde so I didn't want anything too overpowering). The owner then does a quality check with you to make sure you like them and that they are all good. My lashes are super rad and it has cut a ton of time off getting ready in the morning. There's been a few days where I skipped eye makeup all together because I felt they were pretty enough as is. By four weeks, I had definitely lost lashes but it wasn't ridiculously bad as they were fairly evenly spread out. When I came back for my fill, the owner remembered me and was super friendly again. The only downside is that the cost to continue them long term is pretty extreme. There may be a few (sad) months of the year where I have to go back to my natural lashes . But for now, I'm loving them! read more

First off i knew i was a little late for my appointment it was 8 mins to be exact. It was my first time getting it done from this place i thought i would try it out. When i got there i had to sign the paper work and i was told to go the back. The girl started working on removing my previous extensions because i didnt get them done from them. After that the girl told me that since i was late she most likely wouldnt able to finish and i would have to book for another appointment. I was also told that i will have to settle for the very minimal kind so it wouldnt look weird since since she wouldnt be able to finish. If she told me that in the beginning i would have just reschedule than getting it done at that time. But she already remove my previous one so i basically had no choice. Had the signature fill with silk eyelashes by Michelle and I love it. Amazing attention to detail! This was my second attempt at eyelash extensions (the first with a different person was a bit of a worse experience, because as it turns out I was using eye drops with castor oil in them), Michelle's work is lovely and still looking perfect 2 weeks later. I will definitely come back to Michelle for fills. I would suggest you go in for your first set of eyelash extensions knowing what you want, because they don't have lookbooks for the first timer.
