Her service was friendly and flawless. She listened carefully to what I wanted then went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the results. Her (environmentally friendly foam) foil job was done to perfection and her wash, scalp massage and hair handling was akin to a Gold-Seal chef creating in her own home kitchen. I knew I was in seasoned, talented hands, and best of all, I trusted Erynn's opinion, so I asked her advice about cut and styling, and she literally taught me step-by-step how to achieve the mop I want in 15 minutes or less. But I went in with an open mind, hoping simply to get gorgeous lashes by the end of it. The studio is really nice and clean, with fancy mirrors everywhere and a pretty table where you sit down with your lash stylist. Although I never actually learned her name, my girl was nice, and went through all of the information with me before heading over to the bed. That sounds really odd, but you lie down on a bed-type-sofa for the extensions. Ladies, if you wear contact lenses like me, don't wear them to the appointment. The process starts with the stylist taping your eyes nearly shut, and holy heck, were mine ever watering. I was really glad I decided to wear my glasses today. The first ten minutes or so are uncomfortable. Not painful, but very uncomfortable. I pushed through it, and eventually it was totally fine. I barely even noticed the tape after a while. The rest of the hour went by pretty quickly, all things considered. You can't see anything, you can just feel the stylist gently attaching the lashes on top of your own. I really had no idea what time it was or how close we were to being done, but it was over before I expected. The music helped the time go by quickly, although they really need to update their tunes. (Dido and Whitney Houston? I'll take Katy Perry and Britney Spears, please.) Overall, the experience was a little weird, but it didn't hurt a bit, which was my one biggest fear. And, I now have gorgeous, dark, long curly lashes that I'm simply in love with! A full set will run you close to $100 (cash only), and you're expected to get fillers three weeks later for another $60. While I'm happy with my first experience, I can't say yet with certainty that it will be worth it to go back and spend so much more. I suppose only three weeks time will tell!

I received them on Wednesday, and by Friday, the day of my wedding, the lashes on my left eye had shed significantly. By Sunday, there were no lashes left on either eye. I am very dissatisfied with the quality and the workmanship applying of this product and would not recommend it. I was told that you would fix the issue, but a refund was not offered, even though I was left without lashes for my nephew's wedding. I believe this demonstrates that your company does not stand by its product or by the workmanship of its staff. The decor and colours are soft and cute. My sister and I were seated in the middle we were offered water or tea. The seating wasn't totally comfortable for my back but ok. The two ladies who did our pedicures were friendly and not overly talkative. It was a relaxing experience with the foot soak and scrub, paraffin wax treatment, and cleaned up toes and polish. The foot scrub came in various scents which we got to choose from and there were lots of different polish colours. My feet were left feeling smooth and refreshed, perfect for my vacation!
