If there is one thing to take away from my review, it is to get your lip blush done by Christina and do it WITHOUT numbing. TRUST ME! I had the initial session done with numbing and it was fine, but a bit painful. However, at my touchup, Christina suggested we do the no numbing technique. I was a bit apprehensive due to the thought of it being more painful, but tried it anyway as she stated the procedure will be faster/the color deposit would be better. Well, I was wrong. The pain was very minimal and dare I say, way less painful as opposed to having your lips numbed! I walked out of there with my lips not stinging like the previous session. The healing was also pretty quick as I had minimal scabbing, and it seemed like the scabs just rolled off my lips when I washed it. Overall, I highly recommend anyone looking to do their lips to go to Christina. She is a sweet and professional gal. Felt like I was there hanging with a friend. She made me feel super comfortable with her easy-going personality and that's a huge bonus! As a busy mom of two toddlers, I am so happy I get to wake up with ready-to-go lips. *sings* at first I was afraid, I was petrified.... Seriously, I am a lazy tomboy that works in sales which unfortunately, the way you present yourself matters. I've done both my eyebrows and lip tattoos from other artists so it saves a lot of time in the morning. However, being a tomboy, makeup just isn't in my forte. I'm not afraid of cosmetic tattoo, obviously, but the thought of getting a painful tattoo so close to my eyes scared me. However, I've always struggled with my eyeliner. With so many other options, why would you EVER go to this person? I wish someone would have asked me this question. Now I have two completely uneven shaped brows. They looked alright at firdt, but one of them flaked off. Now I have to spend time everyday with a pencil trying to get them to look normal. Then came my appointment for her to fix them and she didn't show up in spite of sending me a reminder text and email the day before. She yelled at me saying I had canceled. If I had canceled, I wouldn't be sitting waiting with my lopsided face. She refunded half the money I had paid her. She should refund all of it. On top of all that, I also lost my favorite nail salon I have been going to for years just so I don't run into this awful woman. Seriously, go somewhere else.
