They don't do fills by time like most salons. Her fills usually take 1.5-2 hours but they are perfect! And price is based on 1D, 2D, or 3D.

I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her.

I've been going to Vilenna for a year now and I cannot imagine my self without lashes or anyone else doing them! She is amazing and takes her time to perfect them. When she does my lashes it usually last a really long time (with care), usually 3-4 weeks for me. And the great thing is she is great with squeezing me in and working around my schedule if I need a fill. She's great and I definitely recommend her. read more

I accidentally fell asleep but it was great because when I woke up, she was basically done! I could feel how thorough she was to ensure I had layers of lashes. It's been 5/6 days so far and literally only 1 lash has fallen out; this is unheard of from my other lash techs. I truly think I could trust anyone at this salon, they care so much, it's palpable! Even taking off old lashes is easy and relaxing. When I went to A+ iLash they pick and pull the old lashes off, but at MIA's they apply a gel that doesn't sting or itch. After a few minutes the old lashes come right off. I love that she gives my lashes a little lash bath each time I come in before starting on a new set or even a fill. I always feel refreshed and beautiful when I leave this salon. I'm so glad to have finally found my lash artist!!
