LOCATION: The location is great with quick in and out services. It's 2nd floor of a strip mall. It's a clean location and the beds are quite comfy. They provide blanket if need be and a quick access restroom inside which is always clean. You feel warm and comfortable right from the beginning. PRODUCT: the lashes are great. They aren't too heavy. They are very natural looking and I've received a ton of compliments with the classic and hybrid applications. I have gone other places and the lashes had been too heavy or irritated my eyes because of too plastic of a material. These lashes are lightweight and curve naturally. They aren't piling out your natural lash. So they stay longer. They sell lash wash and maintenance products as well. SERVICE: The first tech I went to was a junior and she wasn't great. I lost many of my lashes (almost all in a few days) but when I upgraded to a masters I started getting better service and my lash application stayed. the first one was pretty good and the 2nd one was fantastic. So basically I think a lot has to do with WHO is handling your services. My tech now explains the shedding process, and my lash type and MY growth cycle. Every 2 weeks for fills is perfect and keeps me looking good and on tip top shape. I have already recommended this place to 2-3 people. I've been wearing lashes for 16 years and had stopped for many years because my last couple of shops were horrible and balded my eyes. But I'm back and my lashes are healthy and the prices have improved. read more

One of the worst lash appointments I have ever had. I've been getting my lashes lifted and tinted for a while now and just moved to the area and tried to find a new place to go. There is absolutely no difference than when I walked into the studio and left. She did not consult me or ask me if I was happy with the results. She was the last one there and seemed to push me out the door and not care for the service at all. At first I was okay with this understanding that sometimes this happens but the more I see how much of a waste of time and money I spent for no results, the more upset I get. I will not be a returning customer or recommending this location in the future. read more

I purchased all your products both the cleansing solutions you offered. Your products are not truly good after consistent daily use it takes away the natural oil from your eyes and causes premature aging around the eye area and added sensitivity, your solutions are not for long term consistent use causing added sensitivities in case your wondering why after a while your customers develop these allergic or sensitivities that weren't present before I recommend switching your manufacturer if you care about keeping long term clients. read more

Absolutely love my set of hybrid lashes. I love how fluffy and natural my lashes came out. I've tried various lash salons and nothing can beat lashbar. Their customer service, salon cleanliness, and lash extensions are the best. I have extremely dry and irritated eyes but their glue and lash extensions don't irritate my eyes at all. I'm always so impressed from start to finish of the entire appointment experience. The appointment lasted about 2 hours and the lash tech was so gentle I fell asleep and got SUCH a good nap and woke up with beautiful lashes.
