I've been going to see owner and lash artist, Ashley, for 4 years now. What started out as a full set of beautiful lashes for my birthday, has turned into an overall face and skincare treatment. Ashley does beautiful work on my lashes. As a middle aged woman, I've been diligently looking for a skincare routine that helps de-age me and remove some of the wrinkles and damage from years of beautiful San Diego sun. Ashley has incorporated products from Epicutis and Ourself into my total face transformation. I am also getting peel packages, as I can afford them. With the combination of these products, I am as glowing as sunshine on the ocean waves. I'm so very pleased. Ashley goes above and beyond for her clients. I've watched her business grow over the last few years. After getting home and looking carefully at my lashes I realized my lashes were over processed, different curls on each eye and some of the lashes at the end not even curled. I've had lash extensions for 5+ years so I decided to get a lash lift to give my lashes a "break". Biggest mistake, as now my eyelashes look burnt and worse than before. My lash lift artist moved out of state, and recommended Allure to me. I've been going to them for a while now and have been treated by everyone there, and they all do great work. They have a good amount of availability so that it's never too hard to find an appointment time that works, even when I have to reschedule the week before. Their reschedule policy is anything within 24 hours of the appointment, which is more than fair. They also have snacks and a little mini fridge stocked with Poppi, a nice touch and small treat that I look forward to every appointment. Beware that some of them charge a $3 fee to use a credit card. Parking is easy with a city lot on the other side of the block, and lots of street parking nearby. There is also a spot right in front, but it's tight to get in and out of, and not always available. read more

I got my lashes done for the first time (ever)- by Stefany. I asked for a lift and tint, as well as an eyebrow wax and tint. She made me feel so comfortable, walked me through the process as she was doing my lashes and was just so sweet to talk to throughout. I left with a smile and feeling beautiful- I wish I had taken before and afters! As far as my brows, she did a full map of them, checked that I liked the shape, and went ahead and waxed and tinted them, also checking that I liked the color. They turned out sooo beautifully. Was surprised to see that there was a Lash studio that was near my house instead of places like Temecula and San Diego. Came there and honestly such a cute studio, friendly atmosphere, and amazing customer service (especially if you're pregnant). They have recliners, blankets if you're ever cold, and extra pillows for that extra cushion if you need it throughout the service! I had such a lovely time with Jordan, she was very accommodating and we had such an amazing interaction! My lashes came out so good and I felt amazing of my appearance afterwards! This was my first time visiting Allure and I'll definitely be back! I came in for a hybrid full set with Megan - I brought in a few inspo photos and my lashes came out perfect! I got lashes off and on for years back in college, and these are some of my favorites l've ever had. The shape suits my hooded eyes well and is exactly what I was looking for. They feel light and fluffy, and there wasn't any weird clumping, or sticking on my bottom lashes when I opened my eyes. I found this place on Yelp and am so happy I did! I was looking to get a lash lift and tint. I parked around the corner since it's in the Carlsbad Village. It was super cute and cozy inside. Elyse is the owner and she was also the person doing my service. She was so nice and asked me what I was looking to achieve. The chairs here are SO comfortable. They recline all the way back. She asked me about the times I've had a lift before if it ever caused stinging or burning, which it always did. Elyse shared that she learned that talking during the service causes us to move our faces just a little that make our eyes start to react. When I arrived for the service I anticipated the watery, burning eyes, but when I left I was shocked that not once didn't my eyes have any sort of reaction. So glad I found this place! read more

I came across Allure Lash Studio through Yelp reviews and I am so glad I did! I visited Ashley on September 24, a month ago and my lashes still look just as beautiful and curled 4 weeks after! She told me the typical time to come back in is 6 weeks so I scheduled a returning appointment in advanced, because she fills up quickly! Not surprised whatsoever! I have been wanting to try a lash lift for awhile, I had lash extensions for about 3 years and stopped getting them in December of 2020 but I wasn't interested in the upkeep any longer and wanted something more natural.
