Before, my eyes would be bloodshot and swollen for day after and the lashes were way too long for my eyes. When I first went to Ava, she knew just want I was looking for after sharing 1-2 inspo picks. What's nice too is that, I was able to have my appointment as a fill rather than needing to get my lashes removed. After just one hour, I was done! I paid through Venmo which gives me the option to tip (always do because Ava is that girl) and I was able to make future appointments with her via Vagaro. If something comes up too, I'm able to quickly text Ava. I see her weekly for a mini hybrid fill which is $50 and it takes less than an hour. She's sweet, quick, and makes you feel comfortable. I've definitely snoozed practically every application and I'm sure she's heard me snoring‍. Not only is Ava amazing at what she does, this place is very aesthetically pleasing and easily accessible. There's always parking out front too! In the lobby area, there's things to purchase like tshirts, candles, and cute sunnys. This makes it very convenient if you're needing to buy a nice gift or if you want to treat yourself.

They provide blanket if need be and a quick access restroom inside which is always clean. You feel warm and comfortable right from the beginning. PRODUCT: the lashes are great. They aren't too heavy. They are very natural looking and I've received a ton of compliments with the classic and hybrid applications. I have gone other places and the lashes had been too heavy or irritated my eyes because of too plastic of a material. These lashes are lightweight and curve naturally. They aren't piling out your natural lash. So they stay longer. They sell lash wash and maintenance products as well. SERVICE: The first tech I went to was a junior and she wasn't great. I lost many of my lashes (almost all in a few days) but when I upgraded to a masters I started getting better service and my lash application stayed. the first one was pretty good and the 2nd one was fantastic. So basically I think a lot has to do with WHO is handling your services. My tech now explains the shedding process, and my lash type and MY growth cycle. Every 2 weeks for fills is perfect and keeps me looking good and on tip top shape. I have already recommended this place to 2-3 people. I've been wearing lashes for 16 years and had stopped for many years because my last couple of shops were horrible and balded my eyes. But I'm back and my lashes are healthy and the prices have improved.
